This worked great and saved me several GBs of space on my C: drive

Moved my page file to the other internal HDD as recommended.

In addition, if you have an additional hard drive installed in your machine it can often be helpful to place the paging file on a different drive. Not only does this free up space on "C:", but it can reduce hard disk contention caused by heavy use of C: by offloading some of the activity to a different drive.

Your album definitions can be transferred with tools>backup pictures. Make a backup but select no picture so your get only your album definitions. On your new pride 'n joy, execute the restore program and select "original location". Your folders must be in exactly the same location on your new computer as the old one for your albums to recover.
