how teachers think about how kids learn
I read this every year: reminds me to reset my expectations for "what we all ought to know"
what a video! it seems to me that whether you are gay, like the guy in the video, or not, high school can be hell. I tell students every year "this too shall pass" and that life is so much bigger and cooler than highschool. You will pass by the people who peak in high school on your way up. It is only 4 years. so hard to believe this when you are 16 and not the quarterback, the brain or the cheerleader.
what teachers all know...teens will do stupid stuff if their friends are watching. when to let them fall and when to catch them--daily decisions
a new site about teen-dom from one of the coolest teen bloggers on the net. This post about surviving high school would make a great project for my seniors ( for underclassmen)
good discussion on how girls fight--social media, face to face, etc
