• my Dolphin profile page. Pretty simple. Still the only problem I see with this app is lackof intigration with existing social media web apps like flickr and youtube.
  
  Thoughts:
  
  I wonder if the product we're really thinking about is an intigration product. i.e. one that bridges the gap that is so prevalent between the media and the app.
  
  FI: could we possibly create client value behind a Facebook APP that allowed direct crossover from youtube / flickr / blog to Facebook, streamlining what we have to do on an hourly basis. This would take our service and make it more valuable than the competition because we could do more, faster cheeper...

• We wanted people to have the opportunity to create their own social networks and to make them whatever and whomever they wanted them to be. As a result, it didn’t make sense to build anything less than a platform.
• MySpace is not a platform. MySpace doesn’t let you program it. MySpace doesn’t give you APIs.
• When you create a social network on Ning, you can change every aspect of it all the way down to the code. In other words, it's programmable.
