• Scientists are exploring the use of psychedelic drugs such as LSD to treat a range of ailments from depression to cluster headaches and obsessive compulsive disorder.
• The first clinical trial using LSD since the 1970s began in Switzerland in June.
• It aims to use "psychedelic psychotherapy" to help patients with terminal illnesses come to terms with their imminent mortality and so improve their quality of life.
• Another psychedelic substance, psilocybin - the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, has shown promising results in trials for treating symptoms of terminal cancer patients.

  • Medicine and medical research use to concentrate on cures. Not anymore. Now it is easier, cost-effective and more profitable to just treat the symptoms.
• And researchers are using MDMA (ecstasy) as an experimental treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.
• In the Swiss trial eight subjects will receive a dose of 200 microgrammes of LSD. This is enough to induce a powerful psychedelic experience and is comparable to what would be found in an "acid tab" bought from a street drug dealer.
• A further four subjects will receive a dose of 20 microgrammes.
• Every participant will know they have received some LSD, but neither the subjects nor the researchers observing them will know for certain who received the full dose.
• During the course of therapy researchers will assess the patients' anxiety levels, quality of life and pain levels.
• Before hallucinogenic drugs became popular with the counter culture, they were at the forefront of brain science.

  • Weren't they also used by and experimented with by the CIA?
• They were used to help scientists understand the nature of consciousness and how the brain works and as treatments for a range of conditions including alcohol dependence.
• Charles Grob, a professor of psychiatry at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Centre, is in the vanguard of the resurgence of scientific interest in psychedelics, having recently completed a trial that used psilocybin to help patients with terminal cancer come to terms with their illness.
• "I think there's a perception these compounds hold untapped potential to help us understand the human mind," he said.
• The way hallucinogens such as LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide), psilocybin and mescaline (the active ingredient in the peyote cactus) act on the brain is reasonably well understood by scientists.
• The drugs stick to chemical receptors on nerve cells that normally bind the neurotransmitter serotonin, which affects a broad range of brain activities. But how this leads to the profoundly altered states of consciousness, perception and mood that typically accompany a "trip" is not known.
• Prof Roland Griffiths at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore Maryland recently published a study of 36 healthy volunteers who were given psilocybin and then observed in the lab.
• The participants' ages ranged from 24 to 64 and none had taken hallucinogens before. When the group were interviewed again 14 months later 58% said they rated the experience as being among the five most personally meaningful of their lives, 67% said it was in their top five spiritual experiences, and 64% said it had increased their well-being or life satisfaction.

  • Ah yes....these drugs act as "keys" to unlatch a doorway. What is on the otherside of that door?
• "The working hypothesis is that if psilocybin or LSD can occasion these experiences of great personal meaning and spiritual significance ... then it would allow [patients with terminal illnesses] hopefully to face their own demise completely differently - to restructure some of the psychological angst that so often occurs concurrently with severe disease," said Griffiths.
• So by expanding their consciousness during a session on the drug, the patient is able to comprehend their thoughts and feelings from a new perspective. This can lead to a release of negative emotions that leaves them in a much more positive state of mind.
• Twelve patients with terminal cancer have already helped Grob to test this idea and, although the research is not yet published, anecdotal reports from some subjects are encouraging.
• Pamela Sakuda (see below) was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer in December 2002. Her husband, Norbert Litzinger, said the psilocybin treatment transformed her outlook.
• "Pamela had lost hope. She wasn't able to make plans for the future. She wasn't able to engage the day as if she had a future left," he said. Her "epiphany" during the treatment was the realisation that her fear about the disease was destroying the remaining time she had left, he said.
• Despite fears that psychedelic drugs can induce psychosis, they are comparatively safe when administered with the proper precautions and with trained medical professionals present, according to a manual for studying their effects, which was recently published in the Journal of Psychopharmacology.

  • Yes...just like abortion isn't child murder/infantacide when administered by a government licensed "health professional" as opposed to when you do it yourself; drug induced "trips" and psychodelic experiences are okay when a "health professional" administers it; as opposed to sitting in your living room and dropping acid or eating a peyote button.
• They do have a powerful effect on a person's perception and consciousness and cannot be considered "safe", but they are almost entirely nontoxic, they virtually never lead to addiction and they only rarely lead to long-lasting psychosis (usually in people with a family history of mental illness).

  • So now...under the "New America"; what was bad in the 1960s and 70s, is now good...
• The main danger is that the person taking the drug injures him or herself while in a mind-altered state, for example because they think they can fly. The manual states, for example, that, "investigators need to be confident that the volunteer could not exit the window if in a delusional state".

  • These drugs will make detention and concentration camps much easier to administer if the inmates/detainees/religious and politicsl prisoners are zonked out of their minds.
• Griffiths does not advocate recreational use.

• Since the 1970s, scientific research into the effects hallucinogenic drugs have on the brain and their potential benefits has become a pariah field for any scientist who wanted to keep their reputation - and funding - intact.

  • Unless, of course, he worked for the Government.
• The psychologist Timothy Leary was the most famous advocate of the scientific and recreational use of psychedelic drugs. He conducted experiments at Harvard that were widely criticised and he was accused of faking data.
• "The way I view it is we experienced some kind of broad cultural trauma back in the 60s and these drugs became demonised in that context," said Griffiths.
• "As a culture we just decided clinical research shouldn't be done with this class of compounds," he said. "This was partly the federal regulatory authorities, it was partly the funding agencies and it was partly the academics themselves ...

  • "All this was experimental. Now we are ready to go with this..."; NWO bought and paid for medical/scientific researcher and his government handlers.
• Leary had so discredited a scientific approach to studying these compounds that anyone who expressed an interest in doing so was automatically discredited."
• Dr Rick Doblin is president of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in California, a nonprofit organisation which funds clinical studies into psychedelic drugs, including the Swiss LSD trial.
• "These drugs, these experiences are not for the mystic who wants to sit on the mountain top and meditate. They are not for the counter-culture rebel. They are for everybody," he said.

• Over the years, a Woodstock company’s fruit-flavored vitamin supplement gained a loyal following. Customers swore it made them healthier and their testimonials persuaded friends and family to take it, too.
• They never imagined it would be the cause of bizarre and frightening symptoms that stumped their doctors.
• At least 197 people in a dozen states — 53 of them in Georgia — were sickened earlier this year after taking the liquid supplement Total Body Formula.
• Their hair fell out in clumps, their fingernails fell off. They suffered nausea, vomiting and fatigue. Some had disabling joint pain, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state health officials.
• Doctors treating 21-year-old Felicia Blasingame of Acworth this spring first thought she had the flu, then tested her for everything from parasites to lupus to rheumatoid arthritis, trying to figure out what was causing her nausea, seizures, knee pain and hair loss, she said.
• Edgar Gurley, 78, of Marietta said he went from being active and healthy to suddenly in January battling a cascading array of symptoms, including diarrhea, fatigue and confusion.
• Gurley said doctors struggled to explain why his blood chemistry and thyroid levels were out of whack, his kidneys were failing and his hair was falling out.
• As their symptoms worsened, Blasingame and Gurley said they continued to take their daily 1-ounce dose of Total Body Formula, thinking it was critical to their health.
• Yet several batches of Total Body Formula and Total Body Mega Formula contained hazardous amounts of the mineral selenium — up to 40,800 micrograms per serving, 200 times the amount listed on the product’s label, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
• The FDA is still investigating how this happened, and state health officials are still tallying the human toll.

  • I had read some few weeks ago a rather lengthy article on the European authorities and now the U.S. Government trying to control the dietary supplement industry; making it where consumers of vitamins and other dietary supplements have to have a prescription to purchase what we are accustomed to buying off the shelf. The government/governments of the NWO want to regulate the vitamin and dietary/food supplements industry. Reading this article and the statements made by the CDC and the FDA reminded me of the article I had read previously and the NWO's attempt to control and regulate even down to Flintstone vitamins.
• Because of several pending lawsuits, lawyers for three companies involved in the manufacture and sale of Total Body products declined to discuss what happened.
• 3 FDA warnings
• Total Body is one of more than two dozen dietary and herbal supplements that in the past year have been the subject of product recalls or FDA warnings because of various safety issues.

• Officials at the Council for Responsible Nutrition, an industry group that represents major supplement companies, said problems such as those with Total Body Formula or recalls involving tainted products are rare.

   

  “The overwhelming majority of dietary supplements on the market are safe and they do what they claim to do,” said Andrew Shao, the council’s vice president for scientific and regulatory affairs.
• Problems with Total Body Formula products began in January as the first victims fell ill, but health officials were unaware for two more months.
• Alarm bells went off in early March after a Florida chiropractor notified state health officials about a cluster of patients with unusual hair loss, muscle cramps, nausea and diarrhea. All, it turned out, had used Total Body supplements.
• On March 27, the FDA issued the first of three warnings, advising consumers not to use Total Body Formula in tropical orange and peach nectar flavors and Total Body Mega Formula in orange/tangerine flavor.
• Tests by the FDA found the supplement contained high amounts of selenium as well as levels of chromium that were 17 times higher than recommended.
• The symptoms users experienced are signs of selenium toxicity, the FDA said.
• Severe joint pain and muscle cramps have caused people with physically demanding jobs to miss work. “That’s been a big issue with some folks,” Melstrom said. People who already had arthritis were particularly hard hit, he said. “A few found it very hard to even walk around.”
• Others have been traumatized by going bald or losing their fingernails, he said.
• He has found that as time has passed and the product has left Total Body users’ systems, some symptoms have improved while others have worsened.
• New regulation
• Nobody knows how many consumers are harmed each year by dietary supplements.
• A recent study of 275 calls to a California poison control center about dietary supplements concluded that most adverse reactions are likely minor. But the study found that moderate to severe reactions, even death, occur, especially involving products containing stimulants such as caffeine and yohimbe.
• A new regulation that took effect late last year requires for the first time that supplement companies notify the FDA about customer illnesses.
• But they only have to report serious, life-threatening or deadly events. Still, in the first six months of this year, supplement firms have filed 368 of these mandatory reports, the FDA said.
• Despite health alerts sent out by the FDA and the CDC, Blasingame and Gurley and their doctors remained unaware throughout the spring that federal officials had an explanation for the illnesses.
• Gurley — who had been to numerous specialists and had met with a surgeon about removing his thyroid — said he didn’t learn of the Total Body recall until late April when he went back to a Marietta health food store to get another bottle before he ran out.
• Blasingame didn’t know there was a problem with the product until May — after numerous doctors’ appointments, a trip to the hospital for seizures and invasive gastrointestinal tests. She was in the office of a new doctor, a dermatologist, seeking a second opinion about why her long hair was falling out by the handful.
• The doctor had seen the alerts and asked her whether she took the supplement.
• They and consumers in several other states also have sued two other firms that manufactured the product for Total Body: TexAmerican Food Blending of Hot Springs, Ark., and Wright Enrichment of Crowley, La.
• Blasingame and Gurley have sued Total Body Essential Nutrition, the supplement’s seller.
• Total Body Essential Nutrition only markets and sells the product, said Rod Cate, an attorney for the company. “They have nothing to do with the manufacturing process. [Total Body] relies upon the manufacturers to do it correctly,” he said.
• There’s no treatment for selenium or chromium poisoning, federal health officials said, and symptoms are expected to go away on their own over time. But recovery will vary depending on how much of the product a person consumed and their underlying health problems.

• Gurley said he continues to suffer serious health problems that he blames on the product.

   

  “I am very close to having to go into dialysis,” said Gurley, whose doctor is checking his blood every two weeks. Kidney failure can be caused by excessive consumption of chromium.

• Scientists have nicknamed them the “deadly dozen”: 12 diseases, lethal to humans and wildlife, that are increasing their geographical range.
• Ebola, cholera, plague and sleeping sickness were among those identified yesterday by veterinary scientists from the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) as spreading across the planet because of climate change.
• The scientists said that wildlife could give an early warning of the approach of diseases and save millions of people.
• Researchers called for wildlife monitoring systems to be set up around the globe to watch for signs of disease among animals before it spreads and kills people.
• Monitoring networks have already been introduced in parts of the world and have proved successful in saving lives.
• William Karesh, of the WCS, told the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) conference in Barcelona that there was increasing concern about the impact that climate change would have on the spread of disease.
• Changes in rainfall patterns and temperatures were known to have an effect, though the reason was not always clear, he said at the launch of the report, The Deadly Dozen
• By watching for the arrival of diseases in the animal population it should be possible to take measures to protect both people and local economies.
• “What we are calling for today is a comprehensive approach to disease globally. Our long-term vision is a comprehensive monitoring network to watch the health of wildlife across the globe,” Dr Karesh said.
• Among the trials that have already proved the success of the idea is a network of hunters and other locals who use the forests of the Republic of Congo.

