      • The article basically specifies the lower to higher up chain of supervisors to Ceo's that neglect emails or use inappropriate "netiquette" to either socialize or use information in the workplace.

      • The article explains the purpose of search engines and what they do but gives insight on the information it gives and how it falls into presenting it to various user based inquiries and age groups for relevance. Search engines now all time related for people who dont have patience to critically think outside the searching methods of a younger crowd. Some information is saved to re-write what the individual user might type next to make even quicker and take out irrelevant information but might add time to find real information.
