International human rights attorney David Matas and David Kilgour, co-authors of a report titled "Bloody Harvest," which investigates allegations of organ harvesting in China, held a public hearing in Taiwan's Congress last October, Chu told The Epoch Times. "Since then Taiwan began to seriously pay attention to organ sources in China."

When Yahoo's chief executive, Jerry Yang, bowed in apology three times - each bow deeper than the last - the woman began to cry. The mother of jailed Chinese journalist Shi Tao returned the bow, then tried to wipe the tears from her eyes in front of the US Congressional committee that had been pillorying Yahoo for nearly four hours. The lesson here was a public shaming for one of the big boys of the high-tech world. "While technologically and financially you are giants," scolded US Congressman Tom Lantos, "morally you are pygmies."

Kilgour is co-author of Bloody Harvest, a comprehensive that verified the allegations of forced organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners in China. He spent a few days in Israel in which he met members of Parliament, law experts, and other public figures in Israel to tell them about his report and about his knowledge of the human right abuses in China

The report's authors - Canada's former secretary of state for the Asia Pacific region David Kilgour and human rights lawyer David Matas - implicated dozens of hospitals and jails throughout China in July, after a two-month investigation. Chinese officials denied those allegations. Mr Matas and Mr Kilgour's second report, released today, includes interviews with organ recipients in 30 countries and Canadian hospital staff who cared for more than 100 patients who had undergone suspicious transplant surgeries in China.
