• I was traveling down highway 64 today, and when I do this, I often stop and shop at local stores. While doing this, I bought a small town newspaper. Reading it, I found this article on page 2:
• Whiteville Police Department Seat Belt Checkpoint
• The Whiteville Police Department (WPD) will conduct a seat belt checkpoint on Saturday, April 4, 2009, on Hwy 64 within the city limits of Whiteville, TN.
• This checkpoint will be in conjunction with a Homeland Security training exercise by the 251st Military Police in Bolivar, who recently returned from Iraq.
• Although uniformed military personnel will be visible at the checkpoint, the military participation will be strictly observation. The military police uses checkpoints to disseminate information and ensure safe movement in the event of a terrorist attack, natural disaster, or other large-scale emergency.

• In an article originally posted on the Newsmax website, Perry wrote, “There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.”
• Despite the fact that Perry was not explicitly advocating such a coup, Newsmax later removed the article to ensure it “was not misinterpreted”.
• The article outlines how military officers, outraged at Obama’s “trampling” on the Constitution, nationalization of American institutions, rising deficits, unemployment and taxes, could peaceably seize power from the “radical-left commissars” of the Obama administration.
• “Military intervention is what Obama’s exponentially accelerating agenda for “fundamental change” toward a Marxist state is inviting upon America. A coup is not an ideal option, but Obama’s radical ideal is not acceptable or reversible,” writes Perry.
• It is important to stress that Perry is not a Neo-Con, he worked under the Democratic administrations of Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter.
• Perry warns that America could be unrecognizable by 2012, prompting a coup to “restore and defend the Constitution,” a prospect that is “weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership,” he writes.
• Perry says that such a move could be accelerated if Israel were to bomb Iran, causing the Middle East to explode and a massive destabilization of the free world.
• Of course, the unlikely staging of a military coup could be just another ruse to implement martial law in the aftermath of what would undoubtedly ensue – mass civil unrest and a potential breakdown of society.
• More and more credible analysts are predicting that the United States could collapse in a Soviet-style breakdown within the next few years.
• In such a scenario, the vacuum of power created would leave the door open for the imposition of an even greater tyranny than we are witnessing today with Obama’s big government Socialist agenda.

• In a report   released to the US Congress recently, analysts assessed what they   termed "preparedness tests" between the US military and government   agencies at the federal, state and local levels.
• U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM)   exercises to test preparedness to perform its homeland defense and civil   support missions.
• The Government Accountability Office was asked to   assess the extent to which NORTHCOM is consistent with Department of   Defense guidelines for training and exercise requirement involving interagency   partners and states in its exercises.
• NORTHCOM’s exercise program is generally consistent with the requirements   of DOD’s Joint Training System, but its exercise reporting is   inconsistent.
• Since the command was established in 2002, NORTHCOM has   conducted 13 large-scale exercises and generally completed exercise   summary reports within the required time frame.
• However, those reports did not consistently include certain information,   such as areas needing improvement, because NORTHCOM lacks guidance that   specifies exercise reports’ content and format, potentially impacting   its ability to meet internal standards for planning and execution of   joint exercises, and to compare and share exercise results over time   with interagency partners and states.
• "While the rationale for using the US military domestically had   been debated for years, President Barack Obama appears intent on using   our military at least until he can create his promised 'Civilian Security   Force' which he said would be as big and powerful as the military,"   said political strategist Mike Baker.

• "The fact that the military -- in this instance NORTHCOM -- is   being trained to operate with our borders should be setting off alarms   throughout this nation. But it's being ignored even by those who profess   to be conservatives," he said.
• Nineteen federal agencies and organizations and 17 states and the District   of Columbia have participated in one or more of the seven large-scale   exercises that NORTHCOM has conducted since September 2005.
• However,   NORTHCOM faces challenges in involving states in the planning, conduct,   and assessment of its exercises, such as adapting   its exercise system and practices to involve other federal, state, local,   and tribal agencies that do not have the same practices or level of   planning resources.
• Inconsistencies with how NORTHCOM involves states in exercises are occurring   in part because NORTHCOM officials lack experience dealing with states   and do not have a consistent process for including states in exercises.
• Without such a process, NORTHCOM increases the risk that its exercises   will not provide benefits for all participants, impact the seamless   exercise of all levels of government, and potentially affect NORTHCOM’s   ability to provide civil support capabilities.
