Survey methodology resources on this page...
...are links to lists of links that I've found useful in my survey practice. Each link goes to a page of links to other sites on that topic. The break-out below isn't the only way to think about survey methodology of course, but it's based on the kids of questions I get, and the kind of work I do.

Surveys make the list if I've found their publicly-available documentation to be helpful, or if others have recommended them. Obviously this isn't any overall endorsement of the quality of the data, but if the documentation is thorough you should be able to make your own assessment of its quality.

Analyzing survey data from samples with stratification and clustering requires different techniques than analyzing "normal data." This page has links to help with some of those issues.

Atul Gawande's "The Checklist Manifesto" has a lot of useful insights for streamlining and error-proofing survey data collection.
