ENGAGE stands for European Network for Growing Activity in Game-based learning in Education.The ENGAGE activities are structured to have a wide-ranging impact: (i) the objective is to prove that GBL is a method applicable for all five sectors of education, (ii) the ENGAGE tools will support adaptation of GBL regarding local and cultural issues, and (iii) the valorisation activities are defined to cover directly 12 EC countries and to initiate further dissemination and uptake of tools and methods in the rest of the countries.
Our new project play.it will continue work done by the project "Learning Game". here you find reviews of eLearning courses and products as well as reviews of games.
A game will succeed or fail on reviewer's comments and scoring.

Point and click games are very actual in the iPad and iPhone era. Possibility to save your game and reload it. You can use movies also for animation (flash files only in the extented version), no support for 3D - "it is a point and click, not an immersive tool"

with NeoBook you can do all you can do with adventure maker, but you have to create it from scratch, eg in adventure maker the inventory is already there