• Malaria, which is expected to spread because of climate change, was excluded from the deadly dozen list because the version that affects people cannot be caught by animals, despite being carried by mosquitoes.

There are 5 species of Plasmodium that can cause human malaria and one of them, knowlesi, is actually a simian malaria that has been infecting humans since the 1960's!

    PEDDLES METAPHYSICAL SWILL

• In the 6/25/07 edition of U.S. News &  World Report, New Age luminary Deepak Chopra was interviewed about his novel about Buddha  interestingly titled "Buddha".
• Though many will no doubt fawn all over this  narrative in search of some new spiritual insight or revelation in much the same way as  they did with "The Da Vinci Code" these past few years, however, it seems some  of the answers provided by this guru renowned by millions had as much thought put to them  as the titling of this novel.
• When asked what he thought the meaning of enlightenment was, Chopra responded,  "The meaning here is that your real self is not a person, that there is no such thing  as a separate self, that a person doesn't really exist...
• So enlightenment here means  transcendence to that level of existence where the personal self becomes the universal  self."
• If the separate self and the person does not exist, I wonder what Dr. Chopra would  think if some tragedy befell his friends or family members?
• Is he simply going to brush it  off by saying they did not exist anyway? If that is the case, I bet Mrs. Chopra and the  children feel loved knowing that, in the eyes of dear old dad, out of sight will be out of  mind.
• With Christianity on the other hand, while the  believer is admonished by I Thessalonians 4:13 not to mourn as the heathen as if there was  no hope, the Christian legitimately pines for the departed loved one as one would for any  friend or family member that has moved far away that you know you are probably not going  to see for quite awhile but whom has nevertheless retained the same degree of distinct  individuality as the day you met them.
• Though Chopra has manipulated his followers  into accepting his teachings and in the process made himself a very wealthy man (so much  for desire causing suffering as basic Buddhism postulates), one can't help notice that  Chopra doesn't exactly comport himself by the Eastern dictum that the self does not exist.
• And his  photograph in the U.S. News & World Report profile is not of some disheveled lunatic  consistently living out the implications of his worldview that appearance is just an  allusion but rather of one who poses deliberately with his arm over his knee and his head  cocked just so in a statement to the world that he is just a bit better than you.
• For if the self does not exist, why has Chopra placed his name on the novel?
• More importantly, if a person doesn’t really exist since the individual is merely  a "transient behavior of the total universe", is Chopra going to forego the  proceeds of what will probably be a bestseller and instead distribute the revenues to  every person on the planet equally if "the universal self" and we are all the  same person anyway?
• If Deepak Chopra doesn’t really exist, then why is the name  slapped across his Center For Wellness?
• But then again, such common sense and logic aren’t an integral part of  Chopra’s worldview.
• When asked in the U.S. News & World Report interview if there  is a fundamental tension between spirituality and religion, Chopra responded, "It  [spirituality] has very little to do with religious dogma, ideology, or even  self-righteous morality."

  • Anti-Christian to the core. I am familiar with this Chopra character and he is indeed a character. All Eastern Mysticism crap and pagan "blah-blah-blah." And, of course, our monkey-god charm swinging new President wants Shree Chopra to be the U.S. Surgeon General.
• Isn’t that itself a dogma? Are those that do not share in such metaphysical  open-mindedness in the wrong? Doesn’t saying so imply a morality?
• If ultimately morality does not really exist, on what grounds does Chopra have to  complain should his publisher abscond with the proceeds of his novel?
• More importantly, if  some horrible crime befell Mrs. Chopra and the kids, would such be wrong beyond the  breaking of society’s arbitrarily derived laws?
• However, if you have no problems with the Eastern worldview espoused by this cultic  guru, repetition and second go-arounds float your boat anyway.
• That must really make his family feel special. Some might point out I already made that  point.

• Ancestral Populations Of India And Relationships To Modern Groups Revealed

• In a study published in the September 24th issue of Nature, an international team describes how they harnessed modern genomic technology to explore the ancient history of India, the world's second most populous nation.
• The new research reveals that nearly all Indians carry genomic contributions from two distinct ancestral populations.
• Following this ancient mixture, many groups experienced periods of genetic isolation from each other for thousands of years.
• The study, which has medical implications for people of Indian descent, was led by scientists at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) in Hyderabad, India together with US researchers at Harvard Medical School, the Harvard School of Public Health and the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT.
• "This work is an outstanding example of the power of international collaboration," said Lalji Singh, senior author of the Nature paper, who is a Bhatnagar Fellow and the former director of CCMB.
• "Scientists in India and the United States have together made discoveries that would have been impossible for either group working alone."
• Although the genome sequences of any two unrelated people differ by just 0.1%, that tiny slice of genetic material is a rich source of information.
• It provides clues that can help reconstruct the historical origins of modern populations.
• It also points to genetic variations that heighten the risk of certain diseases.
• In recent years, maps of human genetic variation have opened a window onto the diversity of populations across the world, yet India has been largely unrepresented until now.
• To shed light on genetic variability across the Indian subcontinent, the research team analyzed more than 500,000 genetic markers across the genomes of 132 individuals from 25 diverse groups, representing 13 states, all six language families, traditionally "upper" and "lower" castes, and tribal groups.
• These genomic analyses revealed two ancestral populations.
• "Different Indian groups have inherited forty to eighty percent of their ancestry from a population that we call the Ancestral North Indians who are related to western Eurasians, and the rest from the Ancestral South Indians, who are not related to any group outside India,"
• said co-author David Reich, an associate professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School and an associate member of the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT.
• The finding that nearly all Indian groups descend from mixtures of two ancestral populations applies to traditional "tribes" as well as "castes."
• Kumarasamy Thangaraj, a senior research scientist at CCMB in Hyderabad and a co-author said, "It is impossible to distinguish castes from tribes using the data.
• The genetics proves that they are not systematically different. This supports the view that castes grew directly out of tribal-like organizations during the formation of Indian society."
• The one exception to the finding that all Indian groups are mixed is the indigenous people of the Andaman Islands, an archipelago in the Indian Ocean with a census of only a few hundred today.
• The Andamanese appear to be related exclusively to the Ancestral South Indian lineage and therefore lack Ancestral North Indian ancestry.
• "The Andamanese are unique," said co-author Nick Patterson, a mathematician and researcher at the Broad Institute. "Understanding their origins provides a window onto the history of the Ancestral South Indians, and the period tens of thousands of years ago when they diverged from other Eurasians."

  Codex Alimentarius was created in 1962 as a trade Commission by the UN to control the international trade of food. Its initial intentions may have been altruistic but it has been taken over by corporate interests, most notably the pharmaceutical, pesticide, biotechnology and chemical industries.

   

  Codex Alimentarius is backed up by the crippling trade sanctions of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Any non Codex-compliant nation would face huge economic punishment since they would automatically lose in any food-trade dispute with a Codex compliant country.

• 2) “Nutrients are Toxins” Is Junk Science

   

  Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) has two committees which impact nutrition.

• One of them, the “Codex Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses” (CCNFSDU), is chaired by Dr. Rolf Grossklaus, a physician who believes that nutrition has no role in health. This is the “top-guy” for Codex nutritional policy, and he has stated that “nutrition is not relevant to health”.

   

  As unbelievable as it may sound, Dr. Grossklaus actually declared nutrients to be toxins in 1994 and instituted the use of toxicology (Risk Assessment) to prevent nutrients from having any impact on humans who take supplements!
• It is worth mentioning that Dr. Grossklaus happens to own the Risk Assessment company advising CCNFSDU and Codex on this issue. This company makes money when its toxicology services are used for the “assessment” of nutrients. Here in the U.S. we call that a “conflict of interest”.
• Codex is made up of thousands of standards and guidelines. One of them, the Vitamin and Mineral Guideline (VMG), is designed to permit only ultra low doses of vitamins and minerals (and make clinically effective nutrients illegal). How can the VMG restrict dosages of vitamins and minerals? By using Risk Assessment (toxicology) to assess nutrients.

• While Risk Assessment is a legitimate science (it is a branch of toxicology), it is the wrong science for assessing nutrients! In fact, in this context, it is actually junk science. Biochemistry, the science of life processes, is the correct science for assessing nutrients. Codex Alimentarius treats nutrients as toxins, which is literally insane.

   

  Nutrients are not toxins – they are essential for life.
• No matter what Codex Alimentarius officials say to convince you that Risk Assessment is a “science-based” approach to nutrients, it is not.
• And it is worth repeating that Dr. Grossklaus, the head of Codex Alimentarius, owns the Risk Assessment company advising CCNFSDU and Codex on the “benefit” of using Risk Assessment to assess nutrients.

• 3) Not Consumer Protection – That’s Propaganda

   

  Contrary to the propaganda, Codex Alimentarius has nothing to do with consumer protection. Nothing! Codex is about the economic ambitions of multi-national corporations, in particular, the pharmaceutical industry.
• Using their multi billion-dollar marketing budgets, these industries have launched a massive media propaganda campaign to paint Codex Alimentarius as a benevolent tool of “consumer protection”, as well as to negatively taint the image of natural health options and mislead people to fear them as “dangerous”, so they will take drugs (which really are dangerous).
• Natural health products and options have an amazing safety record and are remarkably effective, especially when compared to pharmaceutical drugs.
• Unfortunately, one-time defenders of health freedom such as National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) and Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) have joined the propaganda bandwagon and are spreading false information saying that Codex Alimentarius is either “harmless” or benevolent “consumer protection”. Neither is true.
• The membership of these one-time defenders of health freedom has become permeated by people from the pharmaceutical industry (for example, CRN counts as its members corporations such as Monsanto® and Bayer®).
• 4) Codex: Serious Threat to Health and Health Freedom
• If Codex Alimentarius is implemented in the United States of America, therapeutic dosages of vitamins and minerals (and all other nutrients soon to follow) will become unavailable because they will literally become illegal.

• Here’s how it would work, in a nut-shell:

   

  Due to the junk science use of Risk Assessment (toxicology) to assess supposedly toxic nutrients, a false belief is being engineered saying that “nutritional supplements are dangerous to people’s health”.

   

  Using this false belief generates calls to “protect” people from these “toxic” nutrients. After the calls come the bills to set ultra low permissible dosages (remember, nutrients are deemed “dangerous toxins” under this false belief). If enough of us and our Congressional delegates buy this nonsense, we and Congress would blindly comply with Codex Alimentarius’ VMG. And blind compliance is what the industries behind Codex Alimentarius intend.
• Blind compliance goes hand-in-hand with lack of activism. This lack of activism allows our protective laws, classifying nutrients as foods with no upper limits (such as DSHEA), to be easily repealed and replaced with draconian laws to classify nutrients as toxins. And “harmonization” with the pro-illness, pro-pharmaceutical industry Vitamin and Mineral Guideline is there to fill the void.
• Only intentionally ineffective, ultra low dose supplements would be legal, with or without a prescription, on the VMG list.
• If enough people do not take action, we can expect to watch nutritional supplement manufacturers and, thus health food stores, to go out of business, in a domino effect. The only player left standing would be Big Pharma.
• Therapeutic grade vitamins, minerals, and amino acids would be eliminated from the marketplace (although a few low-dose supplements would be allowed by Codex, as a symbolic measure to avoid suspicion about their ulterior motive).
• Natural health professionals would lose the tools of their trade (nutritional supplements) and health conscious people would be unable to choose natural health options for health promotion and disease treatment.
• And that is, in a nutshell, how Codex Alimentarius is poised to make Natural and Nutritional Medicine (NNM) disappear from the legal health world and go underground. Who benefits? Big Pharma.
• It would take a few years for the above scenarios to be feasible (Codex Alimentarius is meant to go into full global effect by 2010).
• The slower the process takes, the less alarmed people will be. That’s probably the logic of the architects of Codex Alimentarius.
• 5) Serves Economic Interests of Sickness Industries Through WTO and Napoleonic Code

• More and more people are turning to natural health products globally. The “wellness” trend is a major trend in today’s society. The more natural health products people use, the fewer drugs they buy. The pharmaceutical industry, which is part of the “Sickness Industry”, fears the inevitable shift toward natural health care.

