  Let me tell you the real reason Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi  and Harry Reid pushed through the biggest spending bill in history -   without proper debate, without Republican input, and without any public  scrutiny at all.
• Simply, they are trying to turn the United States into  a one-party country and to put the Republican Party out of business once  and for all.
• The massive appropriation called a stimulus - some $787  billion of your money - is really a political war chest for the Democrats.
• They want to change the face of American politics forever,  and they want to use your taxpayer money to do it.
• They want to use billions from our treasury to reward  their political friends - and have huge amounts of cash to dole out before  the 2010 and 2012 elections.
• Some people have wondered why, if the country is in dire  need of emergency "stimulus," most of the money appropriated  by this law will not even be spent this year.
• Instead, spending will go on for five to 10 years.
• There is no mystery here, as the answer is simple: These  billions in taxpayer funds will fund the Democratic political machine  for many years to come.
• Chicago Machine Takes Over Washington
• You must remember - the media won't tell you this - that  Barack Obama is a product of the corrupt political machine in Chicago  headed by Mayor Richard Daley.
• Chicago is run as a one-party city. The Democratic political  machine and the government are one in the same.
• Just like we saw recently in Congress, there is no real  debate in Chicago. Deals are brokered in the back rooms among the ward  leaders, the mayor and their cronies.
• What the political machine decides, the public has to  accept it. The city council serves simply as a rubber stamp - much the  same way the Congress just acted for Obama.
• And public money in Chicago is used to protect and serve  the interests of the machine.
• Obama - as I will reveal to you with the stimulus plan  - is simply replicating the Chicago machine in Washington.
• Barack Obama and his Chicago gang, which includes his  Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, also a congressman from the Chicago machine,  have a starkly different view. 

    

  They want a one-party system headed by a strong man.
• We at The National Republican Trust PAC are deeply troubled  not only by how much the stimulus plan spends but also the way it was  implemented. 

    

  We just witnessed how the basic and open democratic process  of our republic was flouted.

  • The GOP did essentially the same for 8 years under Bush or tried too. What is wrong with the Republicans is, the Democrats are in control now and have access to the national feedbag, the power centers and the majority. I am no friend or supporter of either of these corrupt, self-serving political parties.

• We fear that the actions by Obama and Congress that we  just witnessed threaten the very foundation of our republic.
• Consider that we have long believed America is the greatest  democracy in the world. 

    

  Yet Congress passed the largest spending bill in its  history - by essentially suspending vital democratic processes, including  debate and public examination of the pending law.
• We know that the Democrats, working late into the night,  secretly agreed to a "compromise" bill among themselves - and  then refused even to share it with Republicans or the public until just  hours before the bill went to the floor for a vote.
• The final stimulus bill was 1,079 pages long. We know  Barack Obama never read the bill. 

    

  Many members of Congress have admitted not one senator  or congressman even read the bill before they voted for it!
• The Democrats say they suspended normal procedures because  the country so desperately needed to avoid what Barack Obama said was  an economic "catastrophe." 

    

  The bill apparently was so urgent that the Democrats  even excluded Republican leaders from any involvement in negotiations  on it.
• When, in our republic, does Congress simply vote on a  bill when its members have no idea what it says?

  • When? You GOP sons of bitches did it under Bush with the "Patriot Act"

• And, how could congressional leaders like Pelosi and  Reid, as well as President Obama, present a monumental law but not allow  even one day of scrutiny by Congress, its staffs or the public?
• Big Lie No. 1: The Emergency 

    

  They told us that the country is in such a dire situation  that it was an emergency. 

    

  That was Big Lie No. 1: The bill was not an emergency  measure. 

    

  This was a ruse. They falsely claimed it was an emergency  bill to cut off all debate.
• The lie about the urgency was made clear when President  Obama, rather than immediately signing the bill, went on vacation to   celebrate Valentine's Day with his wife in Chicago.
• [Amazingly he had  been in Washington less than a month before he took his first vacation!]
• In fact, Obama took almost four days to sign this "urgent"  bill.
• Big Lie No. 2: Immediate Stimulus 

    

  And then there is Big Lie No. 2: The bill offered immediate  help to our ailing economy. 

    

  The truth: The bill does not offer significant, immediate  stimulus. 

    

  Most of the stimulus money won't even be spent this year,  according to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office!
• And the CBO has warned that the bill actually will hurt  long-term economic growth.
• Infrastructure programs, including items such as $8 billion  for a high-speed train between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, will take a  decade or longer to complete - if environmentalists ever let the project  begin.
• Republican traitor Arlen Specter, who backed the stimulus  bill, got more than $6 billion in the bill for "medical research"  - another lulu that has nothing to do with immediate economic stimulus.
• Big Lie No. 3: Bipartisan Support 

    

  Then there is Big Lie No. 3: This bill was a bipartisan  effort to save the economy. 

    

  It was anything but. 

    

  Republican Sen. Lindsay Graham said bluntly: "If  this is going to be bipartisanship, the country's screwed."
• Indeed, every Republican in the House voted against the  bill, along with six courageous Democratic congressmen. 

    

  In the Senate, almost every Republican opposed the bill  except three liberals: Sens. Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins and Arlen Specter.
• Obama promised he would change the "old politics"  of Washington. Instead, he is playing hardball partisan Democratic politics  of the Chicago type.
• He has used the weakening economy as his Reichstag fire  event to get to pass an incredible amount of money so he could funnel  huge amounts of pork and political payoffs to his Democratic cronies and  allies.
• And now, he is even talking about a second stimulus program!  Why not? Congress just passed his first bill without even reading it!  What a joke . . .
• The Real Purpose: Abolish the GOP

  • Let'a abolish both the GOP and the Democruds and erect a new and pro-American party under Ron Paul.

• I have no doubt what the real purpose of the stimulus  bill was. 

    

  Simply, it was to lay the ground work of the remaking  of America's political system into a one-party system. 

    

  Yes, a one-party socialist state that destroyed countries  like Mexico.
• We have seen what one-party rule has done to cities like  Cleveland, Detroit, other cities - and corrupt Chicago. 

    

  The media will never tell you this, but that's the real  agenda behind the Obama stimulus bill.
• This is why so little of the stimulus is spent now, but  spread out over several years. 

    

  This means Obama and Democrats will have hundreds of  billions to disburse to their supporters, creating a new party cadre that  will help them win re-election in 2010 and 2012.
• Their game plan for 2008 worked. Now they want to use  public funds - our tax dollars - to pay for more of their political activities. 

    

  For example, the final stimulus bill gives $3 billion  to groups like ACORN.
• No doubt, these billions will help ACORN in its political  work of "community organizing" - a euphemism for Democratic  activitism.
• But it's not just ACORN who is getting "stimulus." 

    

  The bulk of the Obama stimulus goes directly to the powerful  government employee unions that helped get Obama elected and are the  backbone, the shock troops, of the Democratic Party.
• Amazingly, it's been estimated that half of the stimulus  appropriation directly benefits government employee and service employees  union that played key roles in Obama's election.
• Second, the bill gives tens of billions to state and  local governments to dole out to their cronies. This means there will  be even less accountability by Congress.
• And then there are massive payoffs to the special interests  to the Democratic Party, with giveaways such as $50 million for the National  Endowment for the Arts, $300 million for new cars for government bureaucrats,  $1.2 billion for "youth activities," tens of billions for "green,  environmental and energy programs" - they even include $3.7 billion  to help "green" military bases and another $125 million to restore  "abandoned mines."
• Shockingly, the bill creates 33 new government programs!
• The stimulus money will give the Democrats the opportunity  to become the dominant political party for the next generation.
• Our Plan to Stop Obama
• Despite the massive political payouts Obama, Reid and  Pelosi are funneling to their allies across the country, they can still  be stopped. 

    

  The polls show Americans want a two-party system. They  don't want corrupt, Chicago-style politics in Washington.
• They don't want their taxpayer funds used for political  shenanigans and payoffs.
• We at The National Republican Trust PAC want to expose  the incredible rip-off the stimulus bill will be to the taxpayers. 

    

  If Americans knew that the bill would place an additional  $9,400 in debt upon each household in America, they would be appalled.
• If Americans knew the extent to which this bill is going  for political payoffs to groups like ACORN, they would be outraged.
• But we also know we can't rely on the media to tell the  facts.
• This is why we want to keep up our media efforts to expose  Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. 

    

  We now know they have a radical plan for the nation.
• There are already calls among Democrats for a new Fairness  Doctrine to close down talk radio and hosts like Rush, Hannity, Boortz,  Beck, Savage and others.
• The Democrats are already talking about legalizing 12  million illegals, making them citizens and voters overnight.
• They know that, if they do this, they will instantly  change the political landscape in the nation for a generation or more.
• This is why we urgently have launched a media campaign  in exposing Sen. Specter in Pennsylvania and Sens. Snowe and Collins in  Maine. We want their constituents to know exactly how their senators voted  against the public's best interests. 

