    Price

    The price will be adjusted between Seller and Buyer, in USD (United States Dollar) per DMT
    (Dry Metric Ton), FOB stowed and trimmed, at Loading Port, as per INCOTERMS 2000.
    Payment

    By a transferable Revolving Letter of Credit (RLC) issued up to 5 days after the signature of
    the contract by one of the 25 international banks of first class. The details of the RLC shall be
    agreed between Seller and Buyer. The RLC shall be payable 100% at sight at the counters of
    Seller’s bank against presentation of the following documents: :

    * A full set of negotiable clean on board Bill of Lading
    * Commercial Invoice
    * Certificate of Quality issued by independent Surveyor, showing actual results of chemical and physical analysis of the iron ore at the Loading Port
    * Certificate of Weight issued by the independent Surveyor at the Loading Port
    * Certificate of Origin

    Non-Compliance Penalty

    After signing the contract, if Buyer fails to issue the RLC or nominate the vessel, or after the
    acceptance of the RLC, Seller fails to deliver the commodity, the contract will become null and
    void. The default party must pay to the other party a penalty accordingly the contractual clauses.
