This was the platform used for the podcast that Eileen and I created. It was pretty easy to use and the basic version is free, the more advanced versions are inexpensive.

Site that can be used to locate ready reference information. Would likely be used by students becasue of the kid friendly format.

Tool to teach students using the internet, while created by a teacher to enhance lessons, students are the ones to use the Webquest.

Coretta Scott King Award winners and honorees can be found here. This award goes to African American authors or illustrators. Helpful for purchasing or suggesting books.

Information about the Pura Belpre Award can be found here. This award is for Latino writers or illustrators. This site would be used to suggest books to students or to search for books to purchase.
