This is an experiment to create something similar to a Cornish Pasty. Instead of making pastry I used springroll wrappers which you have to soak in water before you use. I made a 'pocket' by placing a meat and veg filling on one half of the moistened wrapper and then folded over the other half to cover the filling.
After baking in a hot oven for about 20 minutes the result was a crispy pocket with a most delicious filling.
