  • Wow! Too much color with lots of contrast on whole page. Could be source of good information, but where does one look? Very confusing with little evidence of principles and elements of design.

  • The constantly animated light drives me crazy. It ruins the text and makes it hard to focus on the page at hand.
    
    Also, why are there lots of boxes of information. Page needs more structure with proper links and such.
