    An interesting read about the rising cost of college. I wonder what would be said now with the way the economy has turned this around. The situation in Arizona would be especially interesting.

    • Tuition and fees at public colleges soared a record 14 percent this year,  continuing a quarter-century trend of higher-education prices rocketing faster  than inflation.

    One of the articles I found very interesting talking about gifted education. It's an older article but still relavent.

    • Advocates of so- called multiple intelligences - such as Robert Sternberg at  Yale University and Howard Gardner at Harvard - argue that traditional IQ tests  take account only of cognitive ability and ignore other kinds of intelligence,  such as creativity, task commitment and motivation
    • basis of tests that measure creativity and motivation or on the basis of work or  performances by the student.
