on top of your eyes. It’s extraordinarily important for two
things. One of them is that this is the part of the brain that
allows us to exert inhibitory control. That is to say when we’re
faced with something we want very much but we cognitively
know that it’s not a good choice for us to do it, this is the area
of the brain that will actually send the signals to say do not
do it and allow you to inhibit that reaction. It’s also an area
of the brain that is extraordinarily important in assigning
value to stimuli
