    • Fox News has every right to be biased; it's their network. The problem is not that it is biased, but that it's opinion based interview programs pander to the lowest common denominator which, sadly, is a frightened, xenophobic, racist minority trying desperately to cling to an obsolete social order. Unfortunately, their argument is bolstered by the poor behavior of various segments of the population so the vitriol they pander is being bought by one group of ignorant people who hate another group's ignorant people.

HL Mencken once said : The problem with puritans is not that they want us to think as they do but that they want us to do as they think." To which I respond, "Yep".

As for the tone of the "news" people on Fox....I ask myself, "Would Walter Cronkite have said that?" I have to answer, "No, he wouldn't have." And that is why I never watch Fox news unless I am at somebody else's house.

Off topic: Grammar: I share this for people who might have to write something for a job application: It is not, "I should OF blah blah" It is "I should've blah blah." It is a contraction of should have....should've could've, would've. It sounds like but is not spelled like "should of... could of.... would of."
