  • The question remains...did Moses obtain the commandments from Hammurabi of Babylon?

Not one human being on this planet knows what god wants of his creatures. Everyone that follows a religion HOPES that they have chosen the TRUE religion of god.

  • 1200 BCE -- Jewish origins followed by Hammurabi...eh! now what ...and about India's Vedas ?

Hmmmm! so now we can go on and on....about whatever it is that one would want to go on and on with. Moses wasn't around during this time. Tough guy ...Moses was. Moses came into the picture around 1525 BC (the dates need to be verified..there's some question of when Moses was around)

Now...now ...now... can we say that Babylon was in the world before all religions... ah! what was the god of the sun and earth doing when they gave the law to Hammurabi?

  • 1792 BCE -- So here is where it all began. See Hammurabi and learn about the laws of Babylon from which Moses created the commandments.

The laws of Babylon were supposedly given to Hammurabi by the god Shamas. From Hammurabi's time came the jews...christians...islam...and mormon.

  • 7–2 BC/BCE -- Here is where the Christians began their existance and after Hammurabi created the laws of Babylon

    Hmmmm! interesting....dates here

  • The Mormon are most recently created as a religion. Now what are the: Jews,Christians, Muslims, Mormons going to do about all of this confusion of facts?

I guess that God got angry with his human creations of the Mid-East, so he began anew his will with the Mormon and now can we say all other religions in the world are FALSE?

  • Now Johny come late is here ...and who made Mohammed the king of the mountain and not Jesus as the king of the mountain?

Qutb can be considered to be a nutcase and is said to be the founder of new thought for Al Qaeda as he was an Egyptiam Brotherhood author of their doctrines etc. His brother migrated to Saudi Arabia...and now do we have the origins of Wahabies?

    • Qutb was extremely critical of many things in the United States: its materialism, individual freedom, economic system, racism, brutal boxing matches, poor haircuts,[10] triviality, restrictions on divorce, enthusiasm for sports, "animal-like" mixing of the sexes (which went on even in churches),[11] and lack of support for the Palestinian struggle[12]. In an article published in Egypt after his travels, he noted with disapproval the sexuality of Americans:
    • the American girl is well acquainted with her body's seductive capacity. She knows it lies in the face, and in expressive eyes, and thirsty lips. She knows seductiveness lies in the round breasts, the full buttocks, and in the shapely thighs, sleek legs — and she shows all this and does not hide it. [13]

So...what do other religions say about this one (religionn) that makes all other religions WRONG... eh?

  • 1950s and 60s. The begining of the end of an honorable Islam and the formation of Al Qaeda

This guy was the leading radical of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and a proponent of DESTROYING democracies so that Sharia law can be imposed on the world. He says that: "True Muslims could look forward to lives of "poverty, difficulty, frustration, torment and sacrifice." Jahili erzatz-Muslims, Jews and Westerners would all fight and conspire against Islam and the elimination of jahiliyyah."

      • Now how is this going to work when it comes to roads etc. between provinces.

    • So for all the Europeans who believe American sare ignorant ...what does this page tell you ? - liveinfreedom . on 2008-04-20

"The Christmas tree — the king of all traditions — is the most obvious, the centerpiece of many a home. While tree worship was common in pagan Europe, the modern Christmas tree originated with German Lutherans in the 17th century and spread to Pennsylvania in the 1820s after they began to immigrate to the United States. When Germany's Prince Albert came to England in 1840 to marry Queen Victoria, he brought the Christmas tree with him. The royal family decorated it with small gifts, toys, candles, candies and fancy cakes, giving rise to the modern ornament. Eight years later, a photograph of the royal tree appeared in a London newspaper, and ownership of the green item became the height of holiday fashion in Europe and America. "

"Mythologist Joseph Campbell was a masterful storyteller. He could weave tales from every corner of the world into spell-binding narratives. His lifelong quest from childhood days as a devout Catholic altar boy to fame as the world's most noted scholar in comparative mythology makes for a fine heroic story. "

Answer: “Coptic” means “Egyptian,” and Christians living in Egypt identify themselves as Coptic Christians. As a denomination they originated in the city of Alexandria, one of the most faithful, respected, and fruitful cities during the Apostolic Period. Proudly, the Coptic Christians acknowledge and herald John Mark, (author of the Gospel of Mark), as their founder and first bishop sometime between A.D. 42 - A.D. 62. The Coptic Church was actually involved in the very first major split in the Church, well before there was such a thing as "Roman" Catholicism, and it was also well before the East/West split.
