Were the "older" students held back due to maturity issues of the other students and not taught to their developmental needs?
This article's purpose was to see if "older students" (due to parents starting them in school later) do perform better in the classroom and on tests. The study stated in the article had some suprising findings. It also keeps me wondering what if those students were placed with other students closer to their relative age...Would the results be the same?
