    懺悔者： 因父及子及聖神之名。阿們。
                 請神父降福我，因為我犯了罪。

    神父   ： 願天主聖神光照你的心，使你誠心誠意告明你的罪過，並認識天主的仁慈。
    懺悔者：


    		 主啊，祢無所不知，祢曉得我愛祢。
    我已經（35年）沒有辦告解，我在天主面前，告明我的罪

    在此清楚說出所犯的罪。

    ※懺悔者仔細聆聽神父的勸言以及所給的補贖。
    懺悔者： 主耶穌，天主子，求祢垂憐我罪人。

    神父   ： 天上的慈父，因祂聖子的死亡和復活，使世界與祂和好，
    又恩賜聖神赦免罪過，願祂藉著教會的服務，寬恕你，賜給你平安。
    現在我因父、及子、及聖神之名，赦免你的罪過。
    懺悔者： 阿們。

    神父： （選擇性經文）
    願我主耶穌基督的苦難，和童貞瑪利亞及諸聖人的轉求，你所行的一切善工和所忍受的一切痛苦，
    都能賠補你的罪過，增加你的聖寵，使你得到永生的賞報。平安回去吧！
    懺悔者： 感謝天主。


    天主，我的慈父！
    我違背祢的聖意，辜負祢對我的愛和祢無限的仁慈，
    回想我的罪過，心中深切痛悔，
    我今定心立志，特賴祢聖寵的幫助，以後再不敢得罪祢，
    求祢幫助我利用機會補償我所犯的過錯，並恆常努力。
    阿們。
     
    吾主耶穌，基利斯督，造我養我，救我的主。我重罪人，得罪天主。
    今我特愛天主在萬有之上，專 心痛悔，惱恨我罪，決意定改，寧死再不敢犯天主的誡命，

    Sacrament of Reconciliation

    Confession and Penance

    Bless me Father I have sinned.

    My last confession was (how long ago?)

    I want to tell God that I am sorry the things that I have done and ask God to forgive me.

    My sins are

    I have not made a good use of my time ， my money，and the plentiful of gift the Lord has given me.

    In this way, I have been irresponsible with my life and has been wasteful, 

    Just as Jesus taught in Mathew 25 : 14~30, I have been the unfruitful 3rd servant who has wasted my gift

    and disappointed my Lord. 

    I am feeling deeply sorry and ashamed, and I would like to seek forgiveness from my Lord and the chance to 

    do it right.

    I am also guilty of what Jesus taught in Mathew 7 : 1~5.

    I have not made a decent effort to continue developing my natural talents

    and to put them at the service of God and others

    I have not avoiding sexual intimacy outside of marriage

    I have not make an effort to avoid pornography and lustful fantasies

    I have not made a decent effort to govern my feelings  and temper

    I have not avoided lying.

    I will try not to do these things that are wrong anymore.

    these and all of my sins, I am truly sorry."

    My God, I am sorry my sins with all my heart.

    In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good,

    I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things.

    I firmly intend, with your help to do penance,to sin no more and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.

    Act of Contrition 上等痛悔經

    Oh my God, I am heartily sorry having offended You.

    I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell.

    But most of all because they offend You, my God, Who are all good and deserving my love.

    I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin.

    Amen.
