Blackberry honey is produced by the bees using the nectar collected from flowering blackberry bushes. Often this honey is produced from one or more of the bushes in the genus Rubus that include both red, black raspberries as well. These bushes have attractive flowers and plenty of nectar which draw honeybees towards them. It is a commonly available organic & wide honey variety, with a thick, smooth & creamy texture and a delicate flavor with a fruity finish.