• "It is up to the residents of individual states to tell their governors   they do not want the federal government intruding on law enforcement   and public safety issues," said former NYPD detective and Marine   intelligence officer Sid Frances.
• "This is especially true if their governors share the same political   philosophy as the President and his minions in Washington," he   added.
• NORTHCOM   has a systematic lessons learned and corrective action program   to improve preparedness, but gaps remain with collecting and sharing   lessons with agency and state partners and managing corrective actions.
• Access to the system NORTHCOM uses for managing exercise observations   is limited for non-DOD participants, and DOD believes that the Department   of Homeland Security’s system is not adequately protected from   unauthorized users.
• NORTHCOM’s mitigation steps have not resolved   the issues. In addition, about 20 percent of the corrective actions   tracked by NORTHCOM were being closed prematurely due to gaps in oversight.
• Closing issues prematurely increases the risk that issues will reoccur   and limits the knowledge gained and value of the exercise.
• The Government Accountability Office is making recommendations to DOD   to direct NORTHCOM to consistently involve the states in planning, executing,   and assessing exercises and improve oversight of corrective actions.
• The GAO is also recommending that DOD define when NORTHCOM should use   planning and documentation requirements.
• DOD agreed or partially agreed   with the recommendations and cited ongoing and future efforts to satisfy   the recommendations’ intent.
• DOD did not fully address a recommendation   on training to NORTHCOM staff on specific state emergency management   structures.
• GAO believes such training would benefit NORTHCOM personnel in advance   of a crisis and for exercise planning.
• The first active-duty unit dedicated to supporting US civilian authorities   in the event of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack is wrapping   up three days of intensive training in tactics to be used within the   continental United States, according to Armed Forces Press Service representative   Donna Miles.
• Ms. Miles reported to news reporters, bloggers and Internet journalists   that troops from the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team   are at the Naval facility located in Indian Head, Maryland getting hands-on   training in skills they would depend on to provide support during a   chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive   incident, known here as a CBRNE.
• However, not everyone is happy about this latest military development   coming so close to the transition from the Bush White House to the Obama   Administration.
• Some observers believe this plan is part of a deal between   President Obama and the current Secretary of Defense who remained in   his current position even after the Bush-Obama transition.

• It has been just over one year since the U.S. Army announced that the 3^rd Infantry Division’s 1^st Brigade Combat Team was being placed under the direct control of the US Army Northern Command (NORTHCOM),
• and was being indefinitely reassigned as an “on-call federal response force” for emergencies of all sorts, natural and man-made, including terrorist attacks, within NORTHCOM's area of responsibility — the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
• Although the assignation went mostly unheralded at the time, it marked the first time in the history of the United States that an active unit of the regular Army was placed under the immediate and exclusive command of NORTHCOM. 
• The number of uniformed soldiers assigned to this duty continues to increase annually and the force is estimated to reach a strength of 20,000 by the year 2011.
• This massive force will all be trained and equipped to “subdue unruly or dangerous individuals” and “help with civil unrest and crowd control.”
• As usual, these directives are vague and could be applied to any number of scenarios.
• Furthermore, the critical question to be asked in light of such an arrangement is who will decide who is unruly or dangerous?
• Whoever is appointed the arbiter of such things will of necessity be feared as he will have 20,000 troops on alert and ready to quell these civil disturbances.
• This unconstitutional use of American military forces within the United States is back in the news as reports have recently been released reviewing the progress the team has made in training with other federal, state, and local peace officers and agencies.
• Constitutionalists will find these maneuvers worrisome as they are gross violations of the black letter and the spirit of the Posse Comitatus Act.
• Posse Comitatus (18 USC § 1385) was a law passed in 1878 in response to the abuse of citizens by federal troops occupying the states of the former Confederacy during the period known as Reconstruction.
• In exchange for their votes in favor of the presidency of Rutherford B. Hayes, Southern Senators received the support of Republican Senators for the Posse Comitatus Act requiring federal troops to withdraw from southern garrisons, thus ending Reconstruction.
• President Barack Obama marches on headlong, bent on disregarding this act and the applicable provisions of the Constitution in order to continue training the United States military to participate in purposefully undefined “emergency” situations within the borders of the United States.
• Recently he and Congress received an analysis of how well this unlawful cooperation between state and national government is progressing.
• By all accounts, NORTHCOM is withholding some critical information regarding the activities of this force. When it does release the required information, it does so slowly and clumsily.