   

  Instead of accepting the will of the people and rethinking the future of the pharmaceutical industry, the industry has decided upon an unethical course of action: the use of deception and deceit to eliminate natural health products completely.

• Codex Alimentarius is a shrewd vehicle for protecting the pharmaceutical industry from the loss of income it stands to suffer due to the inevitable growth of natural healthcare.

   

  Codex Alimentarius is the resistance of the dinosaurs to inevitability: the burgeoning desire of humanity for a healthier, saner, and more sustainable way of life.
• The World Trade Organization (WTO) intends to force Codex Alimentarius upon the nations of the world, including the U.S. This would be done under the threat of massive economic sanctions if WTO-countries do not comply with Codex Alimentarius.
• That means that under Codex Alimentarius, anything not explicitly permitted is forbidden. Under Common Law, we hold that anything not explicitly forbidden is permitted. The difference is the difference between health freedom and health tyranny. Codex Alimentarius would be able to ban supplements by default.
• Furthermore, Codex is based in the Napoleonic Code, not Common Law.
• 6) DSHEA Protects America From Codex Alimentarius

• The Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA, 1994), an American law classifying our supplements and herbs as foods (which can have no upper limit set on their use), was passed by unanimous Congressional consent following massive grass-roots support organized by health food stores. Millions of American activists told Congress, in no uncertain terms:

   

  “Protect nutritional supplements as foods or we will remove you from office”.

   

  Congress listened and carried out the will of the people.
• DSHEA appropriately classifies nutritional supplements as foods which can have no upper limits set on their use. DSHEA recognizes that people use nutrients safely to deal with their individually differing needs for nutrients. The concept of biochemical individuality means that people have different needs for nutrients at different times.
• Are nutrients toxins? No, they are not toxins. They are substances essential to prevent, treat and cure any chronic condition, in differing doses at different times in different people.

• DSHEA protects the US from Codex Alimentarius’ deadly Vitamin and Mineral Guideline. We must reach our Congressional members, educate them about the facts on Codex Alimentarius and direct them to vote against anything that would threaten DSHEA.

   

  Congress holds the keys to our health freedom. And it is their job to listen to us. Let’s not allow cynicism to tell us otherwise. We did it for DSHEA in 1994. We can do it again this year.

• [NOTE:   There has been some interest in my earlier series “Conditioning   By Music,” and one point I want to make is that the examples I   gave were just a few of the many that exist. For example, in addition   to songs like “That Old Black Magic,” there are other similar   ones like “Witchcraft” released in 1957 and made popular   by Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and others. Look at the lyrics to the   song and ask yourself why would it be so popular?

• The words say:
   
    Those fingers in my hair
    That sly come hither stare
    That strips my conscience bare
    It’s witchcraft.

   

  And   I’ve got no defense for it
    The heat is too intense for it
    What good would common sense for it do?

• In   addition, one can see conditioning by music today in such things as   TV ads for certain medicines with possibly fatal side effects.
• The announcer   recites the benefits of the medications in a slightly positive tone   of voice, and then as the possibly deadly side effects (e.g., heart   attack, stroke) are described, a soothing music might be played lessening   the apprehension of the viewer/listener.
• Relevant   to my recent “A Falling Away” series, Joel Stein in TIME   (August 17, 2009) wrote “Cheating Rocks!” and therein stated:   “There is a dangerous anticheating sentiment in this country….   We need to stop pretending we are honest and instead be honest about   cheating…. I have long been an advocate of cheating. It started   when my dad fooled an IRS auditor….”
• And in Lisa Miller’s   “We Are All Hindus Now” (Newsweek, August 24-31,   2009), she wrote: “Recent poll data show that conceptually at   least, we are slowly becoming more like Hindus and less like traditional   Christians in the ways we think about God, our selves, each other, and   eternity…. According to a 2008 Pew Forum survey, 65% of us believe   that ‘many religions can lead to eternal life’ – including   37% of white evangelicals, the group most likely to believe that salvation   is theirs alone.”
• Remember that President Obama has carried a   replica of the Hindu monkey-god idol Hanuman in his pocket.]
• A   great deal of attention has been paid lately to President Obama’s   proposals for national health care and Congressional efforts in that   regard, especially H.R. 3200 (“America’s Affordable Health   Choices Act”).
• In my article “A Falling Away, Part 2,”   I referred to an August 11 column by Lee Siegel. While Siegel supports   most of Obama’s proposals, he referred to an objectionable provision   that could lead to euthanasia, and he noted that Obama’s regulatory   czar Cass Sunstein is a disciple of euthanasia proponent Judge Richard   Posner.
• There   have also been many references to Obama’s science czar John Holdren   and his co-edited books Human Ecology (1973) and Ecoscience   (1977) advocating compulsory control of family size or abortion or sterilization   as part of a larger population control agenda.
• While Holdren now says   he rejects any compulsory population control measures, important elements   of Obama’s national care proposals and H.R. 3200 still seem to   be taken from International Planned Parenthood’s agenda.
• Concerning   Planned Parenthood, at the same time Frederick Jaffe (Vice-President   of Planned Parenthood-World Population) in March 1969 sent a memo of   proposed measures to “improve national health care, with family   planning a core element,… educate for family limitation,…   and bonuses for greater child-spacing,” Dr. Richard L. Day (national   medical director of Planned Parenthood from 1965 to 1968) delivered   a speech which Dr. Lawrence Dunegan said referred to plans for limiting   population increase and that euthanasia would be more accepted as the   cost of medical care would intentionally be made burdensomely high.
• Although   Holdren now says he rejects forced population control measures, in his   earlier writings he referred to measures that would pressure (though   not force) people to accept certain population control measures (e.g.,   a capsule that could limit or space births with official permission).
• Relevant to H.R. 3200 today, Section 1233 mandates “Advance Care   Planning Consultation,” where senior citizens who receive federal   assistance for medical care will be required to receive “counseling”   every five years.
• What kind of counseling might they receive?
• The bill   says “palliative care and hospice” are among the recommendations   that can be given. Anyone familiar with these terms knows that type   of care is not designed to lead toward one’s recovery.
• When medical   care is “rationed” as it is in nearly all Socialist nations,   these types of “consultations” and “recommendations”   are common.
• To   me, this sounds a little too close to Hitler’s “Action T4”   (Tiergartenstrabe 4, Hitler’s euthanasia decree delivered in Berlin   on September 1, 1939) which stated:
• “Reich Leader Bouhler and   Dr. Brandt [Hitler’s personal physician] are charged with the   responsibility for expanding the authority of physicians, to be designated   by name, to the end that patients considered incurable according to   the best available human judgment of their state of health, can be granted   a mercy death.”

• Remember   President Obama has called for a commission of experts who would determine   “best practices,” including those at life’s end, and   he didn’t deny those practices would be enforced by law when ABC’s   Diane Sawyer asked him.
• Remember, too, that at a town hall meeting in   June, President Obama suggested to the terminally ill and elderly, “Maybe   you’re better off not having the surgery, but taking the painkiller.”   In other words, just go on and die, but kill the pain while you’re   dying!
• Also   concerning H.R. 3200, Section 1713 of the bill on pages 767-768 refers   to a “child (under 2 years of age), who is eligible for medical   assistance under this title, but only to the extent determined by the   Secretary based upon evidence that such services are effective in one   or more of the following: (1) …increasing birth intervals between   pregnancies.”
• While   I’m sure there are a number of benefits to spacing the birth of   children, ask yourself why the government in health care legislation   is taking the position that spacing is a good thing when there can be   any number of good reasons for spacing not to occur (e.g., a woman has   her first child later in life).
• While   Obama, Sunstein, Holdren and H.R. 3200 aren’t forcing the American   people to do certain things regarding health care or population control,   to me it’s unsettling to see government take positions or enact   policies that “pressure” people “voluntarily”   to do certain things in their private lives.
• Imagine where this precedent   can lead! We already have seen government force people to wear seatbelts,   even though some people have been killed because of them (e.g., the   seatbelt trapped them in cars that were burning or submerging in water).
• And we have already seen the government sanction the killing of many   innocent people like Terri Schiavo (even though what amounted to her   assisted suicide was illegal in Florida).
• What’s   next? We don’t know for sure, but one must wonder why President   Obama would pick a health advisor like Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel (chief-of-staff   Rahm Emanuel’s brother) unless he thought his ideas are within   the bounds of consideration.
• While I’m sure Dr. Emanuel has some   medical mainstream approaches, one should also at least be aware of   his extreme views.
• For example, in the June 18, 2008 edition of JAMA   (Journal of the American Medical Association), he blamed the Hippocratic   Oath for the “overuse” of medical care, saying its admonition   to “use my power to help the sick to the best of my ability and   judgment” should be tempered by consideration of “cost or   effect on others.”
• He   favors a communitarian approach balancing the needs of individuals and   the Society as a whole.
• Writing in the Hastings Center Report   (November-December 1996), he explained that “covering services   provided to individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or   becoming participating citizens are not basic, and should not be guaranteed.   An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with   dementia.”
• More   recently he and his co-authors in The Lancet (January 31, 2009)   wrote about a “complete lives system” regarding how to allocate   resources.
• Dr. Emanuel and his co-authors explained that “treating   65 year olds differently (than younger people)… because they have   already had more life-years is not ageist.”
• And concerning near   the beginning of life they wrote: “Adolescents have received substantial   education and parental care, investments that will be wasted without   a complete life. Infants, by contrast, have not received these investments….   As the legal philosopher Ronald Dworkin argues, ‘It is terrible   when an infant dies, but worse most people think, when a three-year-old   dies and worse still when an adolescent dies.’ This argument is   supported by empirical surveys.”
• Could   this type of thinking reflect that of those who would be in charge of   administering Obamacare in an ominous future?
• Perhaps it is worth noting   at this point that in my booklet, Conspiracy (8th edition,   February 2002), about the future, I wrote: “The Order trained   Ministers of Euthanasia so that people would not suffer unnecessarily   when their usefulness to The Order had ended. This was done by euthanasia   chemical compositions patented by Michigan State University. On July   1, 1994 a law firm representing the university declared that the compositions   were intended for use in lower animals, but then added: ‘If it   should ever become legal to use the compositions on human beings, the   patent claims should encompass the use of compositions of the present   invention for this purpose.’
• Funding for the university’s   research in this project came from Hoechst AG, parent company of Roussel-Uclaf   (developer of the RU-486 abortion pill) and stepchild of I.G. Farben,   which manufactured the Nazi concentration camps’ gasses in the   1940s.” (Refer to my 4-part series “The Power Elite and   the Secret Nazi Plan”).
• And   if you think the so-called “watchdog” media would protest   any autocratic policies emanating from President Obama, think again,   since he has been given deity status by Newsweek editor-at-large   Evan Thomas.
• Appearing on the TV show “Hardball” (June 9,   2009), Thomas stated: “I mean in a way Obama’s standing   above the above the country, above – above the world. He’s   sort of God.”
• Thomas with Rhodes scholar Walter Isaacson (of TIME   magazine) in 1986 co-authored The Wise Men about six powerful   CFR members. Thomas also (on the phone) tried to laugh off my inquiries   about Newsweek twice referring to top Pentagon officials who   on September 10, 2001 suddenly cancelled their travel plans for the   morning of 9/11!

