Sidr honey is characterized as a monochromatic honey made uniquely from the nectar of Sidr trees in Yemen. It is made out of many sorts of sugar: fructose, sucrose, glucose, maltose, and a wide range of short-chain sugars. The honey bees creating it gather the nectar only from the Sidr tree, which makes it extremely rich and extraordinary.
