The swimming act that Tim David does transforms Chinnaswamy Stadium into a water park.

On Thursday, May 15, Tim David had a great time swimming at the famous M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in a time of a lot of rain.

Tim David, a batsman for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), had a great day at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Thursday, May 15, swimming in the pouring rain. When his teammates were spotted running from the field, David chose to show up in his shorts and swim on one of the wet covers.

Some of his teammates congratulated the Australian batter when he returned to the dressing room, while others looked taken aback by his clear excitement. A video of David having a good time in the rain in Bengaluru was shared by RCB on their official social media accounts.

In the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL), David has been one of RCB's top batting performers. In eight innings, he recorded 186 runs at a strike rate of 193.75 and an average of 93.

On Saturday, May 17, when the IPL 2025 resumes, RCB will play the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at home. For the defending champions to maintain their hopes of making the playoffs, they must win the match.

If the Rajat Patidar-led RCB wins on Saturday, they would advance to the playoffs as the first team in the tournament's 18th edition.

The curtain-raiser between RCB and KKR took place at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on March 22. After Krunal Pandya's outstanding three-for, the visiting team held Ajinkya Rahane's team to 174/8. After Phil Salt and Virat Kohli struck thrilling half-centuries, RCB easily defeated the target in reply. With seven wickets and 22 balls remaining, the Royal Challengers easily won thanks to Patidar's explosive 34 off 16 balls.
