Need a mat; tough cardio & lower body workout; ok that 2nd set doesn't have the intensity of 1st - 8/28/2012
Only rated a 2 - doesn't make you sweat, but definitely works the muscles
This one is a 4 and is tough!! No warms or cool down
9 minute routine, rated 2, excellent end to 2 sets of desk workout
Quick 6 minute workout - nice way to round out 20 minute workout or combine with toning interval to make 30 minutes; no equipment needed
20 Minutes Cardio Workout - no equipment needed; rated a 3, but I give it 3.5. Several jumping segments
32 minute with warm up - need mat, definite quad burn, good sweaty workout
no mat needed, 10 minutes, heavy on obliques
Self Magazine toning workout with no equipment needed. Looks like it will be tough
12 minute cool down, has cardio cool down, standing & mat stretches
3 minute, 10 rep exercise, good for mixing up machine work
24 minute bodyweight workout - rated 4, works upper body & abs & lower body, needs mat, resitance bands/weights
Rated a 3, nice warm up, good to get active with kids.
This one is a 4 and is tough!! Rotate through other jumping cardio during Round 1 so don't burn out on burpees, i.e. plank jacks, lateral lunge jumps; Thanks goodness round 2 switches to jumping jacks for cardio!!
