If you've come to this page on how to write an obituary, you've obviously lost a loved one, and I'm deeply sorry for your loss.
Perhaps you can find something that another author in another situation might have handled differently and supply that other version you create.
This writer assess his/her probable audience just as we should. You can tell wth the way the paragraph opens. The way the writer will govern/restrain his/her word choice and style will probably be consistent with the needs of the perceived audience too. Can you find an example and add a sticky note explaining it?
