I have learned about rhetoric in many ways especially for writing essays; however I never had thought about looking at it for the workplace. This is a real life application of rhetoric and it is important to develop ethical rhetoric to promote a good reputation for writing and communication for work. Understanding how to annotate and refining the meaning of rhetoric has helped me a lot. This is a great tool and resource.
