These same targets need to be approached by teams who are managing projects, schools who are revising improvement plans, leaders who are leading initiatives, etc.
What are the drivers and the restrainers that are helping and/or hindering change? How can school leaders and District Leaders create new behaviors to further school reform?
Map out where you want to be, how will you get there, how you know you got there, how you will replicate your story. The Stop Light Schedule Approach can provide realistic direction: Identify what the core action steps are and then identify them in priorities: red are high priorities, yellow needs some attention, and green are steps that are ready to move forward. When you are at the time to evaluate, use the same color scheme to determine where you are and where you need to be.