    

  We also have targeted Democratic senators like Blanche  Lincoln of Arkansas.
• We are doing this because we know that Obama is passing  sweeping legislation, and that we need to put these senators and congressmen  on notice: If they vote for Obama's plan, they will pay a heave price  back home among their voters.
• CNN has called us one of the most "powerful"  political action committees in the nation. 

    

  Dick Morris, the Fox News analyst, has called The National  Republican Trust PAC the most important political force in the nation.  He says we are now doing the work of the Republican Party.

• Acting Like a Bunch of Christies

• The morning the Iranians test their first nuclear weapon,  perhaps with Obama's prized UN inspectors there to watch, will  not be a good day politically for Democrats.
• Neither will the  next day when the mullahs begin issuing nuclear ultimatums to  Israel. Or the day Putin invades Ukraine, recognizing that Obama  can and will do nothing. Or the day the Taliban returns to power  in Afghanistan.
• But the biggest problem for President Obama and the  Democrats, absent another terrorist attack, will be the day they  violate their campaign pledge with a tax increase on Americans  earning less than $250,000 per year.
• There is already the  individual mandate in the health care bills, enforced by the IRS  and constitutionally justified under the power to tax, and the  new tax on health insurance.
• Then there are the price increases  under cap and trade and other global warming nonsense.
• Worst of  all, on the horizon, right after the mid-terms, is the Washington  establishment hue and cry for a new value added tax to counter  unmanageable, exploding deficits and debt.
• The emerging, defining characteristic of the Democrat Party  is that it refuses to listen to the people.
• Its leaders already  know everything, on health care, global warming, the economy, tax  policy. Even the French royalty couldn't survive with this  attitude.
• No, there is only one thing that can save the Democrats:  the Republicans.
• Political Confusion
• There are two wings of the Republican Party right now.
• One  wing wants to give up on the Republicans and create a third  party.
• The other wing, led by Sen. McCain, David Brooks, and  David Frum, wants the Republicans to be the Democrat party.
• No  one except me, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and a few smart pols,  such as Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin, wants what would really  sweep all before it, a Reagan Republican Party.
• John McCain was such an incompetent presidential candidate  last year that he lost to an unelectably left-wing extremist,  enabling a Far Left takeover of America.
• It is amazing that his  campaign advisors like Steve Schmidt even have the gall to show  their face in Republican circles after that miserable, brain dead  performance, let alone lay a claim to party leadership.
• John  McCain is not the head of the Republican Party. He is the great  mistake of 2008, whose policy and political insights led the  party to its worst defeat since 1932.
• The problem and the opportunity now for Republicans is  shown by the New Jersey Governor's race next month.
• New Jersey is  on the road to becoming a failed state politically, sort of like  Somalia, Afghanistan, and Michigan.
• The state features record  taxes and spending, naturally accompanied by a declining,  failing, economy, and widespread corruption. The incumbent  Democrat Jon Corzine has presided over this developing failure  for years, with no prospect or even hope of a new idea.
• The Republican nominee Chris Christie has run a  content-free campaign emphasizing that he is a Bruce Springsteen  fan.
• So he has watched his lead shrink from 14 points down to 4.
• Republicans whine about a third party candidate, Chris Daggett,  as a spoiler. But as the Wall Street Journal  explains, "Mr. Daggett's appeal has grown because he's  offering voters precisely what Mr. Christie isn't: a specific  plan for controlling runaway taxes and spending."
• Reagan faced a third party spoiler candidate in 1980. He  swept the field in a landslide by offering a pragmatic  conservatism solving problems through free market solutions that  the public can understand and support, along with proven  pragmatic traditional values. Chris Christie needs to prove now  that he can do the same. It is his responsibility to win voters  away from the third party candidate, not cry foul.
• Christie and too many others underestimate the strength of  Republicans and their practical ideas in the age of Obama.
• He  should propose a specific plan to cut and then cap state property  taxes, now averaging more than $7,000 per year, highest in the  nation.
• He should ask Steve Forbes for an overnight dynamically  scored income tax reform plan that would slash the absurd top  rate of 11%. He should propose financing these by slowing the  growth of state spending to the rate of population growth plus  inflation. Republican state legislative candidates should stand  with him in endorsing these ideas.
• If Christie takes this advice, he will win in a landslide,  and probably carry several Republicans to victory as well. If he  doesn't, current trends suggest he will lose, and deservedly so.
• The race is already close enough for the Democrats to steal, as  they did their 60-vote U.S. Senate majority.
• Republican victories  in this fall's races in New Jersey and Virginia will start the  panic of Congressional Democrats, and President Obama's power to  dominate Washington will already be gone. But Christie is  frittering away this crucial opportunity to save America with his  brain dead campaign.
• The Journal further explains the  problem, "Even if Mr. Christie ekes out a win because Mr. Corzine  is so unpopular, the Republican will arrive in Trenton with a  mandate to do what he campaigned on -- nothing."
• Worse than that,  if he governs like an establishment, McCain Republican,  negotiating tax increase deals to "balance the budget," he will  discredit the Republican Party, and encourage even more third  party spoilers across the country.

• Just What the Doctor  Ordered
• It is a matter of judgment as to when, but sometimes third  party candidates and even spoilers are necessary to discipline a  hopelessly wayward Republican Party.
• Also next month is a special  election in New York to fill the seat of Republican Rep. John  McHugh.
• Sneaking away with the Republican nomination for the  seat, despite strong local opposition, is ultraliberal state Rep.  Dede Scozzafava. She even has past ties to ACORN and the  ultraleft Working Families Party.
• Her election would only help  the Obama leftists, as the media heralds her as the new, modern  Republican, and she votes for the Obama neo-socialist  agenda.
• Fortunately, the New York Conservative Party is running a  true Reagan Republican, Doug Hoffman.
• The latest poll: Scozzafava  20.3%, Democrat Bill Owens 17.3%, and Hoffman 17.0%. Reagan  Republicans, free market conservatives, tea party patriots,  traditional values conservatives (Scozzafava is pro-choice and  pro-gay marriage), nationwide, need to pour resources into this  race.
• Seriously, I am like Paul Revere at Lexington and Concord  here. A win by Hoffman would be a political jolt that would help  conservatives in the Republican party nationwide.
• Congressional Republicans underestimate the grassroots  anger that will not tolerate support for President Obama's  leftist agenda.
• Any Republican who votes for the Obama/Democrat  health care takeover will be marked not just for a primary  challenge, but, if necessary, for a third party spoiler with the  express purpose of driving the apostate from office.
• If enough  Senate Republicans vote for Obamacare in the end, then a national  third party will be started, and the Republican Party will  implode.
• At a minimum, don't be surprised if an Independent  Conservative Party is started in Maine in the next few  months.
• The same goes for those Republicans who are sufficiently  uninformed on the issue to vote for cap and trade.
• That is why  Rep. Mark Kirk (R-IL) badly hurt his chances to win the open  Illinois Senate seat next year by voting for the ridiculous,  unjustifiable House cap and trade bill.
• Even environmentalists  opposed the bill riddled with special interest loopholes.
• Though  the bill would take us all the way back to 1907 by ultimately  trying to reduce fossil fuel use by 83%, even radical  environmentalists admit it would only slow temperature increases  by an absurd 9/100ths of one degree.
• Conservatives in Illinois  need to meet and coalesce around a true Reagan alternative to  Kirk, who is running as a McCain poster boy.
• Hang Together, or Hang  Separately
• The battle for the future of America is in the Republican  Party.
• Conservatives, tea party patriots, taxpayer activists,  even free market libertarians need to join the fight over whether  we will have a Reagan Republican party, or a McCain Democrat  party, or a dysfunctional party whose vote is hopelessly split by  third party spoilers.
• The threat to our country is now more  serious than ever. If we don't figure this out, we will lose our  country, and the world will enter the New Dark Ages.

• GREENVILLE - An often clamorous crowd blasted, grilled and occasionally cheered Republican U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., in a town hall meeting Monday that centered on health care reform but returned repeatedly to his positions on climate change, judicial appointees and immigration.
• Graham returned the fire with a grin, at times shouting over his most boisterous critics and telling some who questioned his Christianity and party loyalty that their minority conservative views wouldn't succeed without the political coalitions he said are necessary to serve the majority of Americans and attract enough votes in Congress.

• "If you don't like it, you can leave," he said.

    Some did.
• The 75-minute forum filled several sections of Furman University's Timmons Arena and attracted demonstrators, critics with handheld cameras, shouts of "traitor" and "Sotomayor" - and a smattering of supporters.
• Graham repeatedly told those who shouted to "chill out," and addressed most of the hot-button issues that have rankled some in the state's conservative epicenter, including an op-ed column he co-authored this week with Democratic Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, which called for climate change legislation.
• One man told Graham he had "betrayed" conservatism and made a "pact with the devil" by working with Democrats, and asked when Graham would switch parties.
• Graham said he's not going anywhere and instead would grow the party, defending his conservative credentials on such issues as abortion and guns, and calling the view of Libertarians who believe President Bush was a war criminal "nuts."
• "We're not going to be the party of angry white guys," Graham said to more shouts.
• A woman who had been carrying a sign that condemned "unconstitutional, anti-Christ, socialist, federal, deficit-spending programs" told Graham "God does not compromise" and that he had violated his oath of office by supporting federal ideas, including health care reform that overstep states' rights.
• Graham rejected the idea that the federal government should stay out of health care, saying few people want to get rid of Social Security and Medicare, and he defended his Christianity.
• He drew some applause by saying he opposes Obama's government option for health care because he said it would drive private enterprise out of business and add hundreds of billions of dollars in debt.
• He said he's not afraid to ask people who can afford care, like himself, to pay more, and that more competition, deregulation and tort reform are all ways to lower costs.
• "If we do nothing, we all lose," he said.

