You may really try most diets, but there's a catch. One must know what counts as nutritious eating first, then only use those parts of the diet which will be right for you.

Choices are what it's all about. Let's face the facts, a great deal of us already have a pretty good idea about which foods we could eat & which ones we should stay away from. For instance, if you have a choice between eating a big chocolate doughnut & a bowl of oatmeal before going to work; you would certainly most likely agree that the oatmeal was more nutritious. That doesn't mean you can't ever eat a doughnut, not at all. However if you do, you should think of it as a periodic snack, and not a nourishing breakfast. & that's just 1 instance. Just establishing the choices you make is a wonderful start to eating right.
