how does existing work claim their contributions?
femto cell interference budge exchange for multi transmitter diversity
macro bs has to serve users which refuse to be served by close serving group femto BS. these user shall be protected from nearby femto BSs' strong interference. thus we propose interference budget for each femto BS's. if without this budget, the victim users may be over protected which leads to low SE (EE) or interferred. the interference and path loss determines the transmission power of BS.
femto BS play budget exchange locally, to maximize energy efficiency. the fixed circuit power determines too low transmission power with low SNR is not EE. so femto BS with very near to victim macro user may not transmit. the femto BS without good channel for its own femto user may also not transmit. so the IF butget can be lend to more effective acceptors . thus, it well exploits multiple transmitter diversity for energy efficiency.
why each user has a budget? since femto BS use thrid party backhual, the delay of delivering the realtime CSI/CQI to an centralized wirelined controller is inpractical. thus this information must be transmitted over air. however, large number of femto BS makes this feedback also costly. it is a good and sufficient solution to make localized coordination for interference control. and according to MUD theory, the marginal
gain for large user number is low. several localized femto BS involves coordination is sufficient.
long chain problem? one BS sell budget, more than one ask for it. simply gives to one with most EE.
similar to CO2 budget: if edge user is not protected in downlink, macro BS needs lot of power to serve it.