• 18   REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT VACCINATE YOUR CHILDREN AGAINST THE FLU

• This   year it is more important that you protect your children and loved ones   from the flu vaccines than influenza itself. Here are the reasons:
• 1.   This flu is simply another flu. It is not unusually deadly.
• In fact,   the H1N1 swine flu in circulation is less deadly than many other influenza   outbreaks.
• The first 1000 confirmed swine flu cases in Japan and China   produced zero deaths.
• The Centers for Disease Control alleges 36,000   Americans succumb to the flu each year, but so far, since March through   August of 2009 (6 months), the swine flu has been attributed to ~500-600   deaths in the US.
• The swine flu of 2009 has already swept through the   Southern Hemisphere’s flu season without alarm.
• Only   exaggerated reports have been issued by the World Health Organization   regarding hospitalizations required during the flu season in South American   countries.
• Getting exposed to influenza and developing natural antibodies   confers resistance for future flu outbreaks. Artificially boosting antibodies   by exposure to flu viruses in vaccines is more problematic than natural   exposure.
• Americans have been exposed to the H1N1 swine flu throughout   the summer of 2009 with far fewer deaths and hospitalizations than commonly   attributed to the seasonal flu.
• 2.   Health authorities tacitly admit prior flu vaccination programs were   of worthless value.
• This is the first time both season and pandemic   flu vaccines will be administered. Both seasonal flu and swine flu vaccines   will require two inoculations.
• This is because single inoculations have   failed to produce sufficient antibodies. This is an admission that prior   flu vaccines were virtually useless.
• The same people who brought you   the ineffective vaccines in past years are bringing you this year’s   new vaccines. Can you trust them this time?
• 3.   In addition to failure to produce sufficient antibodies, this swine   flu vaccine is brought to you by the same people who haven’t been   able to adequately produce a seasonal flu vaccine that matches the flu   strain in circulation.
• In recent years flu vaccination has been totally   worthless because the strains of the flu in circulation did not match   the strain of the virus in the vaccines.
• 4.   The vaccines will be produced by no less than four different manufacturers,   possibly with different additives (called adjuvants) and manufacturing   methods.
• The two flu inoculations may be derived from a multi-dose vial   and in a crisis, and in short supply, it will be diluted to provide   more doses and then adjuvants must be added to trigger a stronger immune   response.
• Adjuvants are added to vaccines to boost production of antibodies   but may trigger autoimmune reactions.
• Some adjuvants are mercury (thimerosal),   aluminum and squalene. Would you permit your children to be injected   with lead?
• Lead is very harmful to the brain. Then why would you sign   a consent form for your kids to be injected with mercury, which is even   more brain-toxic than lead? Injecting mercury may fry the brains of   American kids.
• 5.   This is the first year mock vaccines have been used to gain FDA approval.
• Mock vaccines are made to gain approval of the manufacturing method   and then the prevalent virus strain in circulation is added just days   before it is actually placed into use.
• Don’t subject your children   to experimental vaccines.
• Yes, these vaccines have been tested on healthy   kids and adults, but they are not the same vaccines your children will   be given.
• Those children with asthma, allergies, type I diabetes, etc.   are at greater risk for side effects. Children below the age of 2 years   do not have a sufficient blood brain barrier developed and are subject   to chronic brain infections that emanate into symptoms that are called   autism.
• Toddlers should not be subjected to injected viruses.
• 6.   Over-vaccination is a common practice now in America.
• American children   are subjected to 29 vaccines by the age of two. This means a little   bit of disease is being injected into young children continually during   their most formative years!
• Veterinarians have backed off of repeat   vaccination in dogs because of observed side effects.
• 7.   Health officials want to vaccinate women during pregnancy, subjecting   the fetal brain to an intentional biological assault.
• A recent study   showed vaccines injected into women during pregnancy provoke a similar   gene expression pattern in the fetus as that seen in autistic children.
• 8.   Modern medicine has no explanation for autism, despite its continued   rise in prevalence.
• Yet autism is not reported among Amish children   who go unvaccinated. Beware the falsehoods of modern medicine.
• 9.   School kids are likely to receive nasally-administered vaccines (Flu-Mist)   that require no needle injection.
• But this form of live vaccine produces   viral shedding which will surely be transmitted to family members. What   a way to start an epidemic!
• The H1N1 swine   flu virus of 2009 coincidentally appeared in Mexico on the same week   that President Nicolas Sarkozy of France visited Mexican president Felipe   Calderon, to announce that France intends to build a multi-million dollar   vaccine plant in Mexico.
• 10.   This triple reassortment virus appears to be man made.
• An article written by Ron Maloney of the Seguin,   Texas Gazette-Enterprise newspaper announces a “rehearsal   for a pandemic disaster” scheduled for May 2, 2009.
• The article   says: “Guadalupe County emergency management and their counterparts   around the country are preparing for just such a scenario…”   This means county health authorities across the U.S. had been preparing   a rehearsal for mass vaccinations prior to the announced outbreak in   Mexico.
• Virologists admit this part swine flu/part avian flu/part human   flu virus must have taken time to develop. But it somehow wasn’t   detected by hundreds of flu monitoring stations across the globe.
• On   April 24, 2009 Dr. John Carlo, Dallas County Medical Director, alludes   that the H1N1 strain of the Swine flu as possibly being engineered in   a laboratory.
• He says: “This strain of swine influenza that’s   been cultured in a laboratory is something that’s not been seen   anywhere actually in the United States and the world, so this is actually   a new strain of influenza that’s been identified.”   (Globe & Mail, Canada)
• 11.   Recall the swine flu scare of 1976. In a politically charged atmosphere   where Gerald Ford was seeking election to the Presidency, the swine   flu suddenly appeared at a military base.
• Vaccine was produced and millions   of Americans were vaccinated. But the vaccine was worse than the disease,   causing hundreds of cases of Guillain Barre syndrome and a few deaths.
• In a replay of the past, the White House is directly involved in promoting   the H1N1 2009 swine flu vaccine.
• The federal government will use federal   funds to pay off schools to administer vaccines, promote vaccination   via highway billboards and TV advertisements, and conduct military-style   mass inoculations in such rapid fashion that if side effects occur,   it will be too late.
• The masses will have been vaccinated already.
• Over   $9 billion has been allotted by the federal government to develop and   deliver an unproven and experimental flu vaccine.
• Don’t be a guinea   pig for the government.
• 12.   Researchers are warning that over-use of the flu vaccine and anti-flu   drugs like Tamiflu and Relenza can apply genetic pressure on flu viruses   and then they are more likely to mutate into a more deadly strain.
• 13.   Most seasonal influenza A (H1N1) virus strains tested from the United   States and other countries are now resistant to Tamiflu (oseltamivir).
• Tamiflu has become a nearly worthless drug against seasonal flu. According   to data provided by the Centers for Disease Control, among 1148 seasonal   flu samples tested, 1143 (99.6%) were resistant to Tamiflu!
• 14.   As the flu season progresses the federal government may coerce or mandate   Americans to undergo vaccination.
• France has already ordered enough   vaccine to inoculate their entire population and has announced that   vaccination will be mandatory.
• The US appears to be waiting to announce   mandatory vaccination at a later date when it can scare the public into   consenting to the vaccine.
• The federal government is reported to be   hiring people to visit homes of unvaccinated children. This sounds like   the Biblical account of Pharaoh attempting to eradicate all the young   Israelite baby boys. Must we hide our babies now?
• 15.   Public health authorities have cried wolf every flu season to get the   public to line up for flu shots.
• Health authorities repeatedly publish   the bogus 36,000 annual flu-related deaths figure to scare the public   into getting flu shots. But that figure is based on the combined deaths   from pneumonia in the elderly and the flu.
• Maybe just 5000-6000 or so   flu-related deaths occur annually, mostly among individuals with compromised   immune systems, the hospitalized, individuals with autoimmune disease   or other health problems.
• As stated above, the swine flu in full force   has only resulted in ~500-600 deaths in the first six months in circulation   and it is far more dreaded by public health authorities than the seasonal   flu.
• The Centers for Disease Control issues a purchase order for flu   vaccines and then serves as the public relations agency to get the public   to pay for the vaccines.
• Out of a population of 325 million Americans,   only 100 million doses of flu vaccine have been administered each year   and no epidemic has erupted among the unvaccinated.
• 16.   The news media is irresponsible in stirring up unfounded fear over this   coming flu season.
• Just exactly how ethical is it for newspapers to   publish reports that a person has died of the swine flu when supposedly   thousands die of the flu annually?
• In the past the news media hasn’t   chosen to publicize each and every flu-related death, but this time   it has chosen to frighten the public. Why?

• Examine the chart below.   The chart shows that the late flu season of 2009 peaked in week 23 (early   June) and has dissipated considerably.

   

  

• While   every childhood flu-related death should be considered tragic, and the   number of flu-related pediatric deaths in 2009 is greater than prior   flu seasons as a percentage, in real numbers it is not a significant   increase. See chart below:

   

  
• According   to data provided by the Centers for Disease Control, for week 34 ending   August 29, 2009, there were 236 hospitalizations and 37 deaths related   to the flu. That would represent just 5 hospitalizations and less than   one death per State, which is “below the epidemic threshold.”
• 17.   Public health officials are irresponsible in their omission of any ways   to strengthen immunity against the flu.
• No options outside of problematic   vaccines and anti-flu drugs are offered, despite the fact there is strong   evidence that vitamins C and D activate the immune system and the trace   mineral selenium prevents the worst form of the disease where the lungs   fill up with fluid and literally drown a flu-infected person.
• The only   plausible explanation as to why the flu season typically peaks in winter   months is a deficiency of sunlight-produced vitamin D.
• Protect your   family. Arm your immune system with vitamins and trace minerals.
• 18.   Will we ever learn if the flu vaccine this year is deadly in itself?
• In 1993 the federal government hid a deadly flu vaccine that killed   thousands of nursing home patients. It was the first year that flu shots   were paid for by Medicare.
• The vaccine-related mortality was so large   that this set back the life expectancy of Americans for the first time   since the 1918 Spanish flu!
• Mortality reports take a year or two to   tabulate and the federal government may choose not to reveal the true   mortality rate and whether it was related to the flu or the vaccines.
• You say this couldn’t happen? It   did in 1993!

