The requirement could be that they add "significantly" to at least 3 wikipedia entries (figure out a way to determine what "significantly" is...and how to see what they did). Grammar, citations, etc., will be graded. Then, their final presentation could be an innovative way of presenting

A good way for teachers and librarians to teach students to verify information they find on the internet is through Wikipedia. Have students choose 3 topics to research using Wikipedia. Then have them verify the information found on Wikipedia with scholarly sources. If the Wikipedia entry is correct, leave it alone. But if the entry is incorrect, have the students correct the wiki with the information they found. --Emily Wilson--

This would be a great way to use technology in the Multicultural Ed class! Work with, instead of against, Wikipedia. Maybe instead of a 10-page paper, their assignment can be to add to the Wikipedia entry somehow.