• He handled other questions:

  On climate change, Graham said he is working with Kerry because he wants to expand off-shore drilling and increase nuclear power to reduce the country's dependence on foreign oil. He said some caps on greenhouse gases are a reasonable trade-off to get a bill through Congress.
• On Afghanistan, he said it's crucial to increase American forces to allow the safe training of future Afghan police and soldiers. To make progress through congressional action, he said, it will take working with Democrats to form Afghanistan benchmarks.
• On his vote for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Graham said he's trying to return to confirming judges based on their legal qualifications to avoid the "never-ending assault" faced by nominees. He said President Obama's Supreme Court pick is no worse than Justice David Souter, whom she replaces.
• On hate-crimes legislation, Graham said he is "dead-set" against legislation he said would elevate crimes based on sexual orientation to special federal prosecution, which he said is a precursor to recognizing same-sex marriage. But without a coalition, the measure will pass because there aren't enough Republicans to stop it, he said.
• On illegal immigration, Graham said he's all for a border wall, as well as tamper-proof Social Security cards to help crack down on employers who hire the immigrants.
• He said he also wants to identify the 12 million illegal immigrants here now, make them pay taxes, learn English and hold a job, then send them home to the immigration line if they want to become citizens.

• In the end, Graham told a decidedly right-leaning crowd he wants to build coalitions that will keep the country's politics "center-right."

  "America is not only worth fighting for, it's worth getting criticized for," he said.

• The Seduction Of Lindsey Graham

• According to most conservatives in South Carolina, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has officially gone over to the dark side.

  • They just now discovering this? That little pecker head has been feathering his own nest and laying down his ambition for quite some time.

• Under the guise of 'bipartisanship,' Graham has signed on to one of the left's most ambitious plans to impose a socialist agenda in America - government control of the formerly free market through implementation of cap-and trade, the 1,400 plus page Waxman-Markey bill approved earlier this year by the House.
  
• The main (scientifically unproven) premise of cap and trade is that the earth is melting and government must step in to save the world.
• Of course, it will be expensive, but hey, this is Mother Earth we're talking about. And its urgent and essential that the government immediately establish a $700 billion "market" for business to buy and sell "steadily declining number of permits for creating carbon emissions."
• In a New York Times Op-Ed Graham co-authored with Sen. John Kerry cutely entitled 'Yes We Can' (get it?)
• Sen. Graham states "..we agree that climate change is real and threatens our economy and national security." Huh?
• Conservatives disagree. Conservatives, real conservatives, believe the fact based studies based on science that stand in direct opposition to the dire reports issued by bureaucrats at the United Nations and embraced as fact by the left.
• Conservative think tank, Heritage Foundation, outlines the additional costs that will be imposed on every American families if cap and trade is enacted.
• Residential electricity costs will zoom up by 90%, nearly 1.9 million jobs will be lost by 2012 overall, and the economy will lose nearly $10 trillion in gross domestic product by 2035. Just what the economy needs, right?
• Lindsey Graham was elected to serve as United States Senator in 2002.
• He was easily re-elected in 2008, largely due to the support of conservatives.
• Conservatives like founder and past president of the low country's South Strand Republicans, John Bonsignor. John and his wife campaigned hard for Graham, based on their belief that Graham would govern as a conservative. Meaning, lower taxes and less government.
• "Graham is disappointing," states Bonsignor, "He campaigned as a conservative but his record is moderate left."
• When asked if he would vote for Graham now, Bonsignor stated emphatically, "No," citing Lindsey's support for Sotomayor, his support for TARP funds, and the final straw, his support for cap and trade.
• Sen. Graham's own website states, "Graham is known as a leader who never abandons his independence or strays from the conservative reform agenda." This is no longer true.
• Graham has been seduced by the left. He has adopted one of their most successful tactics, promising one thing while delivering the quite the opposite.
• Though it's impossible to know what is in another man's heart, actions always speak louder than words. And Graham's actions clearly show that he has signed on to the leftist agenda.
• Possibly hoping to earn the coveted 'maverick' label and media kudos formerly enjoyed by his good buddy John McCain. But he is doing his own party no good.
• Graham has come to exemplify the growing disconnect between conservatives and the Republican Party.
• He believes he knows best, and if the people that elected him disagree, he tells them to just "chill out," as he did at a recent townhall meeting in Greenville.
• The same townhall meeting where one of his constituents called him a traitor.
• That townhall received little media attention.

  I have had no use for Lindsey Graham since he joined John McCain in the "Gang of 14" back in 2004 and worked against his own party on the issue of getting George W. Bush's judicial nominees confirmed. Ever since that time, the four remaining Republican members have been a thorn in the side of conservatives at every turn.

  Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe are four of the reasons that I'm ignoring the umpteenth appeal for cash from the Republican National Committee. I identify myself as a conservative, and like Hosquatch, no longer believe that the RNC represents my conservative values.

• Ultimately, how much of a nauseating, weakling, sychophantic Quisling this guy is remains to be determined. I want to puke everytime I see or hear this "man".

  For Lindsey it's simple. It's the money and the power. Same with Snowe and all the rest of the slimeballs. When you play on both teams you get paid by both teams. I'm sure even the talk about his gender preference is fine with him. Whether it's true or not it's just another source of income and influence. It's also insurance when re-election time comes around. The upstate SC Republicans hate his guts, but he gets the Charleston vote and picks up "moderates" and a lot of the business community because he's the incumbant with the power. • PHILIP GIRALDI: We were very interested to learn of your four-hour deposition in the case involving allegations that Congresswoman Jean Schmidt accepted money from the Turkish government in return for political favors. You provided many names and details for the first time on the record and swore an oath confirming that the deposition was true.
• Basically, you map out a corruption scheme involving U.S. government employees and members of Congress and agents of foreign governments.
• These agents were able to obtain information that was either used directly by those foreign governments or sold to third parties, with the proceeds often used as bribes to breed further corruption.
• Let’s start with the first government official you identified, Marc Grossman, then the third highest-ranking official at the State Department.
• SIBEL EDMONDS: During my work with the FBI, one of the major operational files that I was transcribing and translating started in late 1996 and continued until 2002, when I left the Bureau. Because the FBI had had no Turkish translators, these files were archived, but were considered to be very important operations. As part of the background, I was briefed about why these operations had been initiated and who the targets were.

After he and his Turkish wife Can returned to the U.S., he went to work for Douglas Feith and she was hired as an FBI Turkish translator. My complaints about her connection to Turkish lobbying groups led to my eventual firing.
• Special prosecutors were appointed, and the case was headlined in England, Germany, Italy, and in some of the Balkan countries because the criminal groups were found to be active in all those places.
• Grossman and Dickerson had to leave the country because a big investigation had started in Turkey.
• A leading figure in the scandal, Mehmet Eymür, led a major paramilitary group for the Turkish intelligence service. To keep him from testifying, Eymür was sent by the Turkish government to the United States, where he worked for eight months as head of intelligence at the Turkish Embassy in Washington.
• The central figure in this scandal was Abdullah Catli. In 1989, while “most wanted” by Interpol, he came to the U.S., was granted residency, and settled in Chicago, where he continued to conduct his operations until 1996.

• EDMONDS: Yes, that’s correct. Grossman assisted his Turkish and Israeli contacts directly, and he also facilitated access to members of Congress who might be inclined to help for reasons of their own or could be bribed into cooperation.

• The top person obtaining classified information was Congressman Tom Lantos.
• A Lantos associate, Alan Makovsky worked very closely with Dr. Sabri Sayari in Georgetown University, who is widely believed to be a Turkish spy.
• Lantos would give Makovsky highly classified policy-related documents obtained during defense briefings for passage to Israel because Makovsky was also working for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
• GIRALDI: Makovsky is now working for the Washington Institute for Near Eastern Policy, a pro-Israeli think tank.
• EDMONDS: Yes. Lantos was at the time probably the most outspoken supporter of Israel in Congress. AIPAC would take out the information from Lantos that was relevant to Israel, and they would give the rest of it to their Turkish associates.
• The Turks would go through the leftovers, take what they wanted, and then try to sell the rest. If there were something relevant to Pakistan, they would contact the ISI officer at the embassy and say, “We’ve got this and this, let’s sit down and talk.” And then they would sell it to the Pakistanis.

  • It's all beginning to make sense now, isn't it?