• The Horrifying American Roots of Nazi Eugenics

• Mr. Black is the author of IBM and the Holocaust and the just released War Against the Weak: Eugenics and America's Campaign to Create a Master Race, from which the following article is drawn.
• Hitler and his henchmen victimized an entire continent and exterminated millions in his quest for a co-called "Master Race."
• But the concept of a white, blond-haired, blue-eyed master Nordic race  didn't originate with Hitler. The idea was created in the United States, and  cultivated in California, decades before Hitler came to power.
• California  eugenicists played an important, although little known, role in the American  eugenics movement's campaign for ethnic cleansing.
• Eugenics was the racist pseudoscience determined to wipe away all human beings   deemed "unfit," preserving only those who conformed to a Nordic stereotype.
• Elements of the philosophy were enshrined as national policy by forced sterilization   and segregation laws, as well as marriage restrictions, enacted in twenty-seven   states.
• In 1909, California became the third state to adopt such laws.
• Ultimately,   eugenics practitioners coercively sterilized some 60,000 Americans, barred the   marriage of thousands, forcibly segregated thousands in "colonies,"   and persecuted untold numbers in ways we are just learning.
• Before World War   II, nearly half of coercive sterilizations were done in California, and even   after the war, the state accounted for a third of all such surgeries.
• California was considered an epicenter of the American eugenics movement.
• During   the Twentieth Century's first decades, California's eugenicists included potent   but little known race scientists, such as Army venereal disease specialist Dr.   Paul Popenoe, citrus magnate and Polytechnic benefactor Paul Gosney, Sacramento   banker Charles M. Goethe, as well as members of the California State Board of   Charities and Corrections and the University of California Board of Regents.
• Eugenics would have been so much bizarre parlor talk had it not been for  extensive financing by corporate philanthropies, specifically the Carnegie  Institution, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Harriman railroad fortune.
• They were all in league with some of America's most respected scientists  hailing from such prestigious universities as Stamford, Yale, Harvard, and  Princeton.
• These academicians espoused race theory and race science, and  then faked and twisted data to serve eugenics' racist aims.
• Stanford president David Starr Jordan originated the notion of "race and   blood" in his 1902 racial epistle "Blood of a Nation," in which   the university scholar declared that human qualities and conditions such as   talent and poverty were passed through the blood.
• In 1904, the Carnegie Institution established a laboratory complex at Cold  Spring Harbor on Long Island that stockpiled millions of index cards on  ordinary Americans, as researchers carefully plotted the removal of  families, bloodlines and whole peoples.
• From Cold Spring Harbor, eugenics  advocates agitated in the legislatures of America, as well as the nation's  social service agencies and associations.
• The Harriman railroad fortune paid local charities, such as the New York  Bureau of Industries and Immigration, to seek out Jewish, Italian and other  immigrants in New York and other crowded cities and subject them to  deportation, trumped up confinement or forced sterilization.
• The Rockefeller Foundation helped found the German eugenics program and even  funded the program that Josef Mengele worked in before he went to Auschwitz.
• Much of the spiritual guidance and political agitation for the American eugenics   movement came from California's quasi-autonomous eugenic societies, such as   the Pasadena-based Human Betterment Foundation and the California branch of   the American Eugenics Society, which coordinated much of their activity with   the Eugenics Research Society in Long Island.
• These organizations--which functioned   as part of a closely-knit network--published racist eugenic newsletters and   pseudoscientific journals, such as Eugenical News and Eugenics,   and propagandized for the Nazis.
• Eugenics was born as a scientific curiosity in the Victorian age.
• In 1863,  Sir Francis Galton, a cousin of Charles Darwin, theorized that if talented  people only married other talented people, the result would be measurably  better offspring.
• At the turn of the last century, Galton's ideas were  imported into the United States just as Gregor Mendel's principles of  heredity were rediscovered.
• American eugenic advocates believed with  religious fervor that the same Mendelian concepts determining the color and  size of peas, corn and cattle also governed the social and intellectual  character of man.
• In an America demographically reeling from immigration upheaval and torn by   post-Reconstruction chaos, race conflict was everywhere in the early twentieth   century.
• Elitists, utopians and so-called "progressives" fused their   smoldering race fears and class bias with their desire to make a better world.
• They reinvented Galton's eugenics into a repressive and racist ideology. The   intent: populate the earth with vastly more of their own socio-economic and   biological kind--and less or none of everyone else.
• The superior species the eugenics movement sought was populated not merely  by tall, strong, talented people. Eugenicists craved blond, blue-eyed Nordic  types.
• This group alone, they believed, was fit to inherit the earth. In the  process, the movement intended to subtract emancipated Negroes, immigrant  Asian laborers, Indians, Hispanics, East Europeans, Jews, dark-haired hill  folk, poor people, the infirm and really anyone classified outside the  gentrified genetic lines drawn up by American raceologists.
• How? By identifying so-called "defective" family trees and subjecting   them to lifelong segregation and sterilization programs to kill their bloodlines.
• The grand plan was to literally wipe away the reproductive capability of those   deemed weak and inferior--the so-called "unfit."
• The eugenicists hoped   to neutralize the viability of 10 percent of the population at a sweep, until   none were left except themselves.
• Eighteen solutions were explored in a Carnegie-supported 1911 "Preliminary  Report of the Committee of the Eugenic Section of the American Breeder's  Association to Study and to Report on the Best Practical Means for Cutting  Off the Defective Germ-Plasm in the Human Population."
• Point eight was  euthanasia.
• The most commonly suggested method of eugenicide in America was a "lethal   chamber" or public locally operated gas chambers.
• In 1918, Popenoe, the   Army venereal disease specialist during World War I, co-wrote the widely used   textbook, Applied Eugenics, which argued, "From an historical point   of view, the first method which presents itself is execution… Its value   in keeping up the standard of the race should not be underestimated."
• Applied   Eugenics also devoted a chapter to "Lethal Selection," which operated   "through the destruction of the individual by some adverse feature of the   environment, such as excessive cold, or bacteria, or by bodily deficiency."
• Eugenic breeders believed American society was not ready to implement an  organized lethal solution. But many mental institutions and doctors  practiced improvised medical lethality and passive euthanasia on their own.
• One institution in Lincoln, Illinois fed its incoming patients milk from  tubercular cows believing a eugenically strong individual would be immune.  Thirty to forty percent annual death rates resulted at Lincoln.
• Some doctors  practiced passive eugenicide one newborn infant at a time. Others doctors at  mental institutions engaged in lethal neglect.
• Nonetheless, with eugenicide marginalized, the main solution for eugenicists   was the rapid expansion of forced segregation and sterilization, as well as   more marriage restrictions.
• California led the nation, performing nearly all   sterilization procedures with little or no due process. In its first twenty-five   years of eugenic legislation, California sterilized 9,782 individuals, mostly   women. Many were classified as "bad girls," diagnosed as "passionate,"   "oversexed" or "sexually wayward." At Sonoma, some women   were sterilized because of what was deemed an abnormally large clitoris or labia.
• In 1933 alone, at least 1,278 coercive sterilizations were performed, 700 of   which were on women.
• The state's two leading sterilization mills in 1933 were   Sonoma State Home with 388 operations and Patton State Hospital with 363 operations.   Other sterilization centers included Agnews, Mendocino, Napa, Norwalk, Stockton   and Pacific Colony state hospitals.
• Even the United States Supreme Court endorsed aspects of eugenics.
• In its infamous   1927 decision, Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote, "It is   better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring   for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those   who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind…. Three generations   of imbeciles are enough."
• This decision opened the floodgates for thousands   to be coercively sterilized or otherwise persecuted as subhuman. Years later,   the Nazis at the Nuremberg trials quoted Holmes's words in their own defense.
• Only after eugenics became entrenched in the United States was the campaign  transplanted into Germany, in no small measure through the efforts of  California eugenicists, who published booklets idealizing sterilization and  circulated them to German official and scientists.
• Hitler studied American eugenics laws. He tried to legitimize his  anti-Semitism by medicalizing it, and wrapping it in the more palatable  pseudoscientific facade of eugenics.
• Hitler was able to recruit more  followers among reasonable Germans by claiming that science was on his side.
• While Hitler's race hatred sprung from his own mind, the intellectual  outlines of the eugenics Hitler adopted in 1924 were made in America.
• During the '20s, Carnegie Institution eugenic scientists cultivated deep personal   and professional relationships with Germany's fascist eugenicists.
• In Mein   Kampf, published in 1924, Hitler quoted American eugenic ideology and openly   displayed a thorough knowledge of American eugenics. "There is today one   state," wrote Hitler, "in which at least weak beginnings toward a   better conception [of immigration] are noticeable. Of course, it is not our   model German Republic, but the United States."
• Hitler proudly told his comrades just how closely he followed the progress  of the American eugenics movement. "I have studied with great interest,"   he  told a fellow Nazi, "the laws of several American states concerning  prevention of reproduction by people whose progeny would, in all  probability, be of no value or be injurious to the racial stock."
• Hitler even wrote a fan letter to American eugenic leader Madison Grant calling   his race-based eugenics book, The Passing of the Great Race his "bible."
• Hitler's struggle for a superior race would be a mad crusade for a Master  Race. Now, the American term "Nordic" was freely exchanged with "Germanic"  or "Aryan."
• Race science, racial purity and racial dominance became   the  driving force behind Hitler's Nazism. Nazi eugenics would ultimately dictate  who would be persecuted in a Reich-dominated Europe, how people would live,  and how they would die.
• Nazi doctors would become the unseen generals in  Hitler's war against the Jews and other Europeans deemed inferior. Doctors  would create the science, devise the eugenic formulas, and even hand-select  the victims for sterilization, euthanasia and mass extermination.
• During the Reich's early years, eugenicists across America welcomed Hitler's  plans as the logical fulfillment of their own decades of research and  effort.
• California eugenicists republished Nazi propaganda for American  consumption.
• They also arranged for Nazi scientific exhibits, such as an  August 1934 display at the L.A. County Museum, for the annual meeting of the  American Public Health Association.
• In 1934, as Germany's sterilizations were accelerating beyond 5,000 per month,   the California eugenics leader C. M. Goethe upon returning from Germany ebulliently   bragged to a key colleague, "You will be interested to know, that your   work has played a powerful part in shaping the opinions of the group of intellectuals   who are behind Hitler in this epoch-making program.
• Everywhere I sensed that   their opinions have been tremendously stimulated by American thought.…I   want you, my dear friend, to carry this thought with you for the rest of your   life, that you have really jolted into action a great government of 60 million   people."
• That same year, ten years, after Virginia passed its sterilization act, Joseph   DeJarnette, superintendent of Virginia's Western State Hospital, observed in   the Richmond Times-Dispatch, "The Germans are beating us at our   own game."
• More than just providing the scientific roadmap, America funded Germany's eugenic   institutions.
• By 1926, Rockefeller had donated some $410,000 -- almost $4 million   in 21st-Century money -- to hundreds of German researchers.
• In May 1926, Rockefeller   awarded $250,000 to the German Psychiatric Institute of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute,   later to become the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry.
• Among the leading   psychiatrists at the German Psychiatric Institute was Ernst Rüdin, who   became director and eventually an architect of Hitler's systematic medical repression.
• Another in the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute's eugenic complex of institutions  was the Institute for Brain Research.
• Since 1915, it had operated out of a  single room. Everything changed when Rockefeller money arrived in 1929. A  grant of $317,000 allowed the Institute to construct a major building and  take center stage in German race biology. The Institute received additional  grants from the Rockefeller Foundation during the next several years.
• Leading the Institute, once again, was Hitler's medical henchman Ernst  Rüdin. Rüdin's organization became a prime director and recipient   of the  murderous experimentation and research conducted on Jews, Gypsies and  others.
• Beginning in 1940, thousands of Germans taken from old age homes, mental  institutions and other custodial facilities were systematically gassed.  Between 50,000 and 100,000 were eventually killed.
• Leon Whitney, executive secretary of the American Eugenics Society declared  of Nazism, "While we were pussy-footing around…the Germans were calling   a  spade a spade."
• A special recipient of Rockefeller funding was the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute  for Anthropology, Human Heredity and Eugenics in Berlin.
• For decades,  American eugenicists had craved twins to advance their research into  heredity. The Institute was now prepared to undertake such research on an  unprecedented level.
• On May 13, 1932, the Rockefeller Foundation in New York  dispatched a radiogram to its Paris office: JUNE MEETING EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE  NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS OVER THREE YEAR PERIOD TO KWG INSTITUTE ANTHROPOLOGY  FOR RESEARCH ON TWINS AND EFFECTS ON LATER GENERATIONS OF SUBSTANCES TOXIC  FOR GERM PLASM.
• At the time of Rockefeller's endowment, Otmar Freiherr von Verschuer, a hero   in American eugenics circles, functioned as a head of the Institute for Anthropology,   Human Heredity and Eugenics.
• Rockefeller funding of that Institute continued   both directly and through other research conduits during Verschuer's early tenure.   In 1935, Verschuer left the Institute to form a rival eugenics facility in Frankfurt   that was much heralded in the American eugenic press.
• Research on twins in the   Third Reich exploded, backed up by government decrees. Verschuer wrote in Der   Erbarzt, a eugenic doctor's journal he edited, that Germany's war would   yield a "total solution to the Jewish problem."
• Verschuer had a long-time assistant. His name was Josef Mengele.
• On May 30, 1943, Mengele arrived at Auschwitz. Verschuer notified the German  Research Society, "My assistant, Dr. Josef Mengele (M.D., Ph.D.) joined   me  in this branch of research. He is presently employed as Hauptsturmführer  [captain] and camp physician in the Auschwitz concentration camp.  Anthropological testing of the most diverse racial groups in this  concentration camp is being carried out with permission of the SS  Reichsführer [Himmler]."
• Mengele began searching the boxcar arrivals for twins. When he found them,  he performed beastly experiments, scrupulously wrote up the reports and sent  the paperwork back to Verschuer's institute for evaluation.
• Often, cadavers,  eyes and other body parts were also dispatched to Berlin's eugenic  institutes.
• Rockefeller executives never knew of Mengele. With few exceptions, the foundation   had ceased all eugenic studies in Nazi-occupied Europe before the war erupted   in 1939.
• But by that time the die had been cast. The talented men Rockefeller   and Carnegie financed, the institutions they helped found, and the science it   helped create took on a scientific momentum of their own.
• After the war, eugenics was declared a crime against humanity--an act of genocide.   Germans were tried and they cited the California statutes in their defense.   To no avail. They were found guilty.
• However, Mengele's boss Verschuer escaped prosecution. Verschuer  re-established his connections with California eugenicists who had gone  underground and renamed their crusade "human genetics."
• Typical was   an  exchange July 25, 1946 when Popenoe wrote Verschuer, "It was indeed a  pleasure to hear from you again. I have been very anxious about my  colleagues in Germany…. I suppose sterilization has been discontinued in  Germany?"
• Popenoe offered tidbits about various American eugenic luminaries  and then sent various eugenic publications. In a separate package, Popenoe  sent some cocoa, coffee and other goodies.
• Verschuer wrote back, "Your very friendly letter of 7/25 gave me a great  deal of pleasure and you have my heartfelt thanks for it. The letter builds  another bridge between your and my scientific work; I hope that this bridge  will never again collapse but rather make possible valuable mutual  enrichment and stimulation."
• Soon, Verschuer once again became a respected scientist in Germany and  around the world.
• In 1949, he became a corresponding member of the newly  formed American Society of Human Genetics, organized by American eugenicists  and geneticists.
• In the fall of 1950, the University of Münster offered Verschuer a position  at its new Institute of Human Genetics, where he later became a dean.
• In the  early and mid-1950s, Verschuer became an honorary member of numerous  prestigious societies, including the Italian Society of Genetics, the  Anthropological Society of Vienna, and the Japanese Society for Human  Genetics.
• Human genetics' genocidal roots in eugenics were ignored by a victorious  generation that refused to link itself to the crimes of Nazism and by  succeeding generations that never knew the truth of the years leading up to  war.
• Now governors of five states, including California have issued public  apologies to their citizens, past and present, for sterilization and other  abuses spawned by the eugenics movement.

