A test of a section Heading
This seems to be the most apparent area, at least in the "outliner" display.
Adding other Bookmarks shows that formatting will be a consideration. since paragraph blocks are not preserved from the Edit view.

There is a Tweet control. Determine if this is merely for the List Info.
* The apparent navigation controls suggest these"outliners" can become quite large.
** Move comment MicroContent into this area since Comments cannot be edited.
* This sections Evernote link seems to have stopped working.
Consider the capabilities of an "outliner".
* failed tags need to be aggregated in TagsH
** Perhaps this should be done in TS ??
Make more use of ProtoPage to abstract these BookmarksH.

This MicroConten started as a List but has been upgraded to au "outliner". This "!" list may eventually provide an overview of these Bookmarks. Its "!" title was chosen to ensure it appears first in various lists. Furthermore, the "!" tag is used to access other important Tags.