• GIRALDI: ISI—Pakistani intelligence—has been linked to the Pakistani nuclear proliferation program as well as to al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
• So the FBI was monitoring these connections going from a congressman to a congressman’s assistant to a foreign individual who is connected with intelligence to other intelligence people who are located at different embassies in Washington. And all of this information is in an FBI file somewhere?
• The FBI agents believed that they were looking at the same operation.
• EDMONDS: Two sets of FBI files, but the AIPAC-related files and the Turkish files ended up converging in one.
• The original targets were intelligence officers under diplomatic cover in the Turkish Embassy and the Israeli Embassy. It was those contacts that led to the American Turkish Council and the Assembly of Turkish American Associations and then to AIPAC fronting for the Israelis. It moved forward from there.
• It didn’t start with AIPAC originally. It started with the Israeli Embassy.
• GIRALDI: So the FBI was monitoring people from the Israeli Embassy and the Turkish Embassy and one, might presume, the Pakistani Embassy as well?
• The FBI would intercept communications to try to identify who the diplomatic target’s intelligence chief was, but then, in addition to that, there are individuals there, maybe the military attaché, who had their own contacts who were operating independently of others in the embassy.
• EDMONDS: They were the secondary target. They got leftovers from the Turks and Israelis.
• GIRALDI: So the network starts with a person like Grossman in the State Department providing information that enables Turkish and Israeli intelligence officers to have access to people in Congress, who then provide classified information that winds up in the foreign embassies?
• We were looking at Richard Perle and Douglas Feith. They had a list of individuals in the Pentagon broken down by access to certain types of information. Some of them would be policy related, some of them would be weapons-technology related, some of them would be nuclear-related.
• EDMONDS: Absolutely. And we also had Pentagon officials doing the same thing.
• Perle and Feith would provide the names of those Americans, officials in the Pentagon, to Grossman, together with highly sensitive personal information: this person is a closet gay; this person has a chronic gambling issue; this person is an alcoholic.
• The files on the American targets would contain things like the size of their mortgages or whether they were going through divorces. One Air Force major I remember was going through a really nasty divorce and a child custody fight. They detailed all different kinds of vulnerabilities.
• GIRALDI: So they had access to their personnel files and also their security files and were illegally accessing this kind of information to give to foreign agents who exploited the vulnerabilities of these people to recruit them as sources of information?

• EDMONDS: Yes. Some of those individuals on the list were also working for the RAND Corporation. RAND ended up becoming one of the prime targets for these foreign agents.
• GIRALDI: RAND does highly classified research for the U.S. government. So they were setting up these people for recruitment as agents or as agents of influence?
• EDMONDS: Yes, and the RAND sources would be paid peanuts compared to what the information was worth when it was sold if it was not immediately useful for Turkey or Israel.
• The sources would provide the information on CD’s and DVD’s.
• They also had sources who were working in some midwestern Air Force bases.

  • NOTE: Any connection with the B52 bomber and it's payload of an armed nuclear bomb that was loaded and flown out of Minot AFB in the Dakotas to an air base in Louisiana, also during the George W. Bush admin? There was speculation the bomb was intended for a specific troublesome country in the Middle East. Heads rolled,of course but as usual, probably not the heads that should'eva been rolling. Air men connected with the scandal were found to have been "suicided" or "whacked" in auto accidents. Even the base CO in the Dakotas was found in a field..yes.."suicided." Was all this additional scandal and tragedy to hush up some people?

• In one case, for example, a Turkish military attaché got the disc and discovered that it was something really important, so he offered it to the Pakistani ISI person at the embassy, but the price was too high. Then a Turkish contact in Chicago said he knew two Saudi businessmen in Detroit who would be very interested in this information, and they would pay the price. So the Turkish military attaché flew to Detroit with his assistant to make the sale.
• GIRALDI: We know Grossman was receiving money for services.
• EDMONDS: Yes. Sometimes he would give money to the people who were working with him, identified in phone calls on a first-name basis, whether it’s a John or a Joe.
• Grossman would brag, “We just fax to our people at the New York Times. They print it under their names.”
• He also took care of some other people, including his contact at the New York Times.

• GIRALDI: Did Feith and Perle receive any money that you know of?

    

  EDMONDS: No.
• GIRALDI: So they were doing favors for other reasons. Both Feith and Perle were lobbyists for Turkey and also were involved with Israel on defense contracts, including some for Northrop Grumman, which Feith represented in Israel.
• EDMONDS: They had arrangements with various companies, some of them members of the American Turkish Council. They had arrangements with Kissinger’s group, with Northrop Grumman, with former secretary of state James Baker’s group, and also with former national security adviser Brent Scowcroft.
• They were discussing with the Turkish ambassador in Washington an arrangement whereby the U.S. would invade Iraq and divide the country.
• The monitoring of the Turks picked up contacts with Feith, Wolfowitz, and Perle in the summer of 2001, four months before 9/11.
• They were negotiating what Turkey required in exchange for allowing an attack from Turkish soil. The Turks were very supportive, but wanted a three-part division of Iraq to include their own occupation of the Kurdish region.
• The UK would take the south, the rest would go to the U.S.
• The three Defense Department officials said that would be more than they could agree to, but they continued daily communications to the ambassador and his defense attaché in an attempt to convince them to help.
• Meanwhile Scowcroft, who was also the chairman of the American Turkish Council, Baker, Richard Armitage, and Grossman began negotiating separately for a possible Turkish protectorate. Nothing was decided, and then 9/11 took place.
• Scowcroft was all for invading Iraq in 2001 and even wrote a paper for the Pentagon explaining why the Turkish northern front would be essential. I know Scowcroft came off as a hero to some for saying he was against the war, but he was very much for it until his client’s conditions were not met by the Bush administration.
• GIRALDI: Armitage was deputy secretary of state at the time Scowcroft and Baker were running their own consulting firms that were doing business with Turkey. Grossman had just become undersecretary, third in the State hierarchy behind Armitage.
• You’ve previouly alluded to efforts by Grossman, as well as high-ranking officials at the Pentagon, to place Ph.D. students. Can you describe that in more detail?
• EDMONDS: The seeding operation started before Marc Grossman arrived at the State Department. The Turkish agents had a network of Turkish professors in various universities with access to government information.
• Their top source was a Turkish-born professor of nuclear physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was useful because MIT would place a bunch of Ph.D. or graduate-level students in various nuclear facilities like Sandia or Los Alamos, and some of them were able to work for the Air Force.
• He would provide the list of Ph.D. students who should get these positions. In some cases, the Turkish military attaché would ask that certain students be placed in important positions.
• And they were not necessarily all Turkish, but the ones they selected had struck deals with the Turkish agents to provide information in return for money.
• If for some reason they had difficulty getting a secuity clearance, Grossman would ensure that the State Department would arrange to clear them.
• In exchange for the information that these students would provide, they would be paid $4,000 or $5,000. And the information that was sold to the two Saudis in Detroit went for something like $350,000 or $400,000.
• GIRALDI: This corruption wasn’t confined to the State Department and the Pentagon—it infected Congress as well.
• You’ve named people like former House Speaker Dennis Hastert, now a registered agent of the Turkish government.
• In your deposition, you describe the process of breaking foreign-originated contributions into small units, $200 or less, so that the source didn’t have to be reported. Was this the primary means of influencing congressmen, or did foreign agents exploit vulnerabilities to get what they wanted using something like blackmail?
• EDMONDS: In early 1997, because of the information that the FBI was getting on the Turkish diplomatic community, the Justice Department had already started to investigate several Republican congressmen.
• The number-one congressman involved with the Turkish community, both in terms of providing information and doing favors, was Bob Livingston. Number-two after him was Dan Burton, and then he became number-one until Hastert became the speaker of the House.
• Bill Clinton’s attorney general, Janet Reno, was briefed on the investigations, and since they were Republicans, she authorized that they be continued.
• Well, as the FBI developed more information, Tom Lantos was added to this list, and then they got a lot on Douglas Feith and Richard Perle and Marc Grossman.
• At this point, the Justice Department said they wanted the FBI to only focus on Congress, leaving the executive branch people out of it. But the FBI agents involved wanted to continue pursuing Perle and Feith because the Israeli Embassy was also connected. Then the Monica Lewinsky scandal erupted, and everything was placed on the back burner.
• In 1999, they wiretapped the congressmen directly. (Prior to that point they were getting all their information secondhand through FISA, as their primary targets were foreigners.)
• But some of the agents continued to investigate the congressional connection.
• The questionably legal wiretap gave the perfect excuse to the Justice Department. As soon as they found out, they refused permission to monitor the congressmen and Grossman as primary targets.
• But the inquiry was kept alive in Chicago because the FBI office there was pursuing its own investigation. The epicenter of a lot of the foreign espionage activity was Chicago.

• GIRALDI: So the investigation stopped in Washington, but continued in Chicago?
• EDMONDS: Yes, and in 2000, another representative was added to the list, Jan Schakowsky, the Democratic congresswoman from Illinois.
• Turkish agents started gathering information on her, and they found out that she was bisexual.
• So a Turkish agent struck up a relationship with her. When Jan Schakowsky’s mother died, the Turkish woman went to the funeral, hoping to exploit her vulnerability. They later were intimate in Schakowsky’s townhouse, which had been set up with recording devices and hidden cameras.
• They needed Schakowsky and her husband Robert Creamer to perform certain illegal operational facilitations for them in Illinois. They already had Hastert, the mayor, and several other Illinois state senators involved.