• VeriChip of Delray Beach, Fl., has an even bolder idea: an implanted chip that links to an online database containing all your medical records, credit history and your social security ID.
• As this presentation to investors makes clear, the chip and its database could form the basis of a new national identity database lined to Social Security and NationalCreditReport.com.

• Glenn Beck’s Slick Propaganda Segment on the H1N1 Vaccination

• On his show today, Glenn Beck covered the H1N1 virus and vaccine. He said he would not take a stand on if you should submit to the vaccination.
• Marc Siegel, M.D., who has written a book on the swine flu — and Fox naturally peddled, thus giving the audience the idea he is an expert — said the live virus in the vaccine is not capable of spreading the disease in healthy people.
• Beck asked his guests about the attenuated virus in the nasal spray version of the vaccine.
• “No claws on it,” Siegel insisted, “it has been totally deactivated. It is alive and it can get you sick if you are immunally compromised or if you have asthma or you are pregnant. You can only take it if you are totally healthy. It cannot morph into the flu itself.”
• It is estimated 60 percent of the U.S. population is immunodeficient in one way or another, but doctor Siegel did not mention this.
• He also did not mention concerns on the part of other doctors and health care professionals about the attenuated virus.
• Siegel also did not say how health care providers will prevent the immunodeficient from getting the virus.
• Due to government and corporate media hype about H1N1, it is likely millions of less than healthy people will be demanding they be vaccinated.
• As a responsible doctor instead of a Fox News talking head, Mr. Siegel would have mentioned the FluMist insert.
• It states that FluMist “recipients should avoid close contact with immunocompromised individuals for at least 21 days,” in particular immunocompromised people living in the same house.
• In other words, it is inevitable millions of immunocompromised people will get sick.
• Millions of Americans suffer from eczema, allergies, cancer, HIV infection or AIDS, emphysema, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, herniated spinal discs, acute muscular pain syndromes, and all types of rheumatoid and autoimmune diseases. As much as 60% of the entire population could be considered to be “chemically immunosuppressed,” according to experts.
• The FluMist campaign now underway will be the “most intense, direct-to-consumer marketing campaign ever waged for a vaccine,” costing an estimated $25 million over the next 2.5 months. Big Pharma plans a three-year, $100 million campaign to encourage use of the nasal flu vaccine among physicians, notes Dr. Sherri Tenpenny.
• “Apparently, the goal seems to center around frightening — or inducing enough guilt — that everyone would begin to demand the vaccine as soon as it is available,” including the immunodeficient.
• But is not merely the risks to the immunosuppressed. As Dr. Tenpenny notes, an ever greater concern about FluMist is the contents within the vaccine.
• In addition to the live, attenuated influenza virus — the average dose contains between 10 million and 100 million viral particles — the culture media the viral strain was developed in may not be free of pathogens not tested for.
• In addition, the risk that the vaccine may contain contaminant avian retroviruses is present.
• Add to this concern the fact a stabilizing buffer containing potassium phosphate, sucrose (table sugar) and nearly 0.5 mg of monosodium glutamate (MSG) is added to each dose, according to the FluMist package insert.
• “The pharmaceutical companies do not necessarily always do a reasonable job of considering the ‘down side’ when they are pushing new drugs or new vaccines,” writes Tenpenny.
• “FluMist has the potential for causing the worst, most severe flu epidemic seen in years.
• Dr. Rima Laibow calls FluMist a “recipe for pandemic.
• (It) contains 3 live viruses. You shoot it up your nose and your immune system gets a chance to make antibodies to three live, weakened viruses while the manufacturer hopes against hope that one of these three actually causes a disease this year…. Of course, if you are immune compromised or go near someone who is, you will get sick or infect them with the virus and they can get the flu.”
• “Laibow and others also warn that Flu Mist risks potential brain damage, making it an extremely hazardous drug,” writes Stephen Lendman. “The nasal passage olfactory tract is a direct pathway to the brain. Ingesting viruses through it risks encephalitis, a viral-induced acute brain inflammation.”
• The government wants a preponderant number of people to get vaccinated against a non-existent pandemic by a virus that has so far killed less people than the regular flu season.
• None of this was brought up on the Fox News segment — and for good reason.
• Fox News, just like CNN, MSNBC and the rest, function as CIA disinformation, propaganda, and brainwashing organs for a global elite who are eugenicists and believe the planet is populated with too many useless eaters.
• “As the federal government launches the most ambitious inoculation campaign in U.S. history, several surveys indicate the public is decidedly ambivalent,” the Washington Post reported last week.
• “A nationally representative poll of 1,042 adults released Friday by the Harvard School of Public Health found that only 40 percent were sure they would receive the vaccine and that about half were certain their children would. Recent research by the University of Michigan and by Consumer Reports yielded similar results.”
• Americans are not stupid. They know there is something rotten in Denmark — or the District of Criminals — when the government gives billions of their tax dollars to giant pharmaceutical companies and fills the public airwaves with PSAs featuring Elmo urging them to have their children injected with an experimental vaccination.

• CDC Vaccine Propaganda Conspiracy: Call It 'PR'

• The vaccine industry has now received orders in the range of 3 billion doses during the course of the coming flu season.
• The World Health Organization would like to vaccinate two thirds (4 billion) of the global community, and the US alone is spending $2 billion to stockpile the nation with upwards to 250 million doses.
• In the US, such profits could never be accomplished without a dynamic, marketing initiative to convince Americans that vaccines will keep them protected and alive.
• And what better public relations machine for the vaccine complex, and all its supporters in health insurance and professional medical institutions, than our very own Centers for Disease Control and the Department of Health and Human Services.
• Even better, our tax dollars are there to pay for it all.
• We pay for the comfort in knowing that the CDC’s disinformation campaign will continue to scare us over the major networks and the New York Times. We can also assure vaccine makers that once and for all they are protected from liability in the event of serious flu vaccine injuries.
• Nevertheless, the government has a lot of vaccine vials to distribute, therefore, the CDC needs to sustain the fiction of numerous elderly dying in nursing homes, unvaccinated pregnant moms and children facing life threatening complications, and scores of sick and dead burnt into our national subconscious.
• It is all part of the CDC's script to get citizens rushing to their doctors and Wal-Marts to be vaccinated.
• Peter Doshi, while at Harvard in the mid-2000s, published a devastating study in the British Medical Journal that systematically unveils the flawed predictive science used to publicize our health agencies' influenza statistics and mortality rates.
• His analysis shook up enough health authorities to warrant twelve scientists from the CDC and National Institutes of Health to unsuccessfully take him on.
• Now at MIT, Doshi continues his analysis of a century's worth of influenza mortality data and government manipulation of influenza data, such as the annual figure of 36,000 influenza deaths we hear and read repeatedly.[1]
• Although this magical number was for all practical purposes alchemically conjured up via mathematical modeling back in 2003, it continues to be the most holy number in the CDC's PR vocabulary every flu season.
• Doshi draws the conclusion, published in the American Journal of Public Health, that commercial interests are playing the role of science in both industry and government.[2]
• Deconstruction of the CDC’s cherry-picked science and a growing anti-vaccination community are just some of the obstacles health authorities face.
• Therefore, no public relations strategy can have a solid multimedia punch on American citizens without opinion leaders serving as the gnomes for the vaccine complex and our heavily invested government health agencies, which are about to be buried in millions of purchased vaccine vials eager for distribution.
• This effort requires shock troopers, such as the pro-vaccine prophet Dr. Paul Offit, the creator of the rotavirus vaccine and a staunch critic against any scientist who discovers an association between vaccines and severe neurological disorders.
• Dr. Offit is on record for an audacious comment that children can tolerate 100,000 vaccinations (yes, you read that number correctly).[3]
• However, during this particular flu season, government health officials' may have a more difficult time convincing Americans to be vaccinated for swine flu if recent polls are reliable indicators.
• The latest Consumers Union poll released on September 30 shows almost two-thirds of parents will withhold vaccinating their children; fifty percent of respondents' rationale is that the vaccine has not been tested thoroughly for safety.[4]
• A poll of pregnant mothers conducted by the internet parent support group Mumsnet.com indicates women are turning more suspicious about the flu vaccine’s true efficacy and safety.
• The survey of 1500 respondents found only 6 percent of pregnant women "definitely" taking the shot, while 48 percent said they "definitely" wouldn't. A parallel poll revealed only 5 percent would definitely vaccinate their children.[5]
• A more recent San Francisco Chronicle survey finds 54 percent saying the H1N1 flu is nothing to be worried about.[6]
• A separate study conducted by Harvard’s School of Public Health showed that among the 41 percent who would not get the shot, 44 percent of parents are uncertain they would allow their children to receive it.
• Aside from many who expressed a fear of the vaccine’s side effects, the poll found 31 percent expressing a distrust in our public health officials providing accurate information on vaccine safety.[7]
• Therefore, expect an aggressive government public relations campaign during the coming weeks and even months, while our tax dollars are spent on 250 million shots that independent epidemiological evidence is showing may be ineffective at best, and dangerous at worst.
• European polls indicate that our neighbors on the other side of the great pond are less nervous about the H1N1 strain’s severity and far more suspicious towards health officials' rationale for hyping dire warnings of swine flu's dangers.
• In France, Le Figaro conducted a poll of 12,050 people showing 69 percent will refuse the vaccination. In a separate French survey, one third of 4,752 doctors, nurses and healthcare workers surveyed would not be inoculated.[8]
• Twenty-nine percent of Germans surveyed said they would refuse it "under any circumstance" and an additional 33 percent would likely refuse it.
• In the region of Bavaria and Baden Wurttemburg, only 10 percent of those polled said they would submit their arms to injection.
• In the UK, a couple polls reported in the Daily Mail last August, showed half of family physicians and a third of UK nurses do not want the swine flu vaccination. Seventy-one percent do not believe the vaccine has been tested enough for safety and the swine flu is much milder than health authorities are saying.
  
