Charles was an unremarkable professor teaching at the University of Genosha. He wished only for a peaceful life when one night, he caught the eye of Lord Erik 'Magnus' Lensherr, the ruler of Genosha and champion of mutants all over the world. Naturally, everything stopped making sense from there.