  • Illinois again...I wonder if Obama figures anywhere in this; either as a willing traitor or an unsung hero?

• I don’t know if Congresswoman Schakowsky ever was actually blackmailed or did anything for the Turkish woman.
• GIRALDI: So we have a pattern of corruption starting with government officials providing information to foreigners and helping them make contact with other Americans who had valuable information.
• Some of these officials, like Marc Grossman, were receiving money directly. Others were receiving business favors: Pentagon associates like Doug Feith and Richard Perle had interests in Israel and Turkey.
• The stolen information was being sold, and the money that was being generated was used to corrupt certain congressmen to influence policy and provide still more information—in many cases information related to nuclear technology.
• EDMONDS: As well as weapons technology, conventional weapons technology, and Pentagon policy-related information.
• GIRALDI: You also have information on al-Qaeda, specifically al-Qaeda in Central Asia and Bosnia. You were privy to conversations that suggested the CIA was supporting al-Qaeda in central Asia and the Balkans, training people to get money, get weapons, and this contact continued until 9/11…
• EDMONDS: I don’t know if it was CIA. There were certain forces in the U.S. government who worked with the Turkish paramilitary groups, including Abdullah Çatli’s group, Fethullah Gülen.

• GIRALDI: Well, that could be either Joint Special Operations Command or CIA.

    

  EDMONDS: Maybe in a lot of cases when they said State Department, they meant CIA?

    

  GIRALDI: When they said State Department, they probably meant CIA.
• Not once did anybody use the word “al-Qaeda.” It was always “mujahideen,” always “bin Laden” and, in fact, not “bin Laden” but “bin Ladens” plural.
• EDMONDS: Okay. So these conversations, between 1997 and 2001, had to do with a Central Asia operation that involved bin Laden.
• There were several bin Ladens who were going on private jets to Azerbaijan and Tajikistan. The Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan worked with them.
• There were bin Ladens, with the help of Pakistanis or Saudis, under our management.
• Marc Grossman was leading it, 100 percent, bringing people from East Turkestan into Kyrgyzstan, from Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan, from Azerbaijan some of them were being channeled to Chechnya, some of them were being channeled to Bosnia.
• From Turkey, they were putting all these bin Ladens on NATO planes. People and weapons went one way, drugs came back.

• GIRALDI: Was the U.S. government aware of this circular deal?

    

  EDMONDS: 100 percent.
• A lot of the drugs were going to Belgium with NATO planes. After that, they went to the UK, and a lot came to the U.S. via military planes to distribution centers in Chicago and Paterson, New Jersey.
• Turkish diplomats who would never be searched were coming with suitcases of heroin.
• GIRALDI: And, of course, none of this has been investigated. What do you think the chances are that the Obama administration will try to end this criminal activity?
• EDMONDS: Well, even during Obama’s presidential campaign, I did not buy into his slogan of “change” being promoted by the media and, unfortunately, by the naïve blogosphere.
• First of all, Obama’s record as a senator, short as it was, spoke clearly. For all those changes that he was promising, he had done nothing.
• In fact, he had taken the opposite position, whether it was regarding the NSA’s wiretapping or the issue of national-security whistleblowers. We whistleblowers had written to his Senate office. He never responded, even though he was on the relevant committees. (end)
• Our questions regarding Edmonds and the extent of what her charges mean are several:
• 1.  How can an FBI investigation of this scope be ended so quickly without any information reaching the public? We have come to believe that everything is leaked? How is such control maintained?
• 2.  When a story like this is broken, why is there no followup investigation by the FBI, Congress or any attempt by investigative reporters, outside a few, to tell the American people the truth?
• 3.  Why has President Obama kept the same repressive and illegal policies in place that were used by the Bush administration?
• We are well beyond conspiracy theory. With the ability of our government to silence this story, which undermines the official versions of nearly everything from 9/11 to the most basic aspects of our national security, can any version of anything, investigated or not, commissions or not, ever be taken as more than part of the real conspiracy behind the conspiracies?
• We have long accepted that our government was for sale to the highest bidder and that our press sold its soul after 9/11 for the privilege of being fed lies and continual access to more of the same. Anyone breaking with the crowd was cut off, denied access and pushed out.
• Everyone working to stifle open government, end challenges to government power and continue down this path is a part of this conspiracy.
• A government operating in secret is, in itself, a conspiracy.
• They are working against, not only the idea of democracy, but against the lives of everyone living in America.
• This has left Americans subject to war for profit, rigged elections, economic slavery at the hands of financial pirates and the Obama administrations willingness to continue Bush era policies to impoverish working Americans.
• The saddest part of this is the willingness of millions of Americans to join in to silence any movement for a free government.
• Under the guise of patriotism, extremist groups, funded and organized, sometimes publicly, sometimes secretly, by special interest and supported by massive press organizations, some under foreign control,
• Groups clamoring for "freedom," sometimes armed, are working feverishly on behalf of war profiteers, foreign spy agencies and criminal elements in our power elite.
• Why is suppressing the truth about 9/11 a way of making us free? Why is challenging the oil and defense cartels considered fascism?
• With continual talk about conspiracies, Zionists, Socialists and endless cabals running a secret government, the real power, the multinational corporations and banking consortiums that control the Federal Reserve system, set oil and commodity prices, manipulate currencies set the course of human history, all unseen, have been around for decades.
• Stealing oil, running drugs and looting our defense budget is only part of it.
• The real goal is power, economic power.
• Governments come and go, elections, real or rigged, assassinations, coups, none of it means much. Even the most secure democracy can be taken down by a handful of dedicated men, be they terrorists, spies or foreign agents. 9/11 proved that.
• If only the intelligent can see and understand the danger, then the real cabal attacks the intelligent as "liberal" and "weak."
• If the patriotic and brave become a danger, send them to war or give them an imaginary enemy, fill the news with warnings and alerts.
• If an investigation starts, channel it into a pet "paid off" Congressman or two and feed it lies.
• Lying is now an honorable part of our national secuity effort.
• Others are called "truthers" as a way of discrediting them.
• If someone stands up, what happens? With Edmonds, John Ashcroft issued executive orders to have her silenced.
• How have we sunk to the point where asking for the truth can discredit someone?
• If a story threatens to break, debunkers, agents of the cabal, jump on it immediately.

• They come in two flavors:

    

  1. Debunkers present wild and implausible explanations attacking eye witness testimony, science and even video evidence using sarcasm and backed by powerful organizations. Debunkers need prove nothing, only claim, with no accountability, that they have "debunked."
• 2. Debunkers also join any investigation but lead it to the "Twilight Zone." Every legitimate story is dumped on the door of "Zionists" or space aliens by this type of debunker. They take plausible attacks on government lies and poison them with insane speculation in order to discredit anyone asking for a legitimate investigation.
• Today, as usual, America is divided and moving toward a period of domestic discord and even home grow terrorism.
• Our military forces have become a prime recruiting ground for the corporate cabal.
• Every group that is easily influenced and easily misinformed, military, police, gun owners or those in isolated rural areas, are subject to wild stories of race war, imaginary Communist takeovers or worldwide Jewish conspriacies.

• Whatever is blown up, a nuclear plant, a famous bridge or monument, the result will be the same:

    

  * More oppressive laws* More defense spending

    

  * More taxes or more debt

    

  * More dead American soldiers

    

  * More high prices for gas

    

  * More and more pundits on TV crying about socialism
• It doesn't take a genius to understand any of this. We love watching movies and TV shows about government conspiracies identical to the one we really seem to have.

• Where is the line? How much has to be lies before we have become the thing we fear most of all, a police state?

• WILL   FOX NEWS DROP NEWT GINGRICH?

• On the   occasion of its 13th anniversary and dramatic success in the television   ratings, Fox News is coming under serious scrutiny.
• But there is no reason   why this scrutiny should come exclusively from those on the left who are   jealous of the cable channel’s success.
• Conservatives should not   hesitate to offer their own critique of the popular news network.
• Since   Fox News has come to symbolize in the public mind the conservative viewpoint,   conservatives should examine which personalities and issues are being   presented regularly on the cable channel.
• Inevitably, such an analysis   will focus on former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who seems   to appear every few days on “The O’Reilly Factor,” “Hannity,”   or “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren.”
• However,   Gingrich’s position as a Fox News regular may be in jeopardy because   of his abandonment of the conservative candidate, Doug   Hoffman, in a special election race in New York.
• One of the White   House criticisms of Fox News is that it is an arm of the Republican Party.   The regular use of Gingrich, a knee-jerk Republican who defers to party   bosses, tends to support that thesis.
• Since   many people tune into Fox News to ascertain the conservative point of   view, the regular use of Gingrich will become disconcerting and problematic   to many members of its viewing audience.
• In a major break with some of   his on-air colleagues, independent conservative and Fox News host Glenn   Beck openly has questioned Gingrich’s embrace of the official Republican   candidate, liberal Dede Scozzafava, in the race.
• Beck noted her ties to   ACORN and interviewed her conservative opponent, Hoffman. The interview   ran under the headline, “Principles or Party?” and is now   featured on Hoffman’s website.
• While   he supports the official Republican nominee in the New York race, out   of deference to party leaders, Gingrich irritates conservatives and Republicans   alike by giving credence to causes embraced by far-left liberals in the   Democratic Party.
• He filmed a climate change ad with radical House Speaker   Nancy Pelosi and currently conducts joint appearances with racial agitator   Al Sharpton, a figure in the Democratic Party, on educational matters.
• The Gingrich-Sharpton tour was actually announced by the Obama White House   and is being sponsored by the federal Department of Education.

