    The article reports on student conduct in the digital world such as text messaging. Teaching students good citizenship in the digital world began in Great Britain and is now being further developed by the nonprofit Childnet International's Digizen.org in London, England. Digizen.org offers a manual for student protocol to educators and students. The Web site and organization suggests educators teach students about citizenship and that online environments are communities where they are responsible for themselves and their actions. The attack venue is suggested as a great aid in answering the question of why the marathon was attacked. Given the presence of people and media, it has been presumed that the attacker was drawn to it.     The article reports on the bombs that ripped through the crowds lining the route of the 2013 Boston Marathon. Two explosions occurred near the finish line of the marathon, killing two and critically wounding dozens. One of the explosions took place near Copley Square. The Boston Police has announced in a press conference that no additional bombs were found along the race route but cellphone service was disrupted in the city to prevent possible remote detonations.

An unidentified device exploded on the north side of Boylston Street roughly fifty feet from the marathon's finish line. A second device detonated ten seconds later less than a hundred yards from the site of the first explosion. A trauma surgeon has stated that those affected had injuries to their lower extremities.
