I was working on this 25 years ago, creating the first semantic natural language query and search engine :) It was my PhD thesis and I had a quite interesting results ;) But this is also, and still then, a real challenge, and meanwhile statistics concurrent methods have demontrated be more efficient than semantics. But it's sure that with large ressources of Google, results could be interesting :) This will be very interesting to follow up on this.
