Yes, there are Good Carbs

A lot of diets stress eating a low carb, low fat and high protein diet. This can be the worst part for you. If you consume too much or fat or carbs, your body can store it as fat. Where does the body store the excess protein that you eat? Your body cannot store it. The body has to get rid of it. It breaks it down. People eat way too much protein. When the protein is broken down, the body creates acids and toxins.

The acids cause your body to remove calcium from your bones to counteract the acids. When the body breaks down the protein, the toxins created can attack your arteries causing strokes, heart attacks, and high blood pressure. College textbooks on nutrition say that protein deficiency is rare throughout the world, and doesn't exist in this region of the world. What this means is that even if there are millions starving to death due to the absence or fats and carbs, it is unusual for them to not get adequate protein.Good Carbs??.

The third category is protein. I am sure you've seen some diets that don't allow any protein and others that say you should eat as much protein as you can. Here again, I believe in moderation. Your body needs some protein to repair itself. However, it should only be about 20 percent of the calories you consume. Poultry, egg whites and fish lead the field because they contain minimal saturated fat. Lean pork and beef, nuts and lowfat dairy should be part of the proteins you favor. Try to stay away from fatty meats and dairy products. Also watch out for those energy bars. Always check the calorie count. It is amazing how many calories are in some of them.

The brain needs lots of carbs. When a person doesn't get enough carbs, that person can end up depressed. This can lead to someone killing themselves. It isn't a good exchange to end up dead because you wanted to lose weight. Also the brain needs plenty of carbohydrates for you to sleep well. If you're not getting enough carbs, that can make it difficult to sleep leading to mental problems and even a nervous breakdown.

Until and unless you're not carbohydrate sensitive, there is no need to cut carbs from your diet. The carbs listed in this section aren't only good for your immune system, but are also very helpful in losing weight. There are two types of carbs, refined and complex. It's important that you replace the refined carbs with the complex ones, as they're slowly digested by the body and don't encourage excess weight gain.

Of course the good carbs from foods made by nature like fruits and vegetables are good for you. The foods that are carried out by man have bad carbs like with candy, cookies and cakes. These foods are intended to make you fat and addicted to food. The unholy grains, like wheat and rice are also bad for you. The whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, wild rice, barley, buckwheat, kamut, spelt, quinoa, and millet are good for you.

Fats are needed to lubricate the brain, arteries and skin. A lack of good fat (like omega-3) can cause you to become depressed. It can likewise lead to high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes. Also it can cause skin problems. The bad fats are bad for you. But the good fats are good for you. Fish cannot be included as good fats since there is very much mercury in them from pollution. But you can get good fat from avocados. It is 60% fat and it's great for you. This good fat has an anti-inflammatory effect on your body and joints.

When they're soft but not mushy, they're good to eat. Sometimes they have brown in them and they're not good so it's like a gamble buying them. But it is well worth it. Olives, nuts, canola oil, seeds, and olive oil are other good fats. Studies with olive oil show that it helps your arteries and helps you to be thinner. Flaxseeds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds are good sources of omege3s, a fat that people don't get enough of.