  • Newt has been a grade-A, royal son of'a bitch for a long time. None of this surprises those of us who've know for years what an ass hole he is.

• The   latter has prompted Peter Flaherty, president of the National Legal and   Policy Center, to call upon Gingrich to end his relationship with Sharpton.
• A study   issued by the NLPC notes that “Sharpton has promoted fake hate   crimes against blacks, and has inspired racial antagonism against whites   and Jews. Indeed, this long-established pattern of behavior continues   to the present.”
• A video   from a leading conservative news site, Newsmax.com, shows Flaherty denouncing   Gingrich for associating with the activist. “Newt has made a bad   decision and we believe he should end his relationship with Sharpton,”   Flaherty said.
• Even   before he decided to back a liberal Republican over a conservative in   the Congressional special election race in New York’s 23rd district,   Gingrich had been under fire for abandoning the conservative cause.
• He   co-authored an Al Gore-style book on environmental issues, A Contract   With the Earth, before he decided that this approach was unpopular   and that we had to exploit more of our own natural resources and “Drill   baby drill.” Suddenly, Gingrich’s calls for “Green conservatism”   were dropped.
• Back   in 2007, when Alan Colmes was a co-host on the Hannity show, Colmes told   Gingrich that he appreciated the fact that there was an endorsement of   A Contract With the Earth from liberal Democratic Senator John   Kerry. “You should have gone to Gore, though,” Colmes said.
• Colmes   has since been dropped by Fox News as a program host, but Gingrich still   appears with regularity.
• One of his latest projects, “Rediscovering   God in America,” which examines the monuments, memorials and documents   found in Washington, D.C., that reference God’s role in America’s   founding, is extremely worthwhile but basically duplicates what people   like David Barton of WallBuilders   have been doing for many years.
• Once known as a politician with personal   problems, Gingrich has reportedly rediscovered his own religious faith,   under the guidance of his third wife.
• But   as we have seen with environmentalism, Gingrich’s positions on political   matters are subject to change, depending on what seems popular at the   time.
• On the matter of the $700 billion Wall Street bailout, Gingrich   was against it until he issued a statement in favor of it.
• Then, in an   article for Human Events, he called it “bad” and stated that   Republican presidential candidate John McCain could only win by distancing   himself from it.
• This performance led us to conclude   that the Republican Party and its leaders in Congress were morally bankrupt,   to go along with the financial bankruptcy of the nation itself.
• Earlier   this year Gingrich was calling for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to be replaced   because of her unsubstantiated allegations against the CIA about lying   over the use of interrogation techniques against terrorists. But before   that, Gingrich thought so much of Pelosi that he taped an advertisement   with her for the Alliance for Climate Protection, a group founded by Al   Gore.
• However,   it’s Gingrich’s intervention in the New York special election   race on November 3 that really has conservatives up in arms.
• Mark Mix   of the National Right to Work Committee is the latest to sound the alarm.
• He accuses Gingrich of undercutting efforts to stop Big Labor’s   “Employee Free Choice Act” or card check bill in Congress.
• The measure would make it easier for left-wing labor unions to get members   and pick their pockets to support left-wing Democratic Party candidates.
• Referring   to official Republican candidate, Scozzafava, Mix says that Gingrich “is   backing an outspoken supporter of forced unionism and the union bosses…”
• In unusually harsh language, Mix goes on to say that “Just like   the final few years when he was Speaker of the House of Representatives,   for Newt, it appears it is just about power and party over principle.”
• The   issue of “party over principle” was raised by Glenn Beck during   his interview of Hoffman.
• The outcome of this race could determine not   only the future of the conservative movement but whether Gingrich has   the credibility to continue as a “conservative” spokesman   on Fox News.

• MORE   REPUBLICAN DECEPTION

• As my   husband is fond of saying, we have Socialist Party A and Socialist Party   B, there is little difference.
• It seems quite obvious to even the least   politically involved that both parties are melding into one and both are   far too liberal for the conservative, small government voters who favor   our founding fathers’ beliefs and desires for America.
• In 1965,   I remember a close friend telling me that the Soviet Union and America   would meld into one combining both communism and capitalism. I’ve   thought of that statement many times over the years.
• Countless   phone calls from the Republican National Committee, the College Republican   National Committee, and every other form of Republican National group   out there has phoned me for a donation.
• If that isn’t enough, the   RNC and various other Republican groups continue to send me snail mail   which includes two and three page questionnaires and surveys, and at the   end of same, an area to mark for the amount of your donation.
• With the   disgust I’ve felt for so long regarding the Republican choices for   office, I mostly pitched these costly forms in the trash. However, after   the 2008 election, I decided to change my strategy.
• Every   questionnaire seems to ask the questions with answers they KNOW we want   them to follow…
• a case in point is, “Do you believe the stimulus   is working for America?” Or this, “Do you approve of the healthcare   reform by President Obama?”
• You know the type of questions, as I’m   sure many of you have received these forms and these phone calls soliciting   for funds as well.
• I fill   out the questionnaires, then I add my own short letter stating that I   am much more inclined to do my own research on where my money will go   and to whom I will support for office than they have been in the past   or even now.
• The same goes for the phone solicitations…I tell them   I no longer trust their decisions and will never be funding them again   and then I tell them why.
• Do conservatives   want the likes of John McCain nominated for the highest office in the   land?
• I highly doubt McCain would have garnered even half the votes he   got had it not been for his vice presidential nominee, Sarah Palin, who   he quite obviously threw under the bus.
• Sarah’s biggest mistake   was accepting that nomination, but that’s another story.
• A case   in point is the choice of the Republican party of Michael Steele as the   head of the RNC, which was quite disturbing for many reasons.
• One has   to wonder if Steele was chosen for the color of his skin rather than the   content of his character and especially his failure to uphold the former   Republican platform of pro-life, pro-family, small government, etc.
• In   a March, 2009 interview with GQ Magazine, he was asked to elaborate on   his beliefs. Here is what he said when asked about pro-life,
• "The   choice issue cuts two ways. You can choose life, or you can choose abortion.   You know, my mother chose life. So, you know, I think the power of the   argument of choice boils down to stating a case for one or the other."
• "Are   you saying you think women have the right to choose abortion?" the   interviewer asked.
    Steele responded, "Yeah. I mean, again, I think that's an individual   choice."

• GQ:   "You do?"

   

  Steele:   "Yeah. Absolutely."
• Then   when he was asked about marriage, he stated he believed it was between   a man and a woman, but when asked if homosexuality was a choice, he stated,   "Oh, no. I don't think I've ever really subscribed to that view,   that you can turn it on and off like a water tap. ... You just can't simply   say, oh, like, 'Tomorrow morning I'm gonna stop being gay.' It's like   saying, 'Tomorrow morning I'm gonna stop being black.'"
• Several   conservative Republicans were not assuaged when Steele tried to clarify   that his beliefs were those of the Republican platform. However, nothing   was done.
• The   crowning piece that told me Michael Steele was another neo-conservative   was the fact that he is a five-year member of the globalist, one-world   (Christian excluding) Aspen Institute.

• I’ve   sent donations to the Republican running against Arlen Specter who would   have been elected 5 years ago had President Bush not interceded for Specter.
• There are two Republicans running in the primary against Harry Reid, one   is a constitutionalist.

• We   should NOT trust the RNC or any of their sister organizations to send   our monies to the true conservatives.
• Remember, all of the congress is   up for re-election in 2010 and a third of the senate is up for re-election.
• You   can find out which senators are up for election.
• All senators run   for a 6 year term. The two exceptions are Obama and Biden’s senate   seats which also need to be filled, bringing the amount of senators running   this year to a total of 36.
• When   you receive phone calls and snail mail from the RNC, I urge you to tell   them you feel highly qualified to do your own research on where you’ll   send your monies, and that they are wasting their time calling you for   cash that they’ll distribute to the likes of Scozzafava (500,000   from the RNC), Snowe, Collins and others who are simply Republicans in   name only.