• In its defense, NORTHCOM commanders claim that the inconsistencies, mistakes, and delays are due to the difficulty they face in coordinating these exercises with the various states.
• In typical governmental “give them an inch and they’ll take a mile” fashion, NORTHCOM is complaining that unless they are given greater and tighter control over the state agencies and the armed forces with whom they are tasked with training that they will be unable to guarantee operational success, and it may in fact detrimentally impact the team’s ability to provide the services they have been ordered to provide.
• To date, more than 19 federal agencies and 17 states have participated in one or more of the seven “homeland security” exercises that NORTHCOM has conducted since 2005. 
• Unfortunately, NORTHCOM is training with numerous state and local forces.
• Not surprisingly, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) has examined NORTHCOM’s reports and agrees with the command’s assessment of the provenance of the difficulties they are encountering in the present arrangement,
• and they have accordingly suggested that states relinquish administration of their forces and agencies and cede management and command to NORTHCOM.
• There is fear among those zealous of the Constitution's prohibition of commingling of federal and state forces that Democratic governors and legislators may tamely acquiesce to President Obama's desires and thereby further debilitate the strength and sanctity of state sovereignty, the foundational principle of federalism, and the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution that protects it.
• Reassuringly, there are those raising the warning voice regarding the training and quartering of federal troops on American soil for the purpose of law enforcement and controlling potential civil unrest, especially given the wide berth extant in such vague terms in the legislation that ostensibly restricts the sphere of the army’s power.
• Some opponents of the Obama administration’s ongoing and little-publicized violation of the Posse Comitatus Act see the entire set up as a behind-the-scenes deal between President Obama and Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who curiously retained his post after his previous employer left office.
• “While Obama and his team are making it sound as if they will use the military in a non-combative roll, part of the training being conducted is in urban warfare,” warned Mike Baker, a political strategist.
• He continued, “Obama appears oblivious to Posse Comitatus and to the US Constitution when it comes to using the military against civilians within US Borders.”
• Heroically, there are local police officers who feel threatened by being placed on a short leash placed by the President in the hand of the U.S. Army.
• Former NYPD detective and U.S. Marine intelligence officer, Sid Frances has called upon the state houses and Governors to assert their constitutionally guaranteed sovereignty and outright refuse to place their state forces under the command of federal officers.
• “I cannot understand why the federal government is so intent on using such military force within our borders. It reminds me of the Branch Dividian massacre in Waco, Texas, when the feds used that deadly physical force based on false information.”
• Admonitions and fears such as these from legitimate sources with personal experience should be a clarion call to all Americans wary of their constitutional protections from government encroachment
• and weary of the daily usurpation of power by one presidential administration after another (of both parties, mind you).
• In this case the conglomeration of power is being reinforced with the magnificent might of the United States Armed Forces.

• The hunger for Pretext by factions within U.S. govt/mil/intel structure and most likely within some foreign factions as well such as the City of London and Illuminati Princes was allegedly evident...
• even numerous U.S. Politicians and Cabinet members were in Copenhagen to perhaps  conveniently be out of harm's way.
• Blizzards on the east coast and parts of the deep south, whether from God himself or from Russian Weather X capability or Constitutional U.S. factions likely scotched this plan.
• However, with such hunger for Pretext and all of its benefits as discussed above it is quite likely that perhaps another try will be made.
• Some inklings that the next False Flag might take place during some large TV viewing audience attention upon say a Christmas Special, a major NFL game, or perhaps on the New Year's Eve Times Square dropping of the ball at midnight have been heard.

• Also, information that a large buildup of U.S. air assets including fighters, bombers, and tankers has already been done at U.S. Air force Bases in Germany and that a date of 1/12/2010 has been rumored for their need to be ready for immediate aftermath of an Israeli attack upon Iran...
• for defending Saudi and Gulf States oil fields and tanker loading facilities , U.S. forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, and perhaps Israel.
• The factions that are still hungering for the False Flag would like no doubt to improve the likelihood of not only defense of Israel but actually a joint attack upon all of the Target List in Iran.
• When Israel goes against Iran seems to be the wild card here... and regardless of what the more naive arrogant fools in D.C. are thinking about precluding Israel from attacking via extensive transfer of technology and promised future transfer of top of line U.S. fighters... (perhaps Joint Strike Fighter, Raptor, or even TR3-B's or other XRAY spacecraft???)...
• When they go, will be on their own time and at the least expected by Iran, Russia, and even the U.S.
