  • States that the graduates are not certified to begin with. The ideal situation would be for all candidates to be certifed. Why can't THIS be the objective? Can't someone go and meet with recent graduates? Surely that would be less costly.

  • I'm curious as to how many teachers will leave in the interim? Will this program only break even with losses?

  • How, its stated goal is to initiate those without certification. Does that mean "highly qualified teacher candidates" are those without certification?
