A nice resource for 16th c. Danish names and placenames: http://adkomstregistrering.navneforskning.ku.dk/gamle/
"Stednavne" are placenames, "personnavne" are personal names. After that, it's an alphabetical dictionary.
(These are Danish names, not swedish, because back in the 16th century Denmark also covered what is now Skåne, Blekinge and Halland in Sweden and Slesvig in Germany. The names are also modernized, so use this resource carefully.)