• During the course of the CDC's media war to push forward the vaccine industry's greed for profit, science and reflective caution are being sacrificed.
• An important peer-reviewed study appearing in the June 2009 issue of Toxicological and Environmental Chemistry shows a causal relationship between the amounts of ethylmercury (thimerosal) found in inoculations for infants, when administered to monkeys, and cellular toxicity resulting in mitochondrial dysfunction, impaired oxidative reduction activity and degeneration and death in neuronal and fetal cells.[9]
• These are all indicative signs found in some ASD. But health officials prefer to ignore such results.
• For the future health of American children, the study’s findings arrive at a bad time when a recent Harvard study now reports autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) has risen to 1 in 91 people compared to the earlier 1 in 150 estimate. But since the study was sponsored by the CDC, the press release makes no indication that just maybe the over-vaccination of children with dozens of injections by the age of 5 years might be a causal factor behind this national epidemic of ASD and other neurological disorders.
• During the course of interviewing many parents of autistic children for our documentaries Vaccine Nation and Autism: Made in the USA, the personal stories we filmed repeatedly were that of a once perfectly healthy and joyful child who, shortly after a vaccination or a series of injections, simply vanished from normality.
• However, national health policy today seems to have almost legislated by divine decree that there is no relationship between vaccine ingredients and autism.
• Besides, further independent research and first-hand personal stories would only interfere with the propaganda machine and the CDC's "Seven Step Recipe for Generating Interest In, and Demand for, Flu Vaccination."
• Peter Doshi first brought public attention to the CDC's PR influenza strategy known as the Seven Step Recipe.
• Glen Nowak, now the Director of the CDC's Media Relations, outlined a concise public relations template while serving as the communications spokesperson for the National Immunization Program.
• Speaking at the 2004 National Influenza Vaccine Summit, he presented the CDC’s seven steps. After a careful review of Nowak's Powerpoint presentation we discover a very detailed and concerted PR and multimedia campaign that includes the following (quotes are from CDC’s materials):
• To encourage the belief that influenza infection can "occur among people for whom influenza is not generally perceived to cause serious complications (e.g., children, healthy adults, healthy seniors)." In other words, promote flu vaccination to those who don’t really need it.
• In order to "foster the demand for flu vaccinations" the CDC should target "medical experts and public health authorities publicly (e.g., via media) [to] state concern and alarm (and predict dire outcomes)—and urge influenza vaccination."
• By focusing on the message of dire health threats and human casualties upon those who don't really need to be vaccinated, the CDC will reach its milestone of "framing of the flu season in terms that motivate behavior (e.g., as "very severe," "more severe than last or past years," "deadly").”
• Throughout the flu season, the campaign would continue issuing reports “from health officials and media” to emphasize that "influenza is causing severe illness and/or affecting lots of people -- helping foster the perception that many people are susceptible to a bad case of influenza."
• Of course, no marketing strategy is thorough without images. Ergo another ingredient in the recipe is to use "visible/tangible examples of the seriousness of the illness (e.g., pictures of children, families of those affected coming forward) and people getting vaccinated (the first to motivate, the latter to reinforce)."
• The CDC’s "key points" indicate we are now in that critical timeframe for the CDC to distribute materials to "a variety of partners." This includes aggressively disseminating all medical reports, studies and PR spins to the soporific media and corporate-funded medical associations to support the government's mass vaccination efforts.
• Come November, we will begin to see reports on “pediatric deaths” due to influenza—although Dr. Martin Meltzer, a CDC expert in health economics, has stated "almost nobody dies of the flu" and "deaths [are] associated with flu, but not necessarily caused by flu."[10]
• Apparently, the folks over in the various CDC departments and our different federal health agencies don’t communicate with each other very well.
• So why should our tax dollars go towards fabricating and/or ignoring science in order to vaccinate Americans?
• Nowak publicly stated the CDC's reasons on National Public Radio, "the manufacturers were telling us that they weren’t receiving a lot of orders for vaccine for use in November or even December... It really did look like we [CDC] needed to do something to encourage people to get a flu shot."[11]
• At this moment, we are witnessing a steady flow press releases and articles in the media to convert Americans to the wisdom of national health vaccination policy.
• The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has issued preliminary positive results from an uncompleted clinical trial testing the H1N1 vaccine on children and young people between 6 months and 17 years of age.
• The fact that the entire study only enrolled 70 individuals covering this age range should alone raise red flags about any reliable conclusions after the study is completed. Moreover, the study is specifically designed for measuring the necessary immune response to protect youth from the swine flu. It is not a safety study.
• We usually expect that sound scientific ethics demand clinical trials to be reported after a final analysis of research data, however, the CDC's Seven Step Recipe is not concerned with scientific facts, or rigorous research protocol. It is simply part of the PR game plan to get people vaccinated and to do it fast.
• He quotes Dr. Jay Butler, chief of the swine flu vaccine task force at the CDC in order to relieve fears about flu vaccine adverse effects, especially to pregnant women. Dr. Butler said, "There are about 2,400 miscarriages a day in the US. You’ll see things that would have happened anyway. But the vaccine doesn’t cause miscarriages. It also doesn't cause auto accidents, but they happen."[12]
• Donald McNeil, a shill for the vaccine complex writing for the New York Times has printed two recent articles aligned with CDC propaganda.
• I hope that is reassuring to all those expectant mothers across the country, especially since none of the approved H1N1 vaccines have undergone rigorous clinical safety trials on pregnant women or the potential adverse effects of mercury-laced vaccines and other ingredients, such as spermacide, detergent and cosmetics, on the developing fetus.
• Germany on the other hand announced it is now taking preventative measures. Agreeing that the verdict on ethylmercury and squalene safety for children is unsettled, Germany is requiring the vaccine industry to return to their plants and provide adjuvant -- and mercury preservative-free vaccine lots.
• McNeil's more recent article in October 7th's New York Times should be read alongside the Seven Step Recipe for a clear visual unfolding of the CDC's PR strategy in action.
• McNeil downplays the growing medical realization that the swine flu is in all likelihood much milder than seasonal flu in order to convince us to roll up our sleeves.
• Following the CDC script, we see the picture of little 3 year old Clayton being vaccinated, while McNeill compares the swine flu death of an 18 year old Tibetan woman in China with a story of joyful young Brandon and his 9 year old sister gleefully surrendering their nostrils for a blast of live-attenuated H1N1 virus.[13]
• While finalizing this article, Peter Doshi replied to an email and drew attention to an event in his Harper's article that should force us to pause before rolling up our sleeves.
• Briefly, the 2004 flu season was a debacle for the vaccine complex and federal health officials after 50 million doses of flu vaccine promised by Chiron Corporation were made unavailable, therefore, putting the health industry into a panic.
• In order to lessen the frenzy previously stirred by its public fear tactics, the CDC downgraded the flu’s urgency to "an annoying illness", and "stressed the protective benefits of regular hand washing."[14]
• Now that is a national policy I can support. I would much prefer the CDC funding Americans’ soap bills to ward off an uncertain swine flu pandemic rather than using taxes for unsubstantiated threats from the CDC’s national vaccine marketing campaign.

• Joseph Moshe: 'Swine Flu Vaccine is Bioweapon'

• (August 21, 2009) Today, the MSM are not talking about this case any more. Yesterday, they wanted us to believe that Joseph Moshe was a nutcase and a terrorist, arrested for threatening to bomb the White House.
• Interesting detail about his arrest (the "Westwood standoff") was that he seemed to be immune to the 5 cans of tear gas and 5 gallons of law-enforcement grade pepper spray they pumped into his face. He very calmly remained in his car, as the video footage of his arrest shows.
• Professor Moshe had called into a live radio show by Dr. A. True Ott, broadcast on Republic Broadcasting claiming to be a microbiologist who wanted to supply evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions.
• He said that Baxter's Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine.
• He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death.

• Joseph Moshe: 'Swine Flu Vaccine is Bioweapon'  (continued)

• Sources tell us that Bar-Joseph Moshe made no threat against the President or the White House. He did not mention any bomb or attack.
• He then proceeded to inform the White House he intended to go public with this information. When he noticed men in suits in front of his house and feared that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings into his car and, him being a dual Israeli citizen, tried to reach the Israeli consulate located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place.
• The FBI and the bomb squad prevented him from reaching it.

• Joseph Moshe was soon after his arrest sent or let go to Israel. Nothing has been heard from him since.
• The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain or arrest him.
• Mounted on top of a large black vehicle used in his arrest was a microwave weapon that possibly damaged the electronics in Moshe�s car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.

• Baxter Pharmaceutical has been caught, red-handed, in spreading a live, genetically engineered H5N1 Bird flu vaccine as a lethal biological weapon all over the world, destined to be used for human vaccinations.
• This happened just a few months ago. And only luck prevented a global catastrophe of epic proportions.
• Only by sheer luck, a Czech laboratory decided to test the vaccine on a dozen ferrets, which all died in days.
• Baxter International Inc. had mixed live, genetically engineered avian flue viruses in vaccine material shipped to 18 countries.
• The World Health Organization was notified and catastrophe was averted. This was clearly a deliberate act on Baxter's part, because they adhere to BS3, bio-safety level three.
• Baxter admitted a "mistake". Such monumental screwups are totally impossible at that level.
• Many safety systems would have needed to be sabotaged, many key personell would have needed to be bribed. It simply can't be done without direction from the inside.
• They did not send out the wrong vial -- they produced dozens of gallons of biological-weapon agent (genetically engineered live H5N1 / Bird flu virus), then sent it out as a "vaccine".
• Baxter knew full well that their vaccine was lethal, because the year before they had tested it on a few hundred homeless Polish people -- dozens died as a result.

• TEL AVIV – President Obama's newly confirmed regulatory czar defended the possibility of removing organs from terminally ill patients without their permission.
• Cass Sunstein also has strongly pushed for the removal of organs from deceased individuals who did not explicitly consent to becoming organ donors.
• In his 2008 book, "Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth and Happiness," Sunstein and co-author Richard Thaler discussed multiple legal scenarios regarding organ donation.
• One possibility presented in the book, termed by Sunstein as "routine removal," posits that "the state owns the rights to body parts of people who are dead or in certain hopeless conditions, and it can remove their organs without asking anyone's permission."

• Sunstein's example of medical examiners removing corneas, however, applies only to patients who are already declared deceased.
• After defending the position, Sunstein conceded the "routine removal" approach "violates a generally accepted principle, which is that within broad limits, individuals should be able to decide what is to be done with and to their bodies."
• Still, Sunstein did not add that the removal of organs from a living individual should be banned.
• Also in the same book, CNS News previously noted Sunstein argued for removing organs from deceased patients who are not registered as organ donors, a policy not without precedent. Spain and some European Union countries have been debating accepting a law of implied consent.
• Writes Sunstein: "A policy that can pass libertarian muster by our standards is called presumed consent."
• "Presumed consent preserves freedom of choice, but it is different from explicit consent because it shifts the default rule.
• Under this policy, all citizens would be presumed to be consenting donors, but they would have the opportunity to register their unwillingness to donate, and they could do so easily. We want to underline the word easily, because the harder it is to register your unwillingness to participate, the less libertarian the policy becomes."
• Sunstein continues: "Although presumed consent is an extremely effective way to increase the supply of organs available for transplant, it may not be an easy sell politically. Some will object to the idea of 'presuming' anything when it comes to such a sensitive matter. We are not sure that these objections are convincing, but this is surely a domain in which forced choosing, or what is referred to in this domain as mandated choice, has considerable appeal."
• Sunstein advocates making it mandatory for all citizens to register either as an organ donor or as unwilling to donate their organs.
• "Mandated choice could be implemented through a simple addition to the driver's license registration scheme used in many states. With mandated choice, renewal of your driver's license would be accompanied by a requirement that you check a box stating your organ donation preferences. Your application would not be accepted unless you had checked one of the boxes. The options might include 'yes, willing to donate' and 'no, unwilling to donate.'"
• Government must fund abortion
• Sunstein is not shy about his view concerning rights to life or abortion.
• WND reported that in his 1993 book, "The Partial Constitution," Sunstein argued the government should be required to fund abortion in cases such as rape or incest.
• "I have argued that the Constitution ... forbids government from refusing to pay the expenses of abortion in cases of rape or incest, at least if government pays for childbirth in such cases," Sunstein wrote.
• The Obama czar asserts that funding only childbirth but not abortion "has the precise consequence of turning women into involuntary incubators."
• Sunstein argues that refusing to fund abortion "would require poor women to be breeders," while co-opting women's bodies "in the service of third parties" – referring to fetuses.
• Sunstein wrote he has no problem with forcing taxpayers to fund abortions even if they morally object to their money being used for such a purpose.
• He wrote: "There would be no tension with the establishment clause if people with religious or other objections were forced to pay for that procedure (abortion). Indeed, taxpayers are often forced to pay for things – national defense, welfare, certain forms of art, and others – to which they have powerful moral and even religious objections."

• A Virginia woman is adamant that a flu shot has caused her to contract a debilitating and irreversible neurological disease, while the CDC refuses to comment on her case.
• 25-year-old Desiree Jennings was a fit and healthy cheerleader up until two months ago when she got a seasonal flu shot.
• Ten days after the shot she began experiencing flu like symptoms, followed by severe convulsions and black outs.
• Now she can barely talk or walk and her life has all but been destroyed.
• After seeing around 60 doctors, Jennings was eventually diagnosed with dystonia, a paralyzing neurological disorder that causes the muscles to relentlessly contract and spasm.
• Bizarrely, increased physical activity causes her heart rate to decline, meaning she can run for hours, however, her resting heart rate is 90 and walking a few steps is exhausting and almost impossible.
• There is no cure for the disease and it gets worse over time.
• The causes of the disease are not yet fully understood, however, it is thought that physical trauma, infection, heavy metals poisoning or adverse reaction to drugs are possible triggers.
• Jennings is certain that the flu shot caused the disease and has pledged to do all she can to warn others.
• “Nothing else explains such a fast moving neurological damage. The medical hospitals ruled out everything, CAT scans normal, blood normal, MRI normal. The only thing that explains it is the shot caused the neurological damage.” she told WUSA News.

• The Centers for Disease Control has said it cannot comment on the case but added that it has no evidence to suggest flu vaccines can be connected to dystonia.
• However, neuropathy and paralysis resulting from disorder of the cranial nerves are routinely listed as possible side effects resulting from flu shots.
• In rare cases flu shots are known to cause the debilitating nerve disease Guillain-Barré Syndrome, which killed more people than the actual flu virus the last time a pandemic was declared in 1976.
• In addition, studies have shown a direct relationship between the mercury based preservative thimerosal in flu shots and neurological disorders.
• Cases of the neural development disorder autism amongst children have doubled since 2003, in line with an increase in the amount of thimerosal-containing childhood vaccines.
• Further studies have shown a decline in neurodevelopmental disorders after the removal of thimerosal-containing vaccines.
• Of course, there will be few repercussions should more people develop diseases from the new mercury and squalene containing H1N1 shots, given that the government has provided pharmaceutical companies blanket immunity from lawsuits. You know, just in case.

