Oscetube's channel on YouTube includes a series of videos on clinical skills, procedures etc. Some are US and some UK. These videos have not been peer reviewed.
This site at Webster University developed by Dian Davitt looks at examining ears, nose, mouth, head and neck. Click on the part of the body you want to examine and then you can work through a sequence which includes some anatomy and videos of how to perform examinations.