• Israel will have to go soon or not go at all.
• Lets not forget that Zibigniew Brzezinski stated publicly that the U.S. should deny Israel the right to fly over Iraq and that if they flew over anyway that the U.S. military should fire on the IAF and knock their planes out of the sky... not the most trust engendering statement by one of the current President's advisers.
• One could see how a False Flag attack on CONUS would change this dynamic greatly... especially since Russia, who has a defense treaty with Iran has already stated via Putin himself that no attack upon Iran would be tolerated, with grave implications for launch of missiles on Israel and on the U.S. more than just an idle hint.
• Recent Russian well publicized discussions about their right to" Preemptive Attack" and changes in their nuclear doctrine are to be found in numerous news and security oriented sites on the web.
• What Might be Expected ... Events That Could Happen Rapidly
• If Israel unilaterally attacks Iran or even if the U.S. goes with them... Iran likely already has a Russian S-300 System if in fact not a clandestine S-400 System (hence truthful denials by Russia that no S-300 system had been set up yet ?) and can track many multiples of inbound targets and engage multiples of those targets instantly via system control of various anti-missile, anti-aircraft, and anti-ship missiles and guns.
• Iran already has 110 Super Sunburn (onyx) missiles and 100 Exocets for anti-ship action against U.S. carrier groups or Israeli naval assets.
• They also have various types of short range, mid range, and even Long Range missiles which can hit Israel, U.S. forces in Iraq, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwaiti logistics hubs... Afghanistan... Saudi Oil Fields and Terminals and ships in near Indian Ocean as well as Red Sea and Suez Canal.
• MAKE NO MISTAKE... IRAN ALSO HAS MULTIPLE NUCLEAR WARHEADS FROM BLACK MARKET, NORTH KOREA, THEIR OWN MANUFACTURE, AND NO DOUBT AS MANY AS THEY NEED BEING HELD BY RUSSIAN ADVISERS INSIDE IRAN.
• THEY ALSO HAVE RUSSIAN NAVAL GROUPS IN THE MED AT THE TARTOUS AND LATAKIA PORTS IN SYRIA AND OF COURSE RUSSIAN BOOMERS AND AKULAS STRATEGICALLY PLACED (INCLUDING OFF U.S. COASTS) FOR RETALIATION THREATS IF IRAN IS ATTACKED.
• Coinciding with any attack upon Iran... a U.S. attack upon Venezuela from 7 leased bases in Colombia and from the U.S. 4Th fleet as well as prepositioned U.S. forces mixed in with alot of Royal Dutch Marines on Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao would take place in an attempt to seize the Venezuelan oil fields and refineries as well as airports.
• That is what Ranger Battalions do .
• Question is whether Venezuela just has Russian TOR-M1 system and portable IGLA-S sams or whether the S-300 system they contracted for may already be in place as well along with other Russian hardware and warheads not discussed in public.
• Q-Files sources from years ago also alerted that the previous Bio-Wep Lab once in Cuba (and not taken out by SAS) was transferred lock stock and beaker to Venezuela.
• Russian made Su-30's , tanks , Hind Helos , are also in Chavez's arsenal and it would not be a cake walk either... particularly since the Russians and Iranians have defense treaties with them and likely the Red Chinese as well who do have long term oil agreements they would not want interrupted.
• I also believe it likely that an attempt to seize the Bolivian gas fields and the Ecuadoran oil fields would also take place during this time frame.
• In the U.S. probable commandeering of all Valero refineries (owned by Venezuela) would also take place... possible race against time vs. any Venezuelan mil pre-planted explosives to scuttle those refineries and remove huge gasoline making capacity from U.S. .
• Along this same line you could expect numerous gasoline stations owned by Pakistani, Iranian , and other Muslim groups inside the U.S. would likely be set on fire and blown.
• This is just the action in a few places on the globe..
• this war will likely consume a large part of the world... but China and other Kings of the East will try and sit it out... because their time is yet to come prophetically,
• though they will defend their territory and will no doubt take advantage of all opportunities to grab any raw materials, weapons, food, precious metals etc...
• ONE THING FOR SURE IS THAT THEY WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE U.S. TREASURIES... THEY WILL WANT AMERICA FOR THEMSELVES AND WILL AT SOME POINT COME TO INVADE IT AS IS THEIR DEAL WITH RUSSIA... PER DIMITRU DUDUMAN AND ALSO FROM OTHER SOURCES.
