- Scheduled training classes are available for open registration through TXCLASS, the online training registration system.
- Training on Request services provides departments with short lecture or hands-on instruction to enhance the value of services provided by ITS. To request custom training on an ITS service, please send an e-mail to the ITS Training Team.
- The Information Analyst Training Program is an on-the-job training program in software development, preparing staff to work in the university's administrative computing environment.
- The Security Training Program provides intensive programs in computer security to qualified university staff.

Information Technology has partnered with the Moore Norman Technology Center to provide the University community with instructor led computer workshops, including Microsoft Access 2003, Excel 2003, Word 2003, Outlook 2003, Crystal Reports 9.0, PowerPoint 2003, Project and Visio. All OU Faculty and Staff will receive a 20% discount on the Business Computer Workshops offered by the Moore Norman Technology Center.

- ShortCourses are non-credit, instructor-led, hands-on courses to help TTU students, faculty, and staff improve their computer skills. These courses are available each semester.
- CBT (Computer-Based Training) includes self-paced, interactive, online courses. In order to access these courses, you will need to have an eRaider account.
- Training Videos are available to TTU students, faculty, and staff. You may view a video in the ATLC during the facility hours, at work or at home. You may borrow a training video for up to one week.
