      • Tips:
If you cannot see the HTC Sync option when you connect your phone to the computer via USB, please follow the Instructions below:

        1. Make sure you select USB Debugging in Settings > Applications > Development before connecting your phone to the computer
        2.
        3. Connect you Phone to the PC and wait 20 seconds for your phone to install HTC Sync on your phone.
        4.
        5. Unplug the USB sync cable.  Wait for 5 seconds.  Reconnect the Phone to the PC using the USB cable.
        6.
        7. Select “HTC sync” and wait for HTC Sync to recognize your Phone.  This process could take up to a minute your first time connecting to the computer.
    • Effective July 1, 2013, Sprint changed its postpaid contracts in a way that legally should allow anyone to leave without paying the ETF. Sprint, of course, denies that any of its changes are grounds for terminating a subscriber’s contract, but many people seem to think that the law doesn’t side with Sprint this time
    • The addition of the word “non-representative” seems to imply that you are not allowed to have a lawyer represent you during arbitration with Sprint. In other words, by agreeing to the new terms, you effectively waive your right in the future to an attorney.

    • After several Sprint reps started getting increasingly rude, talking over me, and not following through on promises to call back, my patience wore thin. All I wanted was phone service that worked – after all, I was throwing over $150 toward Sprint every single month. After fighting the latest round of contract changes, I was eventually released from my contract without having to pay an early termination fee, as long as I agreed to send my two phones back. I was happy to finally be rid of Sprint, so I agreed – even though I still think I should have been able to keep my phones.
