  • Seems like a lot will change with this

  • Why so many millennials? 
• The earth’s population is indeed growing younger.

  • This is a scary thought, it seems like alot of us are not into government, so who will run it?
• Millennials are the most racially and ethnically diverse generation in U.S. history.

  • Will that change anything for the future? 
• This explains their toughness and cynicism.

  • Worried about safety because grew up constantly watching terror on screens 
• They are focused on achievement rather than personal development.
• Gen Y’ers identify themselves by the brands they like.

  • I noticed when millennials are introducing them selves they say " I ike xxxxxx" as in a brand 
• The first rule in attracting Gen Y’ers is simple: approach them on their own terms

  • Make us come to you
• Members of this generation are very apt at using the Web to find what they need.

  • This is huge for us!! "If google doesnt have it its not a real question"

• Millennials are having a positive impact on our culture, workplace and government and we should recognize them for their effort