• I was shocked at the level of incompetence, lack of integrity,   or any attempt at moral fair play displayed by our pathetic excuse for   a media.
• They followed the lead of their DC masters and painted town hall participants   as angry mobs.
• Such   a lack of basic understanding of the American public betrays their globalist   identity, their lack of respect for our Republic and our democratic   process.
• How upside down things have become when those who would destroy   are portrayed as enlightened, while those who protect and defend become   ridiculed as extremists.
• Globalists,   shocked by the outpouring of patriotism they thought long extinguished,   dropped any pretense of civility and unleashed reprehensible rhetoric.
• Race baiting, class warfare, religious ridicule, media manipulation   and pretended indifference from leadership unleashed on the public,   proved ineffective.

• Corporations   seeking cheap labor take jobs from Americans and hire cheaper and more   compliant slaves.
• Identity theft is a non issue for our leadership.
• Illegal aliens and a new welfare class of Americans use and abuse social   services causing shortages in low income housing.
• Lack of funding for   hospitals, forced to care for the uninsured, have closed all over the   country leaving Americans at risk.
• Greedy   banks and greedy politicians betrayed the American spirit by allowing   undocumented, underemployed home buyers to get in over their heads causing   a flood of foreclosures by people and causing a domino effect.
• When   the bubble collapsed millions lost their homes and investments.
• Overburdened shelters became filled with   homeless and desperate people and food banks, already hurting from low   donation levels, have lines around the block and are in dire straits.
• They   were rewarded with bailouts.
• Without   an ability to manufacture, to produce food, to trade with fair agreements,   and to control our border, without hope for a returning economy, and   with DC determined to bankrupt our nation with social justice programs   meant to further increase dependency, Americans watch in horror as Congress   further indebt our children to the Communist Chinese, exporting jobs   and importing tainted goods while allowing an unending supply of cheaper   workers to come into the country under work visa provisions.
• Our   government’s answer to this tragedy is bailouts for Wall Street,   Stimulus for social agenda driven programs, Health Care reform, Job   killing Cap and Trade and Amnesty.
• How can their intentions not be perfectly   obvious?
• I   believe this disastrous chain of events to be treasonous and intentional.
• This is not time to be diplomatic; it is time for truth.
• Americans must   put aside our proclivity to speak gently; call a rat the rodent that   it is and save political correctness for those who value silence.
• Globalists   detest the American dream.
• They scoff at patriotism. They deride tradition.   They laugh at our refusal to relinquish our Constitution and they are   ashamed of our founding fathers.
• In their tortured world view, we are   not citizens, but customers and workers and if we will not behave, we   can be replaced, easily.
• The   religion they preach is consumerism; their pulpits are our Universities,   our Capitols and our Media.
• They have loyalty to no nation or people.
• In a perfect globalist world, there would be no borders, no nations,   and no citizens. In their bleak world, there would be no culture, no   tradition, no God, just bleak grey days followed by bleak dark nights   interrupted only by flashing neon signs declaring that we must buy and   pay taxes to be patriotic.
• It is a cancer to our nation and our people.
• Globalism   is a sickness of the soul.
• It is a cancer to the world and all of her people.
• Globalism is tyranny,   for it takes everything and allows nothing.
• America has been the refuge from tyranny. Where will the oppressed go   when there is no more America?
• Our leadership may wish to commit national   suicide but our citizens have other ideas.
• That is not to say that we cannot participate in the world, of course,   that is in our best interest and we have much to offer other peoples   as they have to offer us but what globalists deride as protectionism,   Americans call self preservation.
• Survival depends on taking care of   home first.
• Once home is secured, one can look farther and help where   it is needed and desired. In America today, home is not secured. It   is in great jeopardy.
• Our citizens understand their attention must be American focused first   and foremost. We have every right to demand the same from our Representatives.
• While diplomats pronounce arrogantly around the world the need to spread   democracy, our American election process is under attack to allow non   citizens and illegal aliens representation through the Censes and to   vote through mass registration.
• Groups such as ACORN, at taxpayers’   expense, pervert the system; voting systems are flawed and rife with   fraud.
• When   the next ‘selection’ cycle begins, we must ask the right   questions and demand the complete answers.
• Globalists won’t understand   the distinctions. American focused future representatives will.
• Americans   know what the short sighted elites fail to acknowledge. We will no longer   support globalists of any political party.
• As Americans, our loyalty   is to our nation and not a political party.
• We must insist on American focused candidates and settle on nothing   less.
• Democrats should fear the coming elections as the Obama’s ‘Hope   and Change’ tour runs aground.
• Republicans should not assume they   will be voted in because we are upset with the current administration.
• Fox   news has already decided who our choices will be in the next election.
• They poll asking which candidate people support for President in 2012   and list a handful of past losers and globalists as options.
• Never do   they include ‘none of the above’.
• We are being setup once   again to pick from a selection of Democratic globalists or Republican   globalists.
• Citizens   are on to the game and must seek out and support American focused candidates   or lose everything we have ever aspired to, as a nation and a people.
• We must be silent no more while our Republic is reshaped, restructured,   and devoured by the very socialist agenda our ancestors shed blood to   defeat.
• When a globalists comes knocking on your door at election time,   recognize him for the wolf that he is and be wary.

• BLAME   THE BISHOPS

• A lot   is being said and written about why national health care legislation is   becoming a reality.
• The simple fact, available for all to see, is that   the U.S. Catholic Bishops ensured passage of the bill in the House, enabling   the Senate to move forward with its version.
• Like   “progressive” strategist Robert B. Creamer, the Bishops believe   that health care is a right to be guaranteed by government.
• This position   has driven the debate and has rarely been challenged by Republicans.
• The   debate over abortion has been mostly a diversion. Perhaps it has been   planned that way
• As we   were the first to disclose,   Creamer, an ex-con and husband of Rep. Jan Schakowsky, emphasized using   “the faith community” to mobilize support for universal health   care by highlighting the morality of providing medical care to people   in need.
• His book, Stand Up Straight! How Progressives Can Win,   emphasized that
• “We must create a national consensus that health   care is a right, not a commodity; and that government must guarantee that   right.”
• Now   compare this to what the Bishops have said.
• “Our   approach to health care is shaped by a simple but fundamental principle:   ‘Every person has a right to adequate health care,’”   they   say.
• They go on, “For three quarters of a century, the Catholic   bishops of the United States have called for national action to assure   decent health care for all Americans. We seek to bring a moral perspective   in an intensely political debate; we offer an ethical framework in an   arena dominated by powerful economic interests.”
• Reform,   the Bishops said, would “require concerted action by federal and   other levels of government and by the diverse providers and consumers   of health care. We believe government, an instrument of our common purpose   called to pursue the common good, has an essential role to play in assuring   that the rights of all people to adequate health care are respected.”
• Also   this: “For three quarters of a century, the Catholic bishops of   the United States have called for national action to assure decent health   care for all Americans.”
• The   only real chance of defeating the health care legislation came when the   bill was lacking a majority of votes for passage in the House. That’s   when the first deal was made.
• This was the deal that made all other deals   possible. Acting at the behest of Catholic Cardinal Theodore McCarrick   and the Catholic Bishops, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi agreed to a vote   on the pro-life amendment introduced by Rep. Bart Stupak. It passed and   then the bill itself was approved.
• But   why did Republicans vote for the Stupak amendment if they opposed the   basic premise of the bill?
• House Republican Leader Rep. John Boehner got   his marching orders as well.
• He   was told by Cardinal Francis George, president of the U.S. Conference   of Catholic Bishops, that the Republicans shouldn’t scuttle the   Stupak amendment.
• The   Senate then proceeded to pass its own version of the legislation, without   the Stupak language. Predictably, Stupak is complaining about that.
• But   he–and the Democrats and Republicans who voted for his amendment–only   have themselves to blame.
• At least five lobbyists for the Bishops worked   with Pelosi and Stupak on the deal that is now also predictably falling   apart.
• Clearly, the pro-life deal was a ploy designed to keep the legislation   alive.
• It has   become apparent to some observers that the Bishops want the legislation   to pass, with or without abortion language, because of its perceived impact   on 600 Catholic hospitals.
• As they say in their own document, “Catholic   dioceses, parishes, schools, agencies, and hospitals are major purchasers   of insurance and health care. The rapidly escalating costs of coverage   are impacting almost every diocese, agency, parish, and school.”
• In other   words, the Bishops see national health care legislation as a way to reduce   their own costs.
• In addition, by expanding federally-subsidized health   care to as many as 30 million people, many of whom might normally depend   on Catholic hospitals for inexpensive or free care, the Catholic Bishops   could save even more money.
• Andrew   P. Napolitano, the senior judicial analyst at the Fox News Channel, has   written a very revealing article about what has been missing in the debate   over health care.
• He   writes, “In the continually harsh public discourse over the   President’s proposals for federally-managed healthcare, the Big   Government progressives in both the Democratic and the Republican parties   have been trying to trick us.
• These folks, who really want the government   to care for us from cradle to grave, have been promoting the idea that   health care is a right. In promoting that false premise, they have succeeded   in moving the debate from WHETHER the feds should micro-manage health   care to HOW the feds should micro-manage health care. • Before the cloture vote on sneaky Sunday, Sen. John McCain had sounded the same message with more energy, invoking John Paul Jones and vowing: “We have not yet begun to fight.”

