Keeping secrets from Sherlock is nearly impossible. Nearly, because John’s got a whopper that Sherlock hasn’t deduced yet.

John is surprised to hear from an old Uni friend who is living in the U.S. He's even more surprised to find out that he's requesting his and Sherlock's help in finding his missing vampire girlfriend. John hesitates to take the case but Sherlock dives into it with gusto. They head to the Crescent City in search of the missing woman, only to dig up more than John bargained for about Sherlock's past.

Vamplock for people who don't like Vamplock.

Sherlock intended not to inform John that his suicide was a fake. Things develop differently, however.

When Lestrade calls John and Sherlock in to help arrest the ringleader of a notorious dog fighting syndicate, things don’t go quite according to plan. Sherlock has a bad reaction. It’s up to John to pull him back from the edge.

John knows the human body intimately. He's had plenty of opportunity for study as a doctor, soldier, and lover. There's one particular body, however, he knows very little about. When Sherlock launches himself head-first into a new obsession and they get sent on a case in an unlikely location, the pair discovers each other's bodies with confusing yet delightful (and sometimes hilarious) results.

After having his pockets picked by one Holmes brother, Greg finds himself at the surprisingly tender mercies of the other.

Sherlock's closet Jekyll resurfaces when he's drunk, making him tender, earnest and extremely talkative with John. It's all fine with John - or would be, if Sherlock's Subconscious bloody let him speak English on these occasions.

Mary befriends Sherlock Holmes for a reason.

When John moves back to 221B, he thinks he’s the broken one, but after a while, it becomes clear that he might not be correct. Set post-S3.

John is assigned to act as Sherlock's guardian angel, but it's not a simple task.
