Internship opportunities can be found in various sectors - please note that this is not a comprehensive list of internship programs. Internships may also be called co-ops, placements, or work experience programs. Internships may be paid/unpaid, for/not for credit, local or international, and will vary in length.

Cooperative Education is an optional program for students admitted to the University of Alberta Bachelor of Commerce Program. Cooperative Education is a strategy that combines learning in the classroom with learning on the job. Students put their academic knowledge into action through relevant work experiences of 4 or 8 months each.