• Organ   Harvesting: Now Defining Defenseless Human Beings as Natural Resources

• For   years, organ transplant ethicists and some in the bioethics community   have agitated to change the definition of death from a purely biological   determination, to one based in utilitarianism and desired sociological   narratives.
• Why mess with death? Too few organs are donated for transplant,   leading to long waiting lines and the deaths of some people who might   be saved were organs more readily available.
• But   why redefine death? The point of this reckless advocacy — although   they don't put it this bluntly — is that there are thousands   of perfectly good organs being used by people who really don't need   them anymore, by which they mean patients with profound cognitive   impairments who will remain unconscious or minimally aware for the   rest of their lives.
• Why not harvest such patients, this thinking   goes, for the benefit of people who could return to normal lives?
• The   problem is that would break the “dead donor rule,” the legal   and moral pact organ transplant medicine made with society promising   that vital organs would only be harvested from patients who are truly   dead.
• Hence, if the definition of death were loosened to include,   say, a diagnosis of persistent vegetative state, more organs could   be obtained — and the dead donor rule could still appear to be   honored, deemed essential for transplant medicine to retain the trust   of society.
• What these “ethicists” really propose is killing for organs,   a view now being promoted in some of the world’s most prestigious   medical, science, and bioethical journals.
• Of   course, that would be fiction, and the redefinition actually a betrayal.

• For example, Nature recently   editorialized in favor of liberalizing the rules governing brain death.

   

  Currently,   brain death requires the irreversible cessation of all functions of   the entire brain and each of its constituent parts. Nature’s   editorial claimed — without proof — that doctors obey “the   spirit but not the letter, of this law. And many are feeling uncomfortable   about it.”

   

  As   well they should. But the proper answer to unethical practice isn't   to accommodate wrong behavior by redefining it as right. Rather, it   is to work to bring actual methods back into proper alignment with   legal and ethical practice.
• Instead,   Nature descends into rank relativism, arguing that “the legal   details of declaring death in someone who will never again be the   person he or she was should be weighed against the value of giving   a full and healthy life to someone who will die without transplant.”   Think about the looseness of that language! At minimum, it would mean   that those with profound incapacities would be redefined out of the   human condition and used as if they were mere natural resources.

• Only   a week later, an article by NIH bioethicist F.G. Miller, published   in the Journal of Medical Ethics, opined that the ethical proscription   against killing by doctors is “debatable,” and asserted   that doctors should be able to harvest organs from living patients   when planning to withdraw life support:

   

   

   

  “In   at least the near future it is probable that we will continue to muddle   through [with the current system]. In the longer run, the medical   profession and society may, and should, be prepared to accept the   reality and justifiability of life terminating acts in medicine in   the context of stopping life sustaining treatment and performing vital   organ transplantation.”

   

   

   

  In   that seductive prescription is the end of human equality and the obliteration   of universal rights.
• It   is important to stress that doctors are not currently harvesting the   organs of people in PVS, and surely most would never do so. But that   doesn't mean it can't happen here.
• Richard John Neuhaus once wrote,   “Thousands of medical ethicists and bioethicists, as they are   called, professionally guide the unthinkable on its passage through   the debatable on its way to becoming the justifiable, until it is   finally established as the unexceptionable.”
• That   process is steaming full speed ahead in the related fields of organ   transplantation and biotechnology.
• The only way to stop this dehumanizing   agenda is to take notice and push back before it is too late. Some   things should ever and always be unthinkable.

• [Note:   Bill Clinton was from Hope, Arkansas, and his mentor, Professor Carroll   Quigley, wrote Tragedy and Hope wherein he described the “hope”   of the world as the Power Elite (PE) who run things behind the scenes.
• Barack Obama’s campaign theme was “hope” via “change.”   Is this all just coincidental?]
• Responding   to the charge that President Obama’s national health care proposals   would include “death panels,” John Meachem of Newsweek   wrote, “I Was A Teenage Death Panelist” (Sept. 12, 2009)   in which he remarked that “the origins of what became the dreaded   death panels show the idea to be sensible and humane…. We have   to think about death differently…. Without a shift from late-in-life   overtreatment to a wider use of the hospice model, costs will continue   to grow to a likely unsustainable level.”
• In the same edition   of Newsweek, Evan Thomas (who said Obama is “sort of   God”) wrote “The Case for Killing Granny,” in which   he commented: “Until Americans learn to contemplate death as more   than a scientific challenge to be overcome, our health-care system will   remain unfixable…. A significant portion of the savings will have   to come from the money we spend on seniors at the end of life.”
• The   global PE for well over 100 years has been promoting euthanasia.
• In   an earlier NewsWithViews column, I quoted H.G. Wells in Anticipations   (1901) describing the coming “world state” where there would   be “the merciful obliteration of weak and silly and pointless”   people.
• And in Robert Hugh Benson’s Lord of the World   (1907), he said there would be Ministers of Euthanasia (like Jack Kevorkian)   in 1998 under American Socialism.
• That   the PE had the beginning of the 21st century as the time Socialism would   be adopted in the U.S. fits with what John Loeffler, host of Steel-on-Steel,   referred to as an 80-year period for cultural change.
• For example, German   culture began to change in the mid-1800s, so that by the 1930s, Germans   were willing to accept National Socialism (Nazis).
• Therefore, with the   change in American culture beginning in the late 1920s with Socialists   like John Dewey, Norman Thomas, etc. the 80-year movement toward Socialism   here would be complete about now.
• Regarding   euthanasia, in Germany in 1920, Dr. Alfred Hoche and Karl Binding authored   “The Permission to Destroy Life Unworthy of Life” urging   a national policy of assisted suicide for those terminally ill, mentally   retarded, or with brain damage or psychiatric conditions.
• This was similar   to the views of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger regarding   those at the beginning of life, when she wrote in The Pivot of Civilization   (1922): “There is but one practical and feasible program in handling   the great problem of the feeble-minded. That is, as the best authorities   are agreed, to prevent the birth of those who would transmit imbecility   to their descendents.”
• A little over 80 years later, Supreme Court   Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in a July 12, 2009 New York Times Magazine   interview would say: “I had thought that at the time Roe v. Wade   was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly   growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”
• Concepts   such as Social Darwinism in the late 1800s gave rise to the racial hygiene   movement long before the Nazis ascended to power.
• In 1923, the University   of Munich appointed Fritz Lenz to the first German chair in racial hygiene,   and in 1931 Lenz commented: “Hitler is the first politician with   truly wide influence who has recognized that the central mission of   all politics is race hygiene and who will actively support this mission.”
• In   March 1933, Hitler became Chancellor of Germany, and on October 7, 1933   the Ministry of Justice in Berlin proposed that “it shall be made   possible for physicians to end the tortures of incurable patients, upon   request, in the interests of true humanity.”
• In October 1939 (but   backdated to September 1, 1939 when WWII began), Hitler authorized   Aktion 4 or T4, a program which “granted mercy deaths”   to those who physicians determined to be incurables.
• Under   the Nazis, euthanasia was first practice on the handicapped as they   were considered “life unworthy of life.”
• This was followed   by euthanasia against those (e.g., Jews, Gypsies, etc.) whom the Nazis   considered “inferior” to their Aryan race.
• In the 1940s,   Josef Mengele became a leader in the Nazi’s euthanasia movement   and was known as “the Angel of Death” (see reference to   Mengele in my 4-part series “The Power Elite and the Secret Nazi   Plan”). It is important here to remember that the Nazi movement   was only a subpart of the PE’s larger plan.
• During   WWII, Jerome Bruner was chief of psychological warfare for General Eisenhower.   In the late 1950s, Bruner authored “The Process of Education,”   a report of the Woods Hole Conference which would become a guide for   educational reformers in the 1960s.
• Bruner was also director of the   Educational Development Center in Cambridge, MA, when in 1964 it produced   Man: A Course of Study (MACOS), which was given $6.5 million   by the National Science Foundation for its development.
• Congressman   John Conlan criticized federal support for MACOS, which included a positive   image of euthanasia such as infanticide and senilicide (e.g., old Eskimos   left on ice to die).
• In   the December 31, 1969 edition of The Christian Century, Sam   Keen wrote “The ‘Soft’ Revolution Explored”   about an “alteration of consciousness” occurring, saying:   “Western civilization has become disillusioned about its ancient   romance with the religious and moral ideals of the Judeo-Christian tradition.”
• He said there was “a change in value orientation” and an   “emerging secular religion.”
• About 25 years later, Keen   at the first State of the World Forum in 1995 would evoke loud applause   as he declared, “If we cut the world’s population by 90%,   there won’t be enough people left to do ecological damage.”   Think about what would be required to reduce the earth’s population   by 90%!

• At   the same time Keen wrote his The Christian Century column,   New Age spiritualist Elisabeth Kubler-Ross authored On Death and   Dying (later testifying to the U.S. Senate in 1972 on death and   dying), and The Hastings Center was founded in New York by Willard Gaylin   and Daniel Callahan, who would later worry that America is waging a   “war against death” (Callahan believed we must accept death).
• The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation would pay for a special supplement   to The Hastings Center Report “Dying Well in the Hospital: the   lessons of SUPPORT.”
• The   year after On Death and Dying was published, in February 1970   Dr. Daniel Leviton (teacher of death education at the University of   Maryland) delivered an address titled “The Role of the Schools   in Providing Death Education,” in which he asserted: “…We   are very much interested in educating parents in order to reduce the   spread of that dread disease, ‘hangupitis.’
• Public schools   would do well to develop related parent education programs in such myth-shrouded   areas as human sexuality and death education.”
• That someone supports   death education does not mean necessarily that they support euthanasia.   However, getting students “comfortable” with death can lead   to suicides, which for many can be a kind of self-imposed euthanasia   of depressed people.
• In September 1972, Dr. Leviton delivered an address   titled “Education for Death, or Death Becomes Less A Stranger”   at the American Psychological Association convention, in which he cautioned:   “I can say that no one enrolled in the Course has suicided to   date but it remains a possibility. The instructor in Death Education   needs to be prepared for the eventuality of a student’s suicide.”
• If   students in “Death and Dying” classes go to morgues, feel   corpses, view an embalming, rub caskets, sit in coffins, write suicide   notes, and are asked to write their own epitaphs or obituaries, is it   any wonder they may start to contemplate suicide as a way to get out   of their problems?
• One girl at Columbine High School (where the two   student killers wore black garments with swastikas) in Littleton, Colorado   said she contemplated suicide after taking a death education course.
• Even before the Littleton massacre, Tara Becker Merrill of Colorado   attempted suicide after a high school class about death, saying she   was taught that “death is exciting, appealing, something to look   forward to.”
• Many other students have committed suicide after   taking death education or seeing films about suicide. One textbook,   Coping With Death and Dying by Robert Russell, contained a   section on euthanasia that stated: “Committing suicide may represent   a last attempt to make an independent, personal decision.”
• At   the same time Dr. Leviton was delivering his address in 1970, the movie   M.A.S.H. was released with a theme song titled “Suicide is Painless,”   and in 1972 a popular TV show titled M.A.S.H. began with the same theme   song.
• That same year (1972), the Center for Teaching International Relations   (CTIR) was co-founded at the University of Denver by Josef Korbel (Secretary   of State Madeline Albright’s father) and it would produce Death:   A Part of Life (by George Otero and Zoanne Harris), which on page   117 included Kamikazee Letters from WWII.

• Dennis Laurence Cuddy, historian   and political analyst, received a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina   at Chapel Hill (major in American History, minor in political science).   Dr. Cuddy has taught at the university level, has been a political and   economic risk analyst for an international consulting firm, and has been   a Senior Associate with the U.S. Department of Education.

   

  Cuddy has also testified before members of Congress   on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice. Dr. Cuddy has authored or   edited twenty books and booklets, and has written hundreds of articles   appearing in newspapers around the nation, including The Washington Post,   Los Angeles Times and USA Today. He has been a guest on numerous radio   talk shows in various parts of the country, such as ABC Radio in New York   City, and he has also been a guest on the national television programs   USA Today and CBS's Nightwatch.