• The Senate will hold a final vote on healthcare reform at 8 a.m. on Christmas Eve.

• Under Senate rules, the GOP could have insisted that the vote not occur until 7 p.m. but Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) took to the Senate floor Tuesday afternoon to announce an agreement that allows senators to depart Washington sooner to begin the Christmas holiday.

   

  The 60 members of the Democratic caucus have united twice on procedural votes to advance the legislation, meaning passage is all but assured Thursday. On Wednesday, the Senate will hold a cloture vote to end debate on the bill, setting up final action.

• All roads seem to lead to Joe Cannon (also known as Joseph Cannon), when it comes to shady and even criminal activities within the State of Utah and Utah County.
• Joe (Joseph)Cannon held the following positions over the past years through the present:
• 1. Editor of the Deseret News: Former Deseret News Editor, Jon Hughes was forced to resign after I exposed him as a Christian Scientist- Council of Foreign Relations member leading the Latter-Day Saint Newspaper (Deseret News) in Utah. (See Link.)
• 2. Utah State Republican Chairman: Joe Cannon (Joseph Cannon) was forced to resign after I exposed contributions to the Utah Republican Party from Jack Abramoff, David Safavian, casino gambling interests, tobacco, alcohol and Farmers Insurance Group. (See Link)
• Farmers Insurance Group was the company I worked with before I filed an anti-Mormon discrimination complaint.
• Joe Cannon (Joseph Cannon) and his brother, Chris Cannon (Christopher Cannon) did their best to personally destroy me. On behalf of Farmers Insurance Group Joseph Cannon used his position at the Deseret News to "black out" the Utah Farmers Insurance Group story in all of the Utah media outlets.
• 3. Lobbyist: Joe Cannon (Joseph Cannon) was also a lobbyist (Along with convicted felon Jack Abramoff) for a toxic waste company called Envirocare.
• Joe Cannon was Forced to resign from his lobbying activities after I published a document where Joseph Cannon swore full allegiance to the Gay and Lesbian movement and homosexual marriage. An awkward position for the editor of the LDS Deseret News.
• So while the LDS Church was fighting homosexual marriage, Joe was secretly engaged in advancing it!
• Geneva Steel: Owned and Operated by Joe Cannon and His Brother Chris Cannon. Joe bankrupted the Geneva Steel Pension Plan after he transferred $85 million in water shares out of Geneva Steel.
• He fraudulantly left the Geneva Steel Pension Plan only 10% funded and turned it over the Federal Pension Guarantee Corp to pay off Geneva Steel Pensions.
• Joseph had the ability to fully fund the Geneva Steel Pension Plan and keep the Geneva Steel plant in operation. The Deseret News Editor chose instead to screw Utah and Utah County out of a huge employer.
• Many individuals that worked for Geneva Steel lost everything as a result. Some Geneva Steel Employees committed suicide or started a career in crime.
• Fraud was involved in that Joe never disclosed these water shares to Geneva Steel creditors, or to the Union that represented the workers at Geneva Steel.
• For 5 years they remained hidden, until I revealed them to both the Union and Creditors, much to the consternation of Deseret News Editor, Joseph Cannon
• 2002 Olympics scandal: Otherwise known as the "big whitewash". Joe Cannon was on the commission that was charged with bribing International Olympic Commitee members with high priced gifts and cash; as well as young and attractive female "escorts".

  Christopher Cannon was a Utah Congressman that served from 1996 until I used my direct dialing machines to contact his constituents (10's of thousands) last year.
• Then he lost in a landslide to a virtual unknown in his Party's primary. One of only two to do so in that election cycle.
• 1.In 2002, After I contacted Christopher Cannon's (Chris Cannon) office about my discrimination complaint against Farmers Insurance Group Utah, he or his Chief of Staff, David Safavian, contacted Farmers Insurance Group and used extortion to fill up their campaign coffers at my expense.
• David Safavian then worked with Farmers Insurance Group and his buddy Jack Abramoff to help get them an Indian gambling Casino.
• And his campaign coffers went from an average of $300,000 in annual contributions, to well over a million. Almost all of it coming from Farmers Insurance Group or other Insurance PACS.
• The results were that Chris Cannon's 1.7 million dollar campaign loan was paid off.
• Chris Cannon also benefitted from David Safavian and Jack Abramoff's lobbying connections when he agreed to place a poison pill in the law that would have Banned/restricted Online Casino gambling. Can you say "organized crime"? (Link)

• Jack Abramoff tried to buy the casinos with Fraudulant Securities. After Gus Boulos complained and threatened Jack Abramoff he was shot to death by mafia hit men. Jack Abramoff somehow eluded justice.
• 2. Using the "Christian Coalition" and Ralph Reed to argue against Casino gambling in states that were a threat to his Jack Abramoff gambling clients.

  • This Ralph Reed, I know quite well, is a skinny, perfidious little weasel who has even attended the notorious Bilderburg meetings while posing as a "Christian" and a "Conservative."

  David Safavian was Chief of Staff for Congressman Chris Cannon before he went to work for the Bush administration.
• Before that, he was a lobbyist that worked closely with Jack Abramoff. Jack Abramoff and David Safavian were joined at the hips.
• David Safavian was also a lobbyist for Indian Casinos and other Abramoff ventures.
• 1. Chris Cannon was a professed Mormon. He was chosen by Jack Abramoff and David Safavian to be the perfect wolf in sheep's clothing to destroy a bill that would have banned online casino gambling in the United States.
• 2. Chris was in big financial trouble with a debt of 1.7 million and only 1 million left in assets. He was heading towards bankruptcy.
• As a result, he chose to sacrifice Mormonism for a very big payday from the friends of Jack Abramoff and David Safavian as well as from Farmers Insurance Group Utah.
• 3. After I went to Chris Cannon via his Chief of Staff, David Safavian, Safavian used my anti-discrimination and RICO compaint against Farmers Insurance Group Utah to blackmail them in Mormon Utah with a loss of all Mormon business.
• With the control of the Deseret News and other Utah media, this was a very real threat to Farmers Insurance Group Utah.
• 4. Within days the money started pouring in from Farmers Insurance Group Utah. Chris Cannon's 1.7 million dollar debt was mysteriously paid in full (I believe by Farmers Insurance Group Utah) and his campaign contributions tripled! Most of it coming from Farmers Insurance Group and Insurance PACS.
• 5. Farmers Insurance Group itself was in financial trouble due to investing money set aside for paying claims into dot.coms and other very speculative investments.
• Farmers Insurance Group decided to let Jack Abramoff, Chris Cannon and David Safavian help them find and purchase their own Indian Gambling Casino.
• Jack Abramoff and friends recieved almost all of Farmers Insurance Group PAC contributions.

  I filed criminal charges against the Farmers Insurance Group and received a visit from Secret Service agents who threatened me if I did not "shut up" and go away".
• I pursued criminal charges against Farmers Insurance Group Utah due to the incredible harrassment I was getting in from Joe, Chris and friends.
• The day before I was set to file against Farmers Insurance Group Utah, I was hit in a "set-up" by a car that broadsided me at a red light in Provo, Utah.
• The car was going an estimated 56 miles per hour when it hit me. I did a 360 into a telephone pole and ended up with numerous injuries including a head injury that left me with severe depression and almost no short-term memory. My office was also located in Provo, Utah.

• The Salt Lake Olympic Committee members misdeed were whitewashed and The Salt Lake Olympic Committee used a few patsies to take the fall for their sins. Joseph and Chris just seem to find all kinds of bad things to dip their hands into. Nothing was saved by the Salt Lake Committee, but many things were lost and tarnished.
• We, as Mormons, hold ourselves as a light to the world and we don't need groups like Joe, Chris, Wally Hilliard, Jack Abramoff, David Safavian or Utah Farmers Insurance Group to tarnish our image. I have two missionaries in the field right now. No thanks to these men or their ill-gotten gains.

  Joseph Cannon is now the Publisher of the Deseret News. The LDS Church newspaper that publishes statewide in Utah. His editorials reflect his neo-con activities and he is directly responsible for "spiking" my discrimination complaint etc. in the media.
• The Deseret News was previously edited by Jon Hughes (CFR member), a Christian Scientist, before I outed his religious background and his neo-con, illuminati credentials.
• The Deseret News is a clear mouthpeace for the Illuminati in Utah and the National Illuminati; as well as the globalists, CFR, neocons, etc. Thus, it is fair to say that the Deseret News is an Illuminati rag and inconsistent with the values of the Mormon Church
• I recommend notifying the Deseret News of this inconsistency/corruption as well as the Leadership of the LDS Church. I also recommend boycotting the Deseret News until Joseph Cannon resigns as Editor and Board Member. At that point, I would be vocal about any support it shows the illuminati

  Geneva Steel: the Cannons bought Geneva Steel and then led it into bankruptcy; fraudulantly failing to disclose $85 million in watershares they had separated from the company.

• Hopefully, with this exposure, he will be forced to resign as Editor of the Deseret News by the LDS Church. He needs to lose any influence he has within the church as his actions bring nothing but ill-will.
