- 增生是个很纠结的问题
- 身体上的皮肤不同位置，不同厚度，不同纹理走向，不同松弛程度，都影响到瘢痕的愈合程度。比如选择皮肤松弛的位置，多褶皱的位置，平行于皮肤纹理的，都是让智慧的切口出于无张力或者无压力的愈合环境中。
- 除了皮肤上的瘢痕，皮肤和下面的组织也是靠瘢痕重新长在一起的。可能眼不见为净吧，很多不希望发生的现象，比如鼻头越缩越大，很大程度上是皮下瘢痕增多的表现，一方面是上面说的过多的血液激化而成，再是瘢痕增生导致皮肤变厚了。皮下的瘢痕也是很令人困扰的问题。
- 术后分部位、分程度的包扎护理，等等，任何一个环节的努力都会减少瘢痕的产生。
