The US-American domestic solar heating and cooling market grew by 35 % in 2007, after the rapid climb of 77 % in 2006. These are figures from the annual statistics of the Energy Information Administration (EIA), which publishes the official energy statistics of the U.S. Government. In total 150,000 m2 of collector area was shipped last year (against 111,000 m2 in 2006). The EIA assumes that only 2 % of the total shipment was exported last year; the home market volume was thus 147,000 m2.
The Solar Water Heater Subsidy Scheme in Western Australia began in late 2001. The new Solar Water Heater Subsidy Scheme since May 2006 is focused on gas-boosted solar systems, which have much lower greenhouse gas emissions than any other commercially available hot water systems. The running cost of these systems is also very low, which helps householders to save money as well as the environment.
The main purpose with this report (Work Package 1 of the ECOHEATCOOL project) was to present an overall definition and description of the European heat market during 2003. The target area covers 32 countries, including the EU25 member states, the four accession countries, and three EFTA countries. The definition of the European heat market is the important foundation for the quantification of the benefits of an expanded use of district heating in Europe. Click here for document

Sunny summer days are beautiful, yet in the office a hot day can be altogether stressful. Because productivity can suffer under such conditions, more and more buildings are being fitted with air-conditioning systems. This is where solar air conditioning comes in: The summer sun, which heats up offices, also delivers the energy to cool them. The thermal use of solar energy offers itself: Days that have the greatest need for cooling are also the very same days that offer the maximum possible solar energy gain.
The demand for air conditioning in offices, hotels, laboratories or public buildings such as museums is considerable. This is true not only in southern Europe, but also in Germany and middle Europe. Under adequate conditions, solar and solar-assisted air conditioning systems can be reasonable alternatives to conventional air conditioning systems. Such systems have advantages over those that use problematic coolants (CFCs), not to mention the incidental CO2 emissions that are taking on increasingly critical values.
The Province of Turin implemented a promotion campaign for large-scale solar thermal plants between 2003 and 2006. The campaign addressed both, investors and technicians, thus enhancing local know-how establishment. Through a call for tenders three buildings were chosen for the installation of large scale solar plants. The Province of Turin provided a co-financing of the systems, as well as scientific support to the investors: a training course about large-scale solar thermal systems took place in 2003 and was attended, among others, by the planners of the three systems chosen within the call. These planners were then supported in the design of the plant and in choosing the best components. The scientific support was provided during the installation, too. Finally, a one-year monitoring was carried out. The three systems are currently in operation. The outcomes of the projects were disseminated towards Public Administrations, technicians and citizens through the Province’s website, brochures and conventions.

The Sustainable Energy Finance Directory (SEF) is a free-of-charge online database of lenders and investors who actively provide finance to the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector worldwide. "We support project developers, firms from the renewable energy sector, and communities that are looking for capital and suitable financing solutions," explains Kai Sametinger, who works at Germany’s Forseo GmbH. The Basel Agency for Sustainable Energy (BASE) of Switzerland founded the service in 2002 in cooperation with United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

Проверить тезис очень просто: достаточно внимательно и беспристрастно поглядеть на какой-нибудь список процесов типа CMMI-SVC и попробовать понять, почему там управление на управлении и управлением погоняет, но иногда наблюдаются странные пропуски:\n\n Process Management\n Organizational Innovation and Deployment (OID)\n Organizational Process Definition (OPD)\n Organizational Process Focus (OPF)\n Organizational Process Performance (OPP)\n Organizational Service Management (OSM)\n Organizational Training (OT)\n Project Management\n Capacity and Availability Management (CAM)\n Integrated Project Management (IPM)\n Project Monitoring and Control (PMC)\n Project Planning (PP)\n Requirements Management (REQM)\n Risk Management (RSKM)\n Quantitative Project Management (QPM)\n Service Continuity (SCON)\n Supplier Agreement Management (SAM)\n Service Establishment and Delivery\n Incident and Request Management (IRM)\n Service Delivery (SD)\n Service System Development (SSD)\n Service Transition (ST)\n
