Are ourpolice and judges actually following with the law? We seem to have a system which is all about punishing the guilty instead of proving innocence. People must fight from the moment they are arrested in order to prove their innocence, Media coverage is a big factor, as it is in Death Note.

The president (Obama) acts as Kira and kills a man placed on the kill list without any check from the other branches of govt. and he is killed w/out any sort of due process.
Due process lacks definition in this case. Who is worthy of being killed on sight?-
