Since you're from the Philippines, just pick up one from any CDR-King store.
If you open up the cover of the C200, you will find a USB port on the top right corner of the motherboard. This will keep your external USB ports free for other devices like USB attached external hard drives.
Once done you can then install the NMT Apps (Setup > Maintenance > NMT Setup Wizard)
When asked about the desired option, select the following;
Fresh Setup
When asked about the storage device to install NMT, select;
USB_DRIVE_{x} <-- whatever the C200 detects

If you have an old laptop hard drive or a USB pen drive you can do without, I recommend using that for the NMT apps. Look up USB NMT Apps for size recommendations. I used an old 250GB laptop hard drive for mine.
