• • Its a Gift and a Curse is an opinion essay on Facebook and love and relationships. This is going to help me with my argument... Does Facebook dictate how serious your relationship is? Truly I believe that Facebook does dictate how serious a relationship is. It can be a good thing and a bad thing. This article helps show that relationships on Facebook can be a problem because you are letting "friends" know about your relationship... giving them previews of everything your doing and sometimes to much is shared. things like this can cause stress and weigh on a relationship

• • Should We Make it Facebook Official? is a opinion piece that focuses mostly on the positives of Facebook in a relationship. Is Facebook affecting relationships? I believe it is in both a negative and positive way. Facebook is a good tool for replacing ambiguity with clarity which is a very good thing. It can show there is some type of commitment and that you want the world to know. But in a way you should not have to make a relationship status on facebook to prove those things.

She explains the negatives of Facebook in her relationship, but in the end it always turned out to be a positive. It helped them create trust together and helped them talk out their problems. Which is very good thing in a relationship.

• • This opinion piece is about negative effects Facebook has on relationships. The peer pressure involved when it comes to making it "Facebook Official" or feeling insecure if you arent Facebook Official while you are worrying about all of this you are not enjoying your relationship

• It depends on the nature of the relationship. I think that as soon as you get serious you should, but it is a personal choice.

  But if your partner is hesitant to do so, I would take that as a warning sign. If someone loves you they should have no problem letting their friends know that they’re with you. If my partner refused to, I would feel as if they were ashamed of me OR that they didn’t want to advertise that they’re not single – which is a very bad sign.
