This site has so many lesson ideas for science lessons. Marcia not only has loaded many of her lessons for other teachers to use for free, but also has a teaching packets store, advice, plan books, and more to use as resources. Anything from weather, water, rocks, astronomy, and more can be found in different lessons as well as accompanying power points, worksheets and more.

This site has many lessons that use music to help teach concepts in math. By comparing math and musical concepts, students can learn both better. The levels range from K to 8 and the concepts range from notes, rhythm, patterns, lyrics and more to numbers, fractions, counting and more math concepts. Great tool to at least get started on integrating the two content areas.

This site has many free and printable graphic organizers that teachers can use in their classroom. Often students can remember facts and information learned by placement, relationship to something else, or pictures, and this site gives examples to print or use as inspiration. This is great for sparking ideas how to use graphic organizers in your classroom.
