Class Dojo is a Behavior Management Software that gives teachers a real time way to keep track of student behavior good and bad.  It also gives students and parents a way to view their behavior.
Even though it seems geared for the lower grades, I believe I can use it with my freshman. It would provide a way to communicate with the students and there parents with out having to email.
This would not be used with any particular topic, but would be a good tool to help immature freshmen mature.

Conceptboard is a platform that allows users to work on projects together.  The difference from other collaboration tools is it allows the users to work on the project like you would if you were working on it together in person.
I would use this with my students when they are doing group work.  It would allow them to easier collaboration as well as allow the teacher to over see the project through out.  This would allow the students to ask for teacher input regardless of whether or not they are in class or at home.
I could use this with many topics, any that I would give a project.

I would use this to find tutorials to post online for students to use when studying and homework.  I also can use this to brush up on topics I haven't taught in awhile.
I can us this with all the topics I teach.
